We feel very blessed to have found Stephen for our guest bath and kitchen backsplash. It is so hard to find a good contractor, and once you do you don’t want to let them go: Stephen is that guy. He walked me thru all details on the functionality and we went over options before the install so I had no surprises. We called him back to do our kitchen backsplash because he’s so good with tile. Stephen is a hidden gem in Rutherford county, you will love working with him for your next project.

Stevan exemplifies superb workmanship and exceptional professionalism!!! I gave Stevan pictures of the designs I had envisioned for my kitchen/laundry area project and he provided a detailed scope of work and budget, which he proceeded to follow accordingly and deliver promptly, staying within the promised timeline. He was very respectful and communicated with me throughout the project, ensuring the work was completed to my satisfaction. The finished project is just as I imagined and I couldn't be happier, if only I could give 10 stars!!! Pictures are of the kitchen/laundry area before and after.

Stevan is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the remodel and the best part is that he is the one doing the work and is on site every day. He did a complete remodel of my master bath. He moved walls, plumbing, electrical and a/c vents. He installed all the tile and helped me with vendors for the granite and someone to install the hardwood floors in the bedroom. He is in constant communication with you about the work and will offer suggestions if he sees something that would work better for your design. I was thoroughly impressed and plan to use Stevan on any future projects. Waiting for shower glass and mirrors, but the pictures are of the work that Stevan did.

Stevan has done several home projects for my family. He remodeled our bathroom, built an island in our kitchen and tore down a wall downstairs for us. He has done a great job and is both dependable and affordable. He provides quality work and I will continue to use him for future home renovations!

First off Stevan and Sd construction did an amazing job on my project. Stevan and Steve did some of the best work I have seen. They did a complete remodel on my kitchen, installed new hardwoods throughout the entire house, removed a wall and wrapped the frame in wood into my living room, and remodeled my shower in the master bedroom. The detail of the tile work they did was incredible. For anybody looking to get a remodel done I would highly recommend them. They were on time every day and helped stay on budget. SD Construction has completed many jobs for me. He added 2 transom windows to my living room, installed new hardwood floors, added gorgeous custom French doors to my office, and more. What an amazing company! I had a very detailed job. I reached out to multiple companies in the area as well as some further out. Without any hesitation, they were able to complete it first go around without any complications. No questions asked that’s experience I’ve ever had!!

When it comes down to quality and honesty this guys are the guys. I had both my bathrooms remodeled by them and cannot be any happier. They work so clean and do such beautiful work. I highly recommend them. Looking forward to getting our floor done!!

I had Sefer from Golden Arm Renovations work on our house in Alaska. It was an amazing experience seeing the huge difference in our renovated bathroom! It's like a wonderland. I love the modern stone used to make it look wonderful and classy.

I moved from Dubai to Arizona four years ago. Finding an honest and professional contractor to do our pavers and interior flooring was very hard, since we already experienced a bad situation with a privious contractor, leaving us empty handed and never showing up. Stefano and A.J do precise work, quality and are very honest . I have highly recommended them on Nextdoor app and to my own friends. They have all been happy choosing Gold Arm. Great people and great work!!

Work was of good quality. Not the most amazing hand-leveled every single tile as promised. What it came down to was an argument of $200 on a $20,000 project. You may be hard-headed but so am I. My accountant could not believe what I spent for a rental property. And I can’t either now.

Do NOT dump your tile waste in the front yard rocks and splash the exterior paint. Also some sloppy work inside which they would gladly fix as long as I bought extra materials to have them fix what was wrong. They were my best friends throughout the renovation which took an extra few weeks because only one person was working. But when it came down to that last bit...” - how dare you ask us” to make things even slightly right. I don’t doubt they are hard workers, but be prepared for slow work and high cost because they “are that good”. Maybe if you live in a million dollar home. Not for a flip.

Honesty, integrity, and master craftsmanship are what you get when you hire Sefer and AJ Kacalniku, the Golden Arm Renovation team. The project was to remove all the old flooring, the old kitchen, and install new flooring throughout most of the house. They installed 1600 sq ft of porcelain flooring and trim with close attention to detail and the precision of laying each tile. Quoted a reasonable estimate, and completed the job in the time they said they would. Very good communication, cleaned up at the finish of each day, they are very conscientious team who want to provide the best service for their customers. I would not hesitate to hire them again! I highly recommend Golden Arm Renovation!
