Mr. Mike R presentation was outstanding. I learn today about high and low impact windows alone with other important information about his company Hometown. Mike knows his products. He makes one understand everything that was said. He ask questions to make sure that the home owners knows what they are getting. Also, I learned why it is so important for a contractor should pull a permit.
Mike walked me through everything that I needed to know and do.
Mike was awesome in his presentation. He made it affordable for me to say yes.

He educated us on the types of windows available, the install process and even the financing options. Mike came to my house and looked at all the windows I was considering having replaced. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of my options and answered all of my questions. He had a lot of information about windows that I didn't know were options. The process took about 2 hours and was well worth my time. I can't wait to have my new windows installed.

David was very informative and made sure we understood everything, explained different options for us, super nice, felt like we were talking to a friend. Unfortunately, it was more expensive than we thought, and due to health issues was just not the right time for us, but will definitely use this company when we decide to do it.

I was very pleased with my experience with hometown contractors. I needed to replace the 40 year old windows on my house. I called a few other companies for job estimates and Hometown was by far the best. Their representative Mike Riley was friendly, helpful and professional. He did not rush or pressure me in any way and took his time to clearly explain everything in detail.

Their work, and workers are TOP CLASS! They took out my old tub, and the old wall covering , and replaced with the top quality one I have now.
The workers took care not to make a mess in my house, and took all old debris with them.
Will recommend this company as high as possible. Very proud of the TOP CLASS shower I now have.
My wide is handicapped, and high a very hard time getting in the old tub/shower combination to get a bath. Not anymore. Thank you Hometown Contractors.

I recently had my shower room replaced by Hometown Contractors, Inc. in Mobile, AL, in May, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I called, they were responsive—someone got back to me within 24 hours, which was impressive!

The installation took about 3–4 weeks due to the need for custom measurements, but it was well worth the wait. The team—Lane, Alan, and Brad—were incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful of my home throughout the process. Their attention to detail and workmanship was top-notch.

The final product looks absolutely beautiful and has transformed my bathroom into a more modern, functional space. I truly appreciate the quality and professionalism shown every step of the way.

Zach and Paul showed up earlier than expected to install window. They were very thorough and professional. They used care and skill in getting my window in and I’m very satisfied. Can’t say enough about them.
