T&K painted the interior of our condo and replaced the tile on two of our showers. We are very happy with the results. Additionally, they did the work while we were out of state. It can be difficult to find someone you trust to work on your home when you are not there, but T&K communicated well, they were trustworthy and the work was high quality. I would definitely use T&K for any future projects.

What an incredible shower we have! We are so grateful To the person who referred us here. We had to convert a bathroom with the tub only to one with a fully furnished new shower. T&K coordinated all of the work to be done and the ones who would do it. All we had to do was pick out tiles and wait for the final result. The tile work was absolutely exquisite. And our shower glass doors are absolutely gorgeous. We had talked to a few other companies who did not have this same vision and I am so happy we went the route we did.!

We did two projects at the same time, replacing our bathroom vanity and remodeling the kitchen. Alec and his team were great every step along the way, had awesome communication, and we really felt like everything went as smooth as possible.

I was referred to T & K Construction by a trusted colleague. From my first meeting with Justin the Project Manager to discuss the renovations I wanted, I knew we would work well together. I hired T & K Construction to completely renovate a small house. Throughout the entire project, every T & K Construction team member was polite, professional and hard working. Justin suggested enhancements to my renovation plan that were beneficial to improve future resale value. As with any renovation project, especially for a home built in the 1960’s, there were surprises along the way, but the T & K Construction team were able to resolve anything that came up with minimal delays. Justin was always available by phone, text or in person. T & K Construction also provided detailed responses to emails when I had questions. Prior to the final payment, we did a walk-through and they took care of all the punch list items without complaining. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend this company to others looking to do remodeling projects of any size!

We needed our Lanai replaced. I contacted several contractors for estimates. Patrick from Sun Control responded quickly. After looking at estimates, we decided to go with Sun Control. They were not the lowest, but seemed to be the most knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the results. From the first day, Erik the project manager was very responsive to our needs. Every promise was kept. The project was completed on time and well done. The installers, Dwayne and Jake were professional and excelled at their jobs. They answered all of my questions. We plan to use Sun Control for our next project, hurricane shutters

I Highly recommend this company. I have had them install all my windows, enclose my lanai and just recently replace some doors. Mike had Armando and Juan come out for our most recent installation and they did an excellent job. They had to add trim and they even painted it so you couldn't tell. They stayed until it was exactly right and then showed us a few things about the locks. I still have some work left to do and will be calling them again. Excellent job!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling Company. I recently called them in hopes that they could help me, or point me in the right direction, to address several different issues with my home. I was impressed when I received a call from Victor S., first thing the next morning and was at my home an hour later to evaluate my needs.
I found him to be very patient in listening to each of my needs and knowledgeable in answering the many questions that I had. Victor is also detailed oriented in looking at the whole scope of a project and insightful to other possible problems. While looking at my house he noticed that I did not have any gutters on the side of my house that has all of my electrical pool equipment and air conditioner. So, the rain has been running off of my roof and directly into my electric equipment. The cost of putting a gutter and downspouts along that area actually cost less than the money I have spent on repairs to that equipment over the last few years due to electrical water damage.
Sun Control’s Mike D. is the project manager, who also impressed me with a prompt response and began actual work on my house that same week. I would recommend Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling to anyone who likes prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service with sound quality results!

I was looking to replace the main door to my house and three windows. This project has been on hold for the past two years, because I was getting the run around from the name brand company salespeople who only wanted to tell you what you need to get instead of hearing what it is you are looking to get done within your budget.
I finally decided to search for a local company through HomeAdvisor. My first call was from a representative Victor Santiago JR. with Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling. Victor was very forthright and helpful, and we were able to set up an early appointment. At the appointment my wife and I felt very comfortable with Victor and felt absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision, unlike the other sales rep that I have dealt with in the past. We did, however, decide to move forward with the project and put down a deposit the same day.
I was told that it would take approximately six to eight weeks for the door and windows to be made and that I would be assigned a project manager to see the job through to completion.
I received a call from the project manager Randall a few days later who also came by to double check the measurements and look at the scope of the project.
The storm door and windows were made within the timeframe as promised and the installation satisfactorily done. We are pleased to say that we will use this company again in the future. The people that work there are first class. We will definitely be giving their contact information to my friends that need home remodeling service.

I hired Sun Control to replace all of the windows in my condo with hurricane windows and installed a storm door. They also replaced my lanai windows with doors and screens so I can use it year round with or without A/C!! They did a fantastic job! Randall was my project manager and was wonderful to work with! He responded quickly and respectfully any time I had any questions or concerns! Thank you for a job well done!

I have used Sun Control for several home improvement projects. I recently had contracted them to install a new front door and side garage door. They did a beautiful job! Randall, my project manager kept me informed during the entire project. Randall was very polite and professional and pleasure to work with. Also the installers were very polite and respectful of my property and did a great job installing my new doors.

Sun Control did an outstanding job on our carport, frame and shed that was demolished from the hurricans. Victor Santiago and Mike D. quoted and coordinated the project without flaw. Highly recommend this company!!!

Sun Control replaced all our glass sliders after hurricane Ian. In addition they replaced all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and bedroom floors. Our condo is now returned to its original lovely condition. Sun Control helped us when other contractors were too busy to even reply. We knew it would take time, but they kept to their schedule. They are professional and responsive. We do not hesitate to recommend them.

Lanai sliding door lock broke. Brenda had it replaced for free within days. She was very nice and responsive.

These guys are the best in the business here in SWFL. They are quick, efficient and deal with all permits and HOA. They just completed my carport in 2 days I am so happy with it

In May 2024 we had Sun Control install eight new vinyl windows in our mobile home. The windows are awesome! In November 2024 we had Sun Control remodel our kitchen and both bathrooms. Everything turned out beautiful!

From the Quotation, delivery of materials, installation and cleanup I would recommend Sun Control Aluminum. Victor and Mike D and their installation crew were wonderful to work with. The administration was very helpful when I had questions.

It was a pleasure working with Sun Control and its crew. The PM Eric kept us updated at all time, always corteous, amicable and answered all questions I had. The installation crew, Juan and Armando were very professional fast and worked super clean. At the end of the day it did not looked like there was demo done. The finishing of the windows were beautiful. I am definitely not looking any further on future projects. I will call them again and recommend anyone to reach out to as well. Thank you guys!

Recently Dave and Victor presented the Sun Control story on replacing my home windows.
They did an outstanding job. Very engaging and congenial fellows who explained every step and made me feel good about my decision to hire their team. And, the price was very competitive.
Just yesterday project leader Randall came to the house. Same high quality person.

Had a fairly large concrete driveway project extension done. Turned out very nice, crew was very professional and did it in a timely manner. Good clean up, very pleased
