We were selling our 4plex and needed some work done per the inspection report that had a tight deadline. Our realtor suggested Scott and boy am I glad he did! He was able to meet us for a quote and then arranged his schedule to get the work done before our closing date. He sent pictures daily on their progress, which was amazing. Work was top notch and I highly recommend them.

Scott's team was able to come out repair our leaking sink and a dead garbage disposal in short order. They went out of their way to help us get the right parts and checked in later to make sure all was still in working order. Great interactions and great team!

Contacted Essential Property Services for a shed in our backyard. They have exceeded our expectations on a complex build as there was power and heat and a deck included. They worked in the Alaskan winter and did a great job. We will use them again for handyman work or custom work. Great crew and quality workmanship!

Scott and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! We had several different projects done in our home, including painting, lots of dry wall repairs, baseboard molding installed, and other small projects. Over the course of the projects, we had four of Scott’s employees working in our home and every single one of them were absolutely wonderful to work with!!
