We supplied the tile and grout, and they did the rest. Kyle, the tile guy, removed the tub, reconfigured the drain, and set the tile in one day. He returned and grouted the next day. The glass guy measured two days later and told us it the doors would be installed the following week. But, they had the supplies in stock, and installed the doors the very next day. We’re very pleased.

I had T&K Construction and Remodeling LLC replace a window in my guest bathroom to a door to allow for easy access from the pool. Once the permit went through they were prompt and professional. Justin, the project manager, and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job

We used T&K for our bathroom remodel. Kyle & Glen were hard workers and communicated every step of the way. The price was right, and the final product was exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend using them!

T&K Construction is by far the best company I have ever worked with. Alek started the process and his instructions on what needed to be done was invaluable. Justin managed the project and was always available when I had questions. Kyle and Glen installed the tile and knew what they were doing. The finished work was awesome. Even when a problem came up with the shower door we wanted they showed us the problem and gave us options to resolve it to our liking. I've never seen a team work together as well as these guys did. I highly recommend them.

T&K did a great job reconstructing and modernizing our living room entertainment center! They were prompt, fair on scope changes and cleaned up every day! We are grateful for their service and love the results!

T&K Construction and Remodeling was recommended to us by another company we were considering for a total remodel of our bathroom. Peter Ressa arrived on time, was friendly, and professional. He listened to what my wife and I wanted, and was quite creative in his own suggestions. This was a complete gut job requiring rewiring, plumbing, and expanding walls. His team removed the garden tub, moving the vanities there. The shower stall was removed, and the toilet was placed there. 1/3 of our bathroom is now a shower. The shower and flooring were tiled. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we dealt with was polite, and exceptionally competent. Folks were on time, communication was daily. Peter was always available for any questions, and made frequent visits. I don't want to offend anyone by omitting their names , but I must say their tile guy was incredible. The guys who did the drywall were wizards. I watched them with astonishment. Their painter matched the vanity color perfectly to the saloon doors, and that required multiple colors, as the vanity was distressed. The pricing was very fair, and they did a few repairs around the house that wasn't part of the contract. There are many more things I can say but after reading all of this you may not believe me. Of all of the home improvement companies I have ever dealt with, nobody can touch T&K. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 12/15/93 update. T&K just finished their fourth job for us. This time it was to put our house back together after hurricane Ian. 36 sheets of drywall, kitchen cabinets, back splash installation, they are done! These folks are great to work with. We still haven't a complaint about their quality of work. It's gotten to the point that we know just about everyone. Early next year they will be back for additional work. We will not consider another company. If that's not enough to convince you to really consider this company, nothing will.

T & K worked with us on a dining room remodel including removing a wall. Everyone we dealt with including Alec, Will and the entire team were patient, professional and good to their word. We found their pricing to be competitive and appropriate. We love the work they did and would definitely work with them again.

Alec Burton came to our home and examined two “Hunter “ ceiling fans that stopped working after only 30 months. He is the electrician sales manager at T&K Construction - a young guy with an easy going, pleasant personality that immediately put my wife and I completely at ease feeling that he was no BS artist. He took the time to explain both fans were getting power after he thoroughly examined them but he, like us, couldn’t get them to operate. They were hooked up correctly he explained, but his assessment was we needed new fans.

This company is for real! After having a bad experience with my kitchen remodel a couple of years ago with a bad contractor, I was hesitant to want to hire anyone for my shower remodel, it was hard to trust anyone after that. I decided to take a chance with T&K Construction and I'm so glad I did! Everyone that was involved with my project was amazing! Kyle is so super nice and helpful with any questions or concerns. The young guy that did the tiling is a sweetheart, the tiling took a little longer than expected only because he cared so much about it coming out perfect, which it did! The price they quoted me was very fair. They fit me in earlier than what they initially had told me and got it done. Oh, and they did my kitchen backsplash also which also came out amazing! They show up when they say they're going to and were very good about cleaning up. I can't say enough good things about this company! Below is a before and after pics of my shower

T&K has made our new kitchen a complete pleasure! Their expertise and old world craftsmanship is amazing. Their main concern is customer satisfaction and they delivered through each step of the process. I highly recommend them.

