The team led by Pedro that came and put the windows out were great! The windows look amazing and they even cleaned up well and helped put my blinds back up. Absolutely would recommend

The crew: Gregory, Julian, Dani, and Jose, worked well together during this 2-day installation. They each had their own responsibilities and tag teamed the plastic bubble setup, installation, finishing, and clean up. The entire project was just as Bryan Smith had described.

I had an amazing experience with Jose and Darien at installation. The experience from sales to installation was extremely rewarding. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the employees and their care for my home.

They did a great job. city building inspector was impressed by the job they did. the windows & slider i highly recommend this company. pricing was very comparably to others but less expensive.. they gave us a nice veterans discount. very professional.

The installers were professional, courteous and they kept me informed on what to expect. Cleaned up everywhere they were at. Also made sure my cats didn’t run out of the house.

Conde was very nice and professional with his work , and they kept me informed of the job as it went forward. These are nice windows that should be trouble free for a long time. They were thorough through the whole job.

Do you know how many contractors are crooks, do horrible work and absolutely SUCK? I got very lucky and had PEDRO and his team to install my windows and they were very professional, didn't make a mess and cleaned up everything from the inside to the outside. They treated my personal items carefully and the workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with the work, they showed up before scheduled time and completed the job in just one day. Highly recommend Pedro and his guys. FHIA good company but I feel I paid more than their competitors and I don't think I was given the best price possible in comparison to other quotes I received, but overall I am happy with the professionalism and the way they handled the process.

Francisco and his crew were a great team to replace our existing front door and 6 windows with hurricane grade windows and a hurricane grade front door. They protected the floors and used plastic to minimize the dirt and dust. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished and they answered many questions as they worked. Francisco kept us updated throughout the 2 day job. And he was pleasant and efficient when handling a couple of unexpected situations. A big thank you to Francisco and his team.
We've purchased product from FHIA on three occasions and have been happy with the work each time. Since we've worked with FHIA more than once, we didn't compare quotes from different companies. FHIA may not be the cheapest quote you'll get, but we were happy that we selected them each time.

Gregory, Julian, Joseph, Carlos were outstanding with the work they did on my new windows and doors. They showed up on time everyday which is very important to me being a retired soldier who believes in contractors being on time and ready for work when they show up and these gentlemen were exactly that each day. Their work shows their comment to what they and they really enjoy it. Before they really got started a nosey neighbor of mine, stopped by on the first day asking about the windows and Gregory and the guys handled it because I don't like nosey people in my business, and because of that you may be getting more business in my area. I have had Falcon
renovate my personal laundry room and a nook area and I was so happy with the results that I had Falcon renovate a large bathroom and a powder bath. We are so happy with the results. They were very timely and professional!!!! I highly recommend Falcon!!!

I had an electric issue with my car charging socket. As I was leaving in the afternoon I was under time pressure to get it fixed so my wife can use the car.
I called Kyle at 9 am and the socket was fixed by 1 pm.
