Mike and his brother installed a wall unit air conditioner and fixed my storm door. They are very efficient and did a great job. Will definitely have them to do more work in the future.

FHIA did a great job on our windows & sliding glass doors. Jose, Julian, Gregory, Sabastian and Alicia are a great team. I highly recommend this company. Amazing to have 13 windows and sliding glass doors replaced in 2 days. We're so glad the FHIA sales people were at Sam's Wholesale Club. We signed up for a quote and went from there. We can't wait to see how much our electric bill will go down. Thanks FHIA!

I can’t make enough positive comments about the team that installed our new windows and front door. As soon as the truck pulled up the guys started working. I think there was 7 but seemed like more because everyone started moving so fast and when 1 needed help another would come running. Francisco Perez was the manager he introduced himself and explained in detail what the process was. He took time to address my questions & concerns. But what I noticed right away was the way he spoke to his team. They definitely have respect for him. He’s a great asset for this company. I’ve lived in the same house for 50+ yrs and I have had a lot of companies work for me. This team of guys are absolutely the best! Thank you Francisco and the team!

Edit: I am dropping a star due to the current incompletion of my windows. One of the windows, for our master bedroom, glass arrived broken and it was installed with communication about what happened and a new one needing to be ordered, which is fine, things happen. The frustration I am currently having is that it was scheduled to be replaced and Sept. 15th and the wrong size window was ordered, so now we are still dealing with the broken window, payments for the incomplete work and waiting for a new replacement that could take weeks to arrive, along with delay on inspection. Communication seems to have fell off a bit as well. Definitely not knocking the work done up to this point but also not happy to be paying for an incomplete job.

Francisco, I appreciate you and your team's professionalism when installing my new windows. Very attentive to myself and precise with the installation. Quick and clean. Made sure all windows were leveled, my house kept clean and Ill definitely order more from here. Thank you so much!

I am formally documenting my experience with FHIA Remodeling (FHI Remodeling) and salesperson Alex Miller – Doors & Windows Division due to serious concerns regarding communication and project execution after contract signing.

The sales process was polished, responsive, and reassuring. However, once the contract was executed, communication deteriorated significantly. The salesperson who was highly attentive during the sales phase became unresponsive after the contract was secured. Messages frequently go unanswered, follow-ups require repeated outreach, and basic project updates are not provided proactively. Being effectively ghosted after making a six-figure commitment is unacceptable.

I have repeatedly requested updates regarding manufacturing, permits, delivery, and installation scheduling. Timelines shifted from January to February to “any day now,” without structured clarification or firm accountability.

When you invest six figures into your home, this is not a minor transaction — it is a substantial capital improvement impacting structural integrity, safety, energy performance, and long-term property value. Projects of this magnitude require disciplined coordination, reliable scheduling, and consistent, professional follow-through.

This delay also directly impacts other improvements in my home. I have painting and additional home projects that cannot be executed — or even properly scheduled — until the windows and doors installation is completed. The lack of clear timing from FHIA has created a ripple effect across multiple contractors and phases of work.

Accountability and execution should not disappear after the sale is made. Clients should not have to chase their own project status or wonder when contracted work will move forward. Clear milestones, firm timelines, and organized communication should be the standard — especially at this level of investment.

My expectation remains straightforward: proper execution of the contracted project, structured updates, and consistent follow-through until completion.

Hardworking & punctual! They did an amazing job of keeping all dust and debris off all furniture inside and outside. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the central Florida area. A shoutout to Z and Dave Kelly for great communication.

The whole process was seamless. Any time I had a question it was answered whether from sales rep, install team or service/management team. They make sure the job is 100% completed. I absolutely love my new impact resistant windows, and Front door from this company. They are guaranteed for life and the installation was so professional and they methodically addressed every detail. I am so happy with the result and my neighbors are stopping to complement how beautiful the changes are. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering replacing windows and doors. I found them through Sam’s Club so I felt better about using them since that association means the company is well vetted. After getting quotes from other companies and reading their literature I found that others misrepresented their warranty and even composition of materials.
I will be doing more business with this company in the future. I hope FHIA appreciates their excellent staff and an extra thank you goes out to Greggory for his patience with all my interruptions to ask questions.

Easy to work with, good communication, willing to correct what needed to be i.e. got wrong color door handle , but it will be replaced with correct color. Brian & Joe were polite and considerate to both myself and my home and yard. They did a great job, set up plastic and floor covers before starting and cleaned up well afterward. Would definitely enjoy having those 2 doing work for me again!

Very happy with the overall experience. Sebastian was my main point of contact and Pedro was the main facilitator of on-site operations. Everybody was very professional the crew showed up around 9:30am and began prepping the spaces to keep everything covered and clean. They installed 6 windows and wrapped up around 6pm. It’s a quality product with a great warranty.

The kitchen remodel turned out even better than I had expected. The installers were on time, courteous and very neat. Everything turned out perfect and faster than I expected. Best experience of any remodel project.
