We had a lanai screen replacement and cage update completed through Sun Control. Our salesman, Victor Santiago, started our relationship with Sun Control wonderfully well. This young man has warmth, charisma and emotional intelligence when working with customers. He spent time answering all our questions and scheduled the job very quickly. We were assigned a ‘Team A’ project manager, Erik DeGeorgio, who was organized, an excellent communicator and supervised a ‘team A’ work crew who did outstanding work on our screens and cage replacements. The job was completed in two days. We had a little debris on our pool deck and Erik scheduled a team member to come out and shop vac our deck to finish our job cleanly. We have several projects that are needed in the future as we upgrade our new home, and we will be scheduling those with Sun Control.

Any time we had a question or saw something that needed his attention he listened and resolved the issue to our satisfaction . We could depend on him showing up each and every day for a full days of work. Due to his diligence and perfection our sun porch looks amazing

Made a call to Sun Control Aluminum. I was looking for sliding door replacement rollers. Now here is the best part. I gave the sales representative (Aaron)
the name of the previous owner of our home to track down the parts I needed. I sent Aaron some pictures of the part. A few days later Aaron called me and said he had ordered the parts.
Week or so later he called me again & said they had come in. “How much do I owe you”? It’s on the house. Wow Thank you! Great service! I highly recommend Sun control Aluminum. Jeff B.

CONSUMER BEWARE
I have never posted a review before but after 3+years of being completely aggravated & upset with not only the install, but of the design as well.

This winter has been the worst so far,  as I constantly have indoor condensation and leaks, year round.

They told me this is normal...I THINK NOT!

Sincerely, FRUSTRATED!

Starting in December after Hurricane Milton, I needed a roof, windows and carport repair Victor S. contacted me and on January 6 came and gave me my estimate, I found out that I had to wait for the roof repairs to be done before the carport could be repaired. It was a long wait, but Victor kept in touch with me the whole time. Finally, in May the roof was done and I contacted Victor to let him know, Victor came on May 16th and we went over the details and estimate, set me up with the project manager Mike D. on June 6th the job was completed while I was at work, Mike D. sent me pictures and everything looked amazing! (pricing was great as well) I have already had so many comments about what a great job they did and how nice it looks. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and more than that, they care. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you Sun Control and crew!

Both Victor and Gabriel were easy to work with. They were fair and honest,answered all my questions with accuracy. I love the outcome. My house is beautiful.

Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling did a wonderful job installing my new lanai. The installation was quick, and Victor and Mike went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. Everything was delivered and installed within the promised timeline. I loved the lanai so much that we immediately hired them for additional work.

Aaron Murnane our Salesman was professional, polite and knowledgeable with everything we were trying to achieve. Aaron, even gave us some more attractive ideas on our project. The workmanship was superior and materials used were high quality. We gave our home a new look and added hurricane front doors, brick deck, decorative concrete railing and more. The attention to detail was perfect and they stayed on top of the job until completion. We feel our project was reasonably priced too, which was nice. Top- Notch quality work every day we’re so happy watching this large project come together the way we envisioned. The installers cleaned up well everyday. Now, we’re hiring Sun Control Aluminum to do more work after the new year. I will highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again we’re SO Happy with our new gorgeous look.

I started out wanting an estimate for a new patio but after talking with Victor I decided to get my house painted and new windows installed as well. Victor made me feel at ease with my decision to go with Sun Control. He also stayed in close contact with me thru the whole process which was nice. The crews that did the work did a beautiful job and Eric the project manager worked closely with me and addressed all of my questions. I love how beautiful everything looks. Thank you!!

When hurricane Milton took the Lanai from the rear of our home, I started soliciting estimates. When I met Victor S. I knew that this was the right fit for me. I showed him what I wanted and what my budget was. He worked diligently for us to come to a mutual agreement. He then turned it over to project manager Mike D. who oversaw his crew of professional installers and had it built in a timely manner, keeping me posted throughout the whole process. They did a really nice job on our house — replaced windows and siding, exterior paint, and gutters. Dave in Sales was very cordial, listened to our needs, and was transparent with pricing and process. Gabriel was a great project manager with regular communication, and was always available and receptive to feedback along the way. All of the labor teams involved were respectful and skilled, especially Raul. I would recommend them and happily hire them again.
