Amazing work! I got my whole house remodel and it came out perfect! It’s a little pricy but it’s the best bang for your buck. Keep up the good work!

UPDATE: the kitchen floor they installed has completely failed. All the tiles have cracked and come loose. The tile in the bathroom, come to find out, was never sealed. The cheap bathtub installed has begun to chip.
When I talk about an experience that has soured me on contractors forever, this is it. It took four months to finish (and by the way they didn’t finish, he just decided he wasn’t going to do the job to my satisfaction). The tile in my bathroom has been a mess since installation. It’s been one crisis after another with the bathtub. He does not communicate with his employees and I can’t tell you how many times I came over to heck and they weren’t doing what I asked (ie the kitchen tile was installed wrong, caught them doing the wrong latter on the backsplash.) instead of talking to me about certain issues (like chopping up my vanity to make the plumbing fit or buying the “standard” size tub which I don’t even fit in and is the depth of a teaspoon) he just made the decision and didn’t talk to me about it so by the time I discovered it there was no changing it. Told me he couldn’t do the black grout on the floor tile but the tile grout is discolored for unknown reasons and has been since before I moved back in. Constant excuses about why it wasn’t done right the first time and made no effort to just make the corrections expediently so I could just be finished but was always on top of making sure he got his check. I now have to hire a different company just to come in and make right what he wouldn’t. WhTs worse is we grew up together. I’ve known him for over twenty years and that wasn’t enough to warrant respect from him. Not to mention I had to tell him to stop raising his voice to me on the phone. Oh and I came home and caught his tile guy taking a 5 day been and beer bender crap in my toilet. Like up the sides of the bowl, under the lid, pieces of it still in the bowl and guy was just gonna leave it for me to clean up. I’m sorry but there is a 7-11 and a coffee shop directly across the street, you DO NOT DO THAT in a clients house and guess what? Adam made excuses that it just have been an emergency and didn’t even call me back about it. Dude waited three days to talk to me about it. I can’t believe how insulting and rude he has been during this entire process and I have tried to keep my cool bc I feel like if I legitimately expressed my anger he would t finish the job but he still didn’t. So I’m out so so so so much money for a job that stinks. Oh not to mention the damage they did to my new cabinets, the tile guys splattered whatever that tile mud is literally on every wall and adjacent flooring, lost fixtures I needed to return, and has essentially left my house and life in chaos since February 22. This whole experience has been beyond disappointing.
UPDATE: getting my floors replaced that Adam and his team installed. He tried to convince me it was a manufacturers defect. No. This is not what’s supposed to be under ceramic tile. This is what goes under laminate flooring. This is skim coat of thinset on the wood subfloor not cement board. The entire kitchen floor failed and had to be totally replaced. Do not use this company -
Renovations to kitchen and master bath, the work is superb! The tradesmen were all so skilled from the demolitions to the plumbing, tiling, trim carpentry, cabinetry, electrical work, counter tops, and painting. And they were all so kind and respectful to my family! Adam thank you!

Have had multiple remodel items done by Wanner Works Remodel. Top quality. Adam was punctual and responsive and had estimates to us in a timely manner. Will definitely use Wanner Works again.

I had a bathroom addition done several years ago. The installation took much longer than expected and things had to be redone several times. How is it holding up years later? All the plumbing has problems (sink, toilet, and shower), the floor had to be re-tiled twice and is still not done properly, the tile in the shower is chipping, and both the she shower door and entry door have trouble shutting. I mostly do not even use the bathroom because of the frustrations with the issues, and I've been told that the plumbing would just need to be re-done in order to fix them. There are other homeowners in my neighborhood that have used this company and all of them have had issues. I understand there are always unforeseen problems with construction so don't expect perfection, but maybe find a different company if you want something that is going to stand the test of time. I'm giving two stars instead of one because Adam is very nice and despite a lot of frustrations and delays was mostly responsive.

The closet picture sums up my experience with this company. This is a "finished" job. Trim doesn't meet the floor, 24 feet of rods ordered when 10ft was needed. Every step of this project went over budget until I was forced to fire them with a project 3/4 finished but at 170% of projected budget and 3 months over longest projection.
Adam tried to do the right thing and offered to complete the inside finish work at no additional cost to me. Unfortunately the quality was flip house quality and still incomplete. He's patient with clients but far too patient with his crews. The only time we saw our foreman was when he wanted to collect a check. There was never a quality review or check of work with us unless we requested it.
We had zero change orders but there was still significant over run on every stage in both time and money. We also had significant materials over ordered. Adam agreed to give us a reconciliation of returns and how much was due back to us but that was several months ago and we've seen nothing. Our foreman said it wouldn't be much due to restock fees. Slight overages are one thing but we had extra cedar beams delivered, double the dry wall (30ish sheets instead of 12ish, 30 ft of closet rod instead of 10.
The project always included a ceiling fan on the patio, so we switched from a cedar beam to a cedar wrapped beam. Electrician put the wires next to it and cut a square hole for the round plate. Also put the junction box and didn't put any trim on it. We had to complain and were told no one does flush fans. I've now paid more attention and not seen one that wasn't flush. -
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Northwest DC does it again! Another great project, perfectly executed, on time, and within our budget.

I had worked with Verl Dyer, the owner of DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen NW DC some years ago when I moved into my apartment and had various rehab projects. Recently when I needed to purchase and install new kitchen cabinets I luckily found that Verl Dyer and his teams were still available as DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen NW DC. Now as in the past I found Verl and his team to be utterly reliable, transparent, efficient, and helpful. I will definitely use DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of NW DC for future projects.

The DreamMaker team supervised by Verl did a wonderful job recaulking and fixing the tiles and polishing the marble in our master bathroom. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. We highly recommend them.

We have engaged with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Northwest DC on a variety of jobs, for 15+ years, before and after they became affiliated with DreamMaker. Their communication, workmanship, and integrity are why I feel confident in rating them with 5 stars.

DreamMaker has worked with me to complete several projects the way I wanted them. Most recently, they helped me repair damage to paint and dry-wall caused by an A/C installation. The house now looks pristine.

This company has been involved in almost every aspect of our home renovation, over a 10-year period. The work has always been excellent, and if anything is ever not perfect, they make it so. Projects have included complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling, window and patio door replacements, painting, water damage repair, drywall replacement and project management of electrical, plumbing and roofing services.

I can highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. I had a complicated job of replacing an AC unit in a condo where the blower was installed in the ceiling. I needed DreamMaker and the HVAC company to coordinate demolition of the ceiling, installation of the unit, and final repair of the ceiling under trying conditions. The job went great and I really appreciate how Verl and his team at DreamMaker coordinated with the HVAC company to get the job done timely and professionally. I was also very pleased with the quote. Great job and I am highly satisfied.

We have worked with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Northwest DC several times over the last few years, and we've been very happy with their work. They were especially helpful when we came home from a vacation and found that several rooms in our house were damaged from a big storm. They were very helpful, and we would definitely call on their expertise again!

We have used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of N.W. DC and Verl Dyer for more than twenty years to care for our home built in 1898. We have done massive structural jobs and small jobs over the years. They are excellent. They stand behind their work. The same excellent crew has helped us over all these years. They are the best in our book.
