Gregory and his team did an excellent job! They were very professional and mindful of our property. Attention to detail to ensure that the all of the windows and door were installed perfectly. Great sales department, post sales customer service is horrible my glass window crack and its been three moths since i filled the claim to fix it and im still waiting.....very disappointing.

FHIA from start to finish was so pleasant to work with. Stephanie & her team were very thorough and on time which I’m a stickler about, and cleaned up behind themselves which I was very impressed about. We are so happy with our new windows and sliding glass door to our Florida room. We got hit pretty hard with Hurricane Milton but now feel more prepared for summer time heat and hurricane season! I am truly very pleased with your amazing and hard working young men and responsible, respectful and with a smile in their faces working in my house , they replaced fourteen windows . I would recommend them. Without hesitation, Gregory , Julian, Jose, Carlos and John. They went out of their way to even help us putting the curtains back on also helped with helping put the furniture back in their places. I am so truly and very happy for their services. .

Team Gregory Jose Julian Carlos Dani Daniel Daniel I enjoyed working w them. They were very polite and covered with plastic where I asked them too. They picked up the broken glass outside and swept so it would not be blown into the edges where the children would cut their feet. They cleaned up their equipment at the end of every day. I liked working with the team.

Gregory and team did an amazing job with our window install. The team was very attentive to ensuring that all areas of the home were protected from any damage or debris. They went through and cleaned everything afterward. The windows are excellent quality. We can tell a difference in the sound insulation they offer. We are very pleased with the product and service.

The team from FHIA included Jose, Adrian, Darien, and Linares. They came yesterday and finished the job today. 20 windows plus a 3-panel sliding door unit. They paid excellent attention to detail, answered my questions, found items that I missed, and made it all look amazing! Thank you for treating my project like it was yours! I would definitely recommend this crew and company to friends, family, and whomever is reading this!

FHIA/Renuity did a great job with our new hurricane impact doors and windows.
The team worked very hard to get us taken care of.
The job site manager Randy was very helpful and he checked in with us throughout the entire installation process to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions or issues.
The installers Gregory and Donnie were Fantastic. They did an excellent job installing everything.
Both gentleman were kind and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and the windows and doors look great.

They were all very conscientious and respectful of our Home, keeping everything clean and organized, covered everything and we had very minimal dust. His Crew worked so very well together.
Organized they did everything in two days. I’m just thrilled with how everything works and looks. My neighbors say it looks like my Home is smiling at me, which is the way I feel too. I wish Google allowed 10 stars they would get 10 out of a 10! I highly recommend this company. Brian did such a good job for us. I am well pleased. He put up with our barking dogs. He protected our landscaping outside. He put down runners to protect our floors from scuff marks. He made sort of a dust barricade to control dust as he sawcut out the old windows. (When we did the floors a while back, dust was EVERYWHERE!) There was no dust. It was amazing. I'm glad we chose FHIA, and I hope all their installers are as talented as Brian.

We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for outstanding work on the part of the Renuity/FHIA team assigned to our contract; replacing four sliding glass doors and one window in our 30 year old home in Palm Coast. From initial consultation with Sam Brumenschenkel to final walk-through, the entire team was professional and communicative - special "shout-outs" to Amaud Williams, Aaliyah Manning and Tara Luge for keeping us well informed of project status - emailing us in South Africa!
The installation crew - oh - the crew! Diego, the supervisor, began by walking us through the process, demonstrating a proactively focused approach in assessing the functional situation that made definite high impact in our comfort level. From the moment Brian and Joe arrived, they set about preparing floors, covering furniture, etc. - creating floor to ceiling plastic clad work areas - with the kind of attention rarely seen in this day and age. We were particularly impressed with the team dynamic of these two gentlemen. The level of knowledge, resolute determination in problem-solving and commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed. They were meticulous, leaving the site clean and the finishings perfect each day. They didn't rush the job; instead paying attention to all the little details, ensuring each door was perfectly fit, sealed and finished.
Our experience with this team totally exceeded our expectations, delivering excellent customer satisfaction. We will definitely share with our friends and neighbors- with anyone looking for top-notch window and door installation.

Where do I even start? This was one of the best experiences. Me and my family have had remodeling or doing any upgrades to the house the process was so seamless. They took care of everything from start to finish measuring cleaning up after themselves putting up preventative guards so that the house didn’t get dusty. It can be extremely nerve-racking, buying such a high ticket item and not knowing if the installation is gonna be done correctly or what you’re gonna get but they delivered above and beyond what we expected the crew was so nice. They took really good care of my mother and myself as it was her house that they were doing the windows on. Jose, Julian, Sebastián, Daniel, and Gregory we’re all fantastic. They were very personable. They took good care of us. They made sure to look up every detail of every window from stucco work to caulking. It was such a seamless process with all these individuals explaining everything along the way they took the time to explain everything to my mother and myself they showed us how the windows worked how they block them how to close them open them the automatic locks every feature of that window is explained when the windows are being put in. Jerry Wilkinson made us feel comfortable during the initial consult explained every feature the window as well. He was able to really get the figures where we needed them to be as far as what we were looking for for windows and the amount of windows for our home, he really worked with us and really made us feel comfortable. Financing was a breezy explained, the financing process and the finances to us and we chose the best option based off what we were offered I will definitely recommend them for future remodels not only to my neighbors but also to my friends and I’m actually going to be considering getting windows done at my house with the same crew that put him in at my mom‘s house. It was such a great process thank you guys so much

Pedro and his crew arrived earlier than we expected due to the weather. They went straight to work. They did an excellent job. All the windows look great. The craftsmanship is excellent. The people were excellent, and I would highly recommend them and their company for the future. Sadly, the crew was supplied with a single hung window that should have been a double hung window. Luis said if they have the correct window on hand they should be out Friday the sixth to replace the same day as the County is being requested to do the inspection.
The whole experience has been very good. Cleanup was thorough and quick. Highly recommend for FHIA for all your needs with one caveat, have a list of questions to minimize surprises and receive a complete and accurate list of contacts with primary and alternate contacts if needed.

100 percent satisfied with product and installation they showed up when they said they would and stayed late to get the job done. Cleaned up after themselves did a great job just preparing for the job covering furniture and isolating windows and doors with plastic it was impressive. Workers were courteous and Most of all Trustworthy. I had to leave the house a few times they kept working 💪
