We have now used Asen and his team for two projects at our house (utility room renovation and external wooden staircase). We were very happy with the results and reasonable pricing. The team was professional, communicative and completed work to a high standard. We would recommend them highly, and plan to use Asen for our future home improvement projects.

We highly recommend Asen Contractors. We had an emergency and needed help immediately with interior repairs and exterior repairs (including a new roof). Asen responded immediately and kept the project running efficiently from start to finish including communicating with the insurance adjustor. Asen is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and was able to not only get the repairs and renovations done quickly, but also some additional work we needed during the same time. The workers that he sends are all courteous and conscientious as well. He did an amazing job for us. If possible, I would give Asen Contractors more than 5 stars!!!

Asen is truly top-notch. He came to my rescue when a complex project involving air duct access and rerouting was left unfinished by previous contractors. From the minute he took over, his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and dedication were evident.

What impressed me most was his willingness to go above and beyond the original scope of work at my request. Not only did he tackle the air duct access issue, but he also repaired extensive cracks and water damage on both the interior and exterior walls and windows of my house. The work itself was excellent, and all the repairs and painting blend seamlessly with the rest of the house.
Asen and his team were punctual, respectful of my home, and cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were present in every aspect of their work.

Hired Asen Contractors to add crown molding to my mom's home and it was a great experience from start to finish. I called Asen because we had a hole in our laundry room from water damage. He called me back within 20 minutes, which I've come to find out from dealing with other contractor is rare, most don't call back at all. He came by the very next day, gave me a very competitive price which I quickly agreed to, and within a few days he and his crew were on site for the repair. I can't say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable he is, and how great his crew is. The work was done quickly and professionally and it looks great! I've already spoken to Asen about future projects we need done around the house and can't wait to work with him and his amazing crew again. Thanks Asen!!

I needed to have the floor of my front porch repaired due to rotting wood that was not seen to the eye. Asen came to give me a quote and spoke to my level of understanding as to what needed to be done. I was, from the beginning, able to clearly understand what he offered to do and how he would go about doing it. He thoughtfully and carefully checked everything out and provided a very reasonable quote the next day. But that was just the beginning. His team showed up as expected and worked methodically and efficiently to complete the job - above and beyond what was even anticipated. High grade materials were used across the board and I could NOT be happier with Asen and his amazing contractors that performed the work!! As a side note - the workers spared my garden plants and left my entire front yard clear of any debris - you'd never even know they were there working. I would highly recommend Asen Contractors LLC and I hope to work with Asen and his team in the very near future.

His people closed the gap between the top of cabinets and ceiling and painted most of the first floor. They did an excellent job! Moved everything and put it all back, attention to detail was great and cleaned everything when they were finished. Very polite and quiet.

 I cannot believe how great the communication is from Elias, he contacted us as soon as we sent the email. He said he would call me at 9;00 discuss the project. He called exactly on time and said he would come by at 12 on Monday to take a look. Again he was on time and that really means a lot in this day and age. He got back to me very quickly with a price I thought was reasonable and we started the process. His crew showed up exactly at 8;00 am to start the work.
The crew that works for quality construction have been extremely polite and friendly. They put down tarps and plastic to minimize the mess and take them up at the end of each day, they also finish the day cleaning up sweeping and vacuuming, having construction going on in your home is stressful enough but we felt like they went above and beyond our expectations.
We had a small bathroom put in our laundry room, so they had to build walls and move doorways so I knew there would be lots of dust anyway so I added to the job and asked Elias if they could take down paneling and skim coat the walls in my kitchen, without hesitation he said they could and he would give me an estimate and he did very quickly the next day. We added that to the job. and of course our water heater was not up to our expections and we asked if they could do this too. He shopped and got the new heater and the plumber showed up at 8;00 am the next morning and got it all squared away.
I cannot tell you how very impressed we have been with everyone that has worked on this job even when you add to the work with other ideas they took it in stride. I will definitely call this company for all future projects they are wonderful to work with and never once acted like I didn’t understand what was going on. I highly recommend this company.
