Scott is incredible to work with! As a Realtor, having a contractor I can trust is SO important and he always takes great care of my clients! He has great communication, is knowledgeable, very fairly priced and he SHOWS UP!! I highly recommend contacting Scott for your handyman needs!

Scott and team were the absolute best to work with. I had a full remodel to do and they knocked it out of the park. Kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, plumbing, back deck, flooring, they do it all! I was always kept in the loop and they were always ready with suggestions and options! I love the finished project and would highly recommend!!

I recently had Scott come and work on some repairs that needed fixing. He went above and beyond for us! I had a leaky sink and a leaky bathtub and he fixed both easily. I also had him replace the faucet in the kitchen sink. I can’t recommend Scott enough. He is extremely kind and honest. I’ll be getting quotes from him from now on if I need any other repairs.

We felt comfortable working with Scott from the start; he just seemed smart and competent and responsive. He diagnosed and fixed moisture damage in our basement. His communication was excellent--especially appreciated since we were out of state. Highly recommend: honest and shows integrity with his work.

Beyond the physical repairs, what truly distinguished the experience was the team’s professionalism. They communicated clearly at every stage, explaining both the process and any unforeseen discoveries (i.e. new deck boards split/crack). I did check Google to see if this process is normal and it is. They explained the implications and proposed thoughtful solutions (solution was to stain the deck). Invoices were transparent, with no hidden costs or surprises.

We recently completed a large remodel with Essential Property Services. They were fantastic! From organizing the subcontractors to the work they did themselves it turned out great. Really love the all new kitchen, LVP flooring and bathrooms. Appreciated the craftsmanship and communication. We will be calling them to work on our other properties in the future.

Thank you Essential! From the quote and proposal all the way through the demolition, addition, rebuild and finish these guys were great. We asked them to help remodel a laundry room and add an egress window, refinish the drywall and trim out the interior casing. They were very courteous, prompt and kept the rooms and floors clean throughout what could have been a dirty process. Would definitely hire these guys again when it is time to remodel the bathroom and kitchen.

Scott and his team at Essential Services did great work on a demolition and framing job for a new garage door. They were professional, courteous and their communication was fantastic. I will 100% consider call them for future jobs.

Scott came and looked at the part of my home needing repair. In addition to what I wanted done he recommended additional steps to fully complete the repair we needed. The work was done quickly and completely, and now it looks better than I had hoped! Good work, fair price, no cutting corners; what more can you ask for?