We worked with T&K Construction after mold remediation in our home. They reinstalled dry wall and built back our bathroom including shower and freestanding tub. We are very happy with the result and how everything turned out. Claude was very professional and prompt at providing the estimate and was able to work with our budget which we really appreciated. Justin is a construction manager who underpromisses and overdelivers. Kyle and Glenn did a fantastic job on the shower and tub instalation. They are knowlegeble and skilled at what they do.

An air conditioning pipe ruptured within a wall, resulting in excessive mold growth. Consequently, we required the removal and replacement of a wall and the surrounding section which contained our air conditioning handler. T & K executed this task promptly and also applied killz to prevent any excess moisture. Their workmanship is commendable and notably cost-effective, offering unparalleled pricing. You won't find a better price!

T & K did a wonderful/ flawless tub to shower conversion in our guest bathroom. The actual shower was completed in 4 days, demolition, tile work! We had to wait a couple of weeks for the glass shower door delivery and installation. Justin, our project mgr. was on-site to review job site and kept us up to date on everything. Thank you Justin and Kyle and all the tile crew. Our project was relatively small compared to their other projects. But it didn’t matter, they were very professional and cleaned the work site. I highly recommend this company for your next home remodel!

I have nothing but good things to say about T&K and their crews. They did extensive work for me:deck, siding, drywall, windows and a bathroom remodel. South Florida abounds with lousy contractors, these guys are great! I always got a prompt response to questions or troubles. All employees were courteous and professional. I had one problem after I had paid them and they came right out and made it right. 5 stars.

Cannot say enough good about T&K. From the start of project to finish. From estimate to signing to finish. Communication is a key in a project like this with a lot of different skilled trades and it all went well. Many personnel came and went. I will always remember “Kyle the Tyle Guy” who was there a lot. He is a great communicator and lets you know what is happening. Jeff & Kyle & Wellington & delivery guy & Jerry & Jason painters. All were great.

We are very pleased with the kitchen remodel T&K just completed. The workmanship was excellent and their trades were of the highest quality. Hats off to Alec who insured us that all work was exceptional. Thanks again.

This is our second bathroom remodel and we knew we wanted T&K to return to our home and make our guest bathroom perfect. Once again, the team of Kevin, Glenn, Justin, Alex and Kyle were superb and professional. We couldn't be happier with the results and we're sure another home project will have us calling them back again!! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

We were very satisfied with T & K Construction. We had major damage from Hurricane Ian and when we finally received our insurance money after 14 months later, T&K came in and started demolition and reconstruction immediately. They were always prompt, and kept us informed of what was going on. All employees were very friendly and personable and worked we well each other.
We would hire them again if we ever have another project.

Did a complete bathroom remodel with moving plumbing and everything. T&K helped with getting the layout I wanted and supporting material selection. In the end, I learned about working with a construction team without having a designer. Even with my learning curve, they were courteous and made it all right in the end! I am truly happy with the outcome and will call them again for future projects!!! Thank you to Kyle, Glenn, Claude, and Justin!

T&K Construction does what they promise and within the time they promise. I needed a company to install all the materials I purchased for a master bath install. Alec was my first contact and he was responsive, very professional and supplied the estimate when promised. Kyle & Glen arrived to do the work when promised and were super considerate of my home. They communicated with me on the progress and any options available to me. The work area was cleaned up every day before they left. The project was completed when they said they would complete and we are very satisfied with our new master bath. My experience with T&K Construction was excellent overall.

We used T&K Construction for an extensive indoor remodeling project. Flooring throughout, several bathrooms, kitchen remodel/layout change and I couldn't be happier with the finish product. Alec was great to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. Being out of state, Alec was able to help with different options and layouts we considered and effectively brought our vision to life.
Kyle and Glenn were top notch when dealing with the bathroom layouts/tile placement and flooring install. Communication was constant and progress pictures were provided at every milestone.
They also went above and beyond with helping me with material deliveries, accurate measurements for material ordering and provided insight on products.
Would definitely recommend this group and will look to use them again for any future projects.
