Rickey Wright installed new flooring throughout my house, countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. He did a great job in every aspect of this project. He and his wife, Kori, helped me choose great products.
Rickey showed up on time every day with a text to let me know he was on his way. At the end of each day he and Brandon cleaned up so that I could stay in my home while they were doing their work.

Rickey and his team completed my master bathroom remodel and we couldn’t be more pleased. He quoted the job and stayed within his quote. He was on time each day and completed the project on the date he estimated. I chose the hardware, fixtures, and additional components with his direction. I chose a 24x48 oversized wall tile in my shower, which was not a standard choice. Despite the oversize, Rickey and his team placed it beautifully. The plumber was professional and re-routed the plumbing to install a freestanding tub with a freestanding faucet. Rickey was quick to respond to questions and resolved any adjustments we requested. I have confidently referred him to numerous friends and co-workers.

We had the best experience with Remodeling Done Wright. We needed flooring in our master bath and really didn't know what direction to go in. Rickey and Kori showed up and helped us figure it all out. They handled everything and were professional and punctual. They took such good care and consideration with our projects that I can't wait to do business with them again!

I've used Rickey for my home and office remodels and flooring so many times that I have lost count. My most recent bath/bedroom remodel has been the best yet! I love the new look of my bathroom. It was completely gutted from floor to ceiling. Everything was done to perfection from the granite counter top to the tile in the reconfigured shower. We even had a heated floor put in as well as all new updated LED lighting. Rickey can do it all! He's a total perfectionist and will never cut corners. Kori was a tremendous help to me when deciding on tile, sink and light fixtures, carpeting, and window treatments. She made a daunting task simple by getting an idea of what I was looking for and then doing all the legwork. She's a great listener and brought samples that exactly fit what I was looking for. Rickey and his crew are very honest and trustworthy. I never worry when they are in my home. As the name suggests, it really is remodeling done the right way!

We recently had our floors redone as we upgraded from vinyl plank to tile, and Rickey could not have been a better choice for us. From start to finish the process was straightforward and thorough. At the initial consultation he took appropriate measurements to provide an accurate quote, and he was on time.

As we finalized the exact tile/grout combination that we wanted, Rickey was very helpful in bouncing ideas off of to ensure we made the correct choice. He never treated any of our questions like they were outlandish or inane.

Once the work got underway, his daily updates were reassuring as we were away from the house, and upon returning home we were very pleased with the workmanship and how everything turned out. He also went the extra mile in fitting the tile by cutting door jams and baseboards. The floors truly feel like an upgrade and we will recommend to anyone else to consider Remodeling Done Wright for any renovation needs!

Rickey, Kori, and the RDW team deliver exceptional results at a reasonable price. They completed a bath remodel that exceeded our expectations. They are willing to work with pre-purchased and owner sourced materials, are flexible about incorporating changes, and offer reasonable options worthy of consideration. Rickey was on the job site daily with one assistant until completion. Tile work is definitely a strength.

We had a serious issue with our master shower that turned into a nightmare. The original builder’s contractors had actually cut into the shower pan to lay the tile flat instead of correcting the pan itself. Over time, water began escaping through the wall and soaking the carpet in our master closet, causing mold and damage to baseboards and drywall. It wasn’t something that was immediately obvious, and by the time we discovered it, the damage was significant. The builder told us it was outside of warranty, so we were on our own.

After getting multiple bids, we were discouraged. One contractor was completely unprofessional. Another company (in business 30+ years) used thermal imaging and proposed a partial repair at an extremely high cost, but their plan still didn’t inspire confidence.

Then we met Rickey and Kori Wright, owners of Remodeling Done Wright here in Princeton. Rickey immediately approached the problem differently — he performed a proper drain plug test to confirm the shower pan was the true source of the leak. He explained that to make everything look right and prevent future issues, the entire shower and bathroom floor would need to be redone. His proposal was detailed, professional, clearly itemized, and surprisingly more competitive than the other bids — even though the scope of work was more comprehensive.

As two busy executives, my wife and I didn’t have time to shop for tile. Kori went above and beyond by coming to our home, taking photos, selecting beautiful tile options herself, and guiding us through the design choices. She made the process easy and stress-free.

