We recently remodeled our master bathroom with DFW Improved, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Our project began with Jacki K. who came in with fantastic ideas and helped us shape our vision. She organized a detailed proposal and was always responsive and thoughtful in answering our questions. Her professionalism and guidance set the tone for a great experience.

Our designer, Tiffany C. made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. She had a wonderful eye for design and guided us through selecting materials in under two hours. We loved every choice we made with her help and truly enjoyed our time in the showroom.

A special thank-you to our project manager, Mario A., who exceeded every expectation. His communication was excellent—he kept us informed of timelines, what to expect each day, and often stopped by multiple times to check on progress and answer questions. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the process.

As first-time remodelers, we couldn’t have asked for a better team. DFW Improved took our ideas and turned them into a reality, and we couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel.

Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!

We recently completed a major renovation in our home to create an ensuite, adding a full bathroom to an existing bedroom, and choosing DFW Improved was hands-down the best decision we could have made.

From the very beginning, their team stood out. Out of four bids, DFW Improved delivered the most creative and cost-effective proposal, without compromising quality or vision. The entire process was seamless, professional, and honestly enjoyable.

DFW Improved removed old cedar shake shingle siding around my house. They installed Hardie Board lap siding and painted. The price was competitive, the job was completed on time despite rainy weather and the siding looks great. This is the second time that I have used DFW for large projects. I was very happy with the results on both projects. Jamie and Carlos handled my job professionally and courteously so big thanks to both.

Every aspect of the work done by DFW Improved, from beginning to end, was exeptional. Zander was absolutely wonderfule to work with. He was patient, responsive and worked to ensure our satisfaction with all aspects of the work performed. Heath was great to work with on the sales side and review of the finished project. All members of the crews were personable and diligent, seeking to do everything they could to complete excellent work. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.

This is our second project with DFW Improved. This time we had our kitchen upgraded and put new lighting in 4 rooms. Our experience once again was great and we will return to DFW Improved for our next project. We were pleased that on our second project they assigned the same project manager that supervised our first project. Klif was great to work with both times.

Extraordinary quality and care taken throughout project. Everything is well organized, we were kept informed of all changes to schedule and our input was not only welcomed but encouraged. Kevin, Gabbi and the whole team were incredible! I was a nightmare to communicate with because I'm horrible with email and have three young kids. They were patient and never let me know if they were frustrated. We went through hell and back getting the city and HOA to sign off on our project but Kevin got it done. When we finally broke ground they got things done so fast so my family wouldn't have to sleep with the house opened up or a hole in the backyard. The finished product is a seamless addition to the dining room. A first-time guest would never know - inside or out. All of their contractors were kind, reliable and I never felt unsafe alone with them. I really cannot thank the crew enough.

From the very first call through the design consultation, project execution, and final clean-up, communication was truly outstanding. I would highly recommend DFW Improved. The quality of work is superior. There was water damage from the bathrooms that required major reconstruction. Garrett Lambert provided the initial bid and was extremely knowledgeable he provided pros and cons for what we were looking to do. Other bids just agree to everything even if it wasn’t feasible. The Project Manager, Carlos Bello is the best Construction Manager I have ever worked with. Carlos understood the look I wanted. He was extremely careful to make sure the plumbing, drywall, tile work, electrical work, interior painting was done correctly with superior expertise results. Carlos’ excellent communication skills help the project along quickly and his response to my questions were immediate. Each of Carlos’ DFW Improved crew were specialist in their field. It was wonderful having Carlos there everyday overseeing the work. It was a pleasure to see the final reconstruction results. Thank you DFW Improved.

DFW Improved recently added a room above my living room which had a 20' ceiling. They helped me through the design process to make sure that my living room and new office above would seem as though it has always been there.
A structural engineer was also provided to ensure that the integrity of my home was preserved and safe.
Luis was my general contractor and he ran a tight schedule and let me know in advance what to expect each day. He stopped by frequently to check on the crews and progress of the job. The crews were very skilled and professional and never once left a mess. I have contracted quite a few jobs over the years and clean up is a lost art. DFW Improved actually sent a professional cleaning crew after construction was complete.
Start to finish, DFW Improved and Luis exceeded my expectations and I also feel the project was quoted at an excellent price.
I was super excited to realize that DFW Improved had expanded to the Rockwall area and I absolutely was not disappointed. If you need any type of construction completed in your home or business, I highly recommend DFW Improved. Their professionalism, knowledge and highly skilled crews are absolutely the best construction company I have ever hired.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully. I especially loved the in home walk through with the interior designer to ensure our bathroom choices flowed with the rest of the house. Carlos was a fantastic project manager and kept me up to date daily. He truly went above and beyond in all aspects, but especially in trying to find a matching tile for our bathroom floor. I recommend them to everyone!

Words cannot express how happy I am with the outcome of my project, an office shed. My project manager, Klif, handled everything seamlessly. He was friendly, efficient, and always there to answer a multitude of questions. The contractors they hired were very respectful of our property. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire DFW Improved and Klif again.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with DFW Improved. We have done remodels in the past with other companies, but were always frustrated by how hands on we had to be. DFW improved was great. The whole project was laid out and agreed upon at the beginning. We only needed to be involved when we wanted to. Our Project Manager, Mario, handled all our wishes, kept us informed daily, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. They have our business from now on.

UPDATED: I am BEYOND thrilled with how our kitchen remodel and flooring replacements went with DFW Improved! Everything from the designers Debra Fitzhugh & Tiffany Confer, to all the contractors (especially Omar & Simon) to the exceptional Project Manager Kevin Montgomery that kept things running smoothly with attention to detail that is top notch! In addition, they were on budget and on time!!! Very happy! Highly recommend! Will be using them again!

We used DFW Improved for our first major renovation in our home. From the time I first called in, to our final inspection, each interaction was friendly and thorough. We worked with Brian to price out the project and he was absolutely great to work with and addressed all our concerns. Tiffany was so good at capturing our style and helping with design.

Our project manager, Joe, was organized, communicative, and always on top of every detail. The contractors for each part of the remodel process were held to a high standard and their work was excellent, especially the tile professional. Joe made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and the end result turned out beautifully. We really appreciated how easy he was to work with and would highly recommend him and DFW Improved.

Sammi's bid was very high, but the store front and his sales pitch made me believe he was reputable so I agreed on a $30,000 + for a 4-6 week remodeling job. They started with drywall then painting.
- texturizing did not not match and had streaks (paid to have fixed)
- painted over my vent covers (had to be fixed)
-repeatedly turned up my AC and did not turn it off or mention my filter should be checked then replaced (paid $2,000 to have it unfrozen and the system cleaned out)
- they repeatedly pulled my large fan out of my garage for them to to use ( now covered in paint and dust)

Once I sent Sammi the pictures and told him about my concerns he got so rude I considered stopping the job. At one point I reconcidered and asked him 3x if he wanted to clean up the work then proceed from there to which he refused. Broke the contract. The house was left in a mess.

They worked for three days and sent an email charging me $9,000 for one sheetrocked wall, two small rooms a 5ft hallway painted. I had given him $13,200 as a deposit. I have not received any monies back, not even the $4,200 since Aug 2025. I In Dec 2025 Sammi stated his business was not doing well and would have to shut it down in Jan, which he has not as of Feb 2cn 2026. Unfortunately, after many attempts to resolve this amicably I will have to file charges. I am also Legally Disabled which he was aware of.

Very poor workmanship and very difficult to communicte with.

We used the flooring and remodeling shop to replace our wood floor. Sami was very professional and always responsive. Price was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Sami and his crew. Would definitely use in the future.
