Triple SSS construction built a custom shed for us. I talked with Shawn about our requirements and how we wanted it to look. Shawn took that information, did the engineering, and built the shed that works perfectly for our needs. We've used Triple SSS construction for other projects as well, flooring and a well house, the results have been the same. Perfect for our needs. We'll hire them again for future projects.

Shawn replaced/installed our entry door and a fire door within a larger basement remodel. These jobs required improvisation to fit our house structure and attention to detail as the entry door is exposed to the elements. Shawn provided valuable construction input at the get go, secured all applicable permits, was responsive to emails, and persistent to the tasks. Jobs well done. Shawn, replaced our dinning room window and put in a sliding glass door so we could access our backyard patio. He also put in a window in our sun room. He did a great job, and we very much appreciate his work. Anytime we need something done at our house we always call Shawn because he is dependable, a hard worker, and he knows his craft. We alway recommend Shawn to our friends that also need work done.

We have used Triple S Construction on multiple jobs at both our houses from drywall, kitchen cabinets, decks and plumbing issues. The work is always first rate at a reasonable price. Shawn is very responsive to questions and gets projects done on time.

We had a fairly significant structural issue in the attic above our garage. Years ago, trusses were cut to make storage space and over time the roof began to sag. We contacted Shawn at SSS and he performed a complete reconstruction to not only restore the roof to the original slope but he designed a new truss system that provided safe and efficient storage. His crews removed the roofing and plywood to allow insertion of the new trusses. His calculations were so precise that the gutters remained in place. The old trusses were jacked up and fastened to the new ones and everything came out perfect. He matched the new roofing to the existing and it looks outstanding.

SSS Construction was polite, prompt and very professional. They took care of all the little details and we could not be more pleased. I would recommend Shawn for any construction project.

Triple SSS Construction helped us with a couple of projects at our home to make it easier for us “age in place” here. One project was to replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower, installing necessary grab bars and update flooring and other fixtures. The other project was to remove a pantry cupboard in our kitchen and prepare the space for a tower washer/dryer so we could do laundry on the main floor instead of in the basement. Here Shawn was careful to salvage crown molding to maintain the integrity of the existing cupboards. He had great ideas and resources to help us decide what we needed and wanted. We are delighted with the results. The bathroom looks great and our new laundry center fits right into our kitchen.