Rickey communicated clearly throughout the project, explaining timelines and minimizing disruption to our daily lives. The finished result honestly feels like a brand-new luxury bathroom. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the tile work is artistic, and the layout improvements (better surfaces and cubbies) make the space far more functional than it ever was before.

DFW Improved provided a room remodel, expanding the existing great room. The workmanship and overall quality was outstanding. The schedule was mostly met, except for some weather delays, that impacted the roof effort. The project manager (Josh) was outstanding, open and frequent communication, attention to detail, and working around us to minimize any impact to our daily routine. Job well done!

We just finished remodeling our guest bathroom with DFW Improved. The whole project went very smoothly. We like that they provided an interior designer (Tiffany) to help with the design and selections. Our project manager Josh did a great job communicating the schedule and overall coordination of the project. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right.

Shane Harvey and his crew from DFW Improved did an outstanding job on our two bathrooms, leak repair, paint and ceiling repair. Crew was on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Shane’s constant communication was so helpful. We knew each day what was going to happen. And they finished early.

After several months of searching for a 1-stop shop when it comes to remodeling our bathrooms we stumbled upon DFW Improved. From the moment Gabi came round you felt that this was just what we were looking for. We wanted a team to help with design, color matching, souring materials from tiles to custom vanities, the lot.
The team at DFW was truly professional and never made us feel as though we were just another customer. Everyone from the project manager Todd James onwards kept us up to date on the progress, discussed options during construction and even accommodated minor changes throughout. I would definitely hire them for our next project.

We recently wrapped up a project with DFW Improved to completely gut and remodel our 90s era master bathroom. These projects are anxiety-inducing -- poor work or uncovering dangerous structural issues can leave you out of your house, out of money and (in the worst cases) in court.

DFW Improved was in front of these concerns, and delivered on that confidence throughout the project, despite some unexpected twists in the necessary foundation work. They do their due diligence before the project starts, and I truly believe their intent is to quote you a final price at the beginning. We climbed a little past ours due to 1) changes we made as the project progressed that weren't initially in scope and 2) some structural issues that emerged unexpectedly.

Our project manager, Josh, was very responsive to our needs and presented us with all reliable options. He addressed any issue we had, and the whole process felt like a partnership. The tradesman who were on sight respected our home and space as best as one could ask for a significant renovation. The actual work is top quality, with great attention to detail and a commitment to fixing *any* small detail we noticed.

We LOVE this bathroom. It is by far the nicest room in the house, and the spa-like experience we wanted. We'll be calling DFW Improved again and asking for Josh for our next project!

Todd, Gabi & Tiffany with DFW Improved were all incredible to work with! We did a whole home renovation (all new flooring throughout, complete demo/reno of the kitchen and primary bathroom, added and moved walls, added custom shelves, new stair railing, new paint everywhere, new sliding door and front door, etc., etc.) It was an BIG project that required us to move out. Even thought our project was in the middle of a lot of the supply chain issues, our project manager Todd was always great at communicating with us, helping us and giving us updates. Many times if I texted him with a question or concern he got back to me either via text, phone call and sometimes showing up at my doorstep within a few minutes. He went above and beyond every step of the way and we wouldn’t hesitate to use DFW Improved (and request to work with Todd again) for our next project!
Gabi was wonderful to work with on the project too ….from estimates and planning to the design process, we threw a lot of ideas and requests her way and she took on the challenges with creativity, joy and always a positive attitude. You can tell she loves her job and her clients and she puts her heart in to her projects! Loved working with Gabi!

A reno project this big rarely goes without some hiccups, challenges and changes along the way but we were very impressed with Todd, Gabi and Tiffany and we are so thankful that we got to work with them.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and we are very happy with the end product! High quality renovations can take time but Todd, Gabi and Tiffany helped it go as smooth and quickly as possible and it was SO worth it! We love our DFW Improved home! Highly Recommend!

When challenges came, as they do, Kevin was there with solutions and no excuses. We will call him again when we have another project. I found a company that I trust, which means I found people who I trust. I’m very pleased with the results of a bathroom remodel (new bath, fixtures and tiling) and the way in which it was managed.
