Classic Construction has been an outstanding company to work with from start to finish. The scoping of the work and estimating for replacing the siding and windows on our home was smooth with all questions and unique elements of our needs, addressed thoroughly.

The work done by Jimmy, Javier and Arturo on our home was true craftsmanship, and superbly done. They took great care on all aspects of the work to ensure a top quality installation.
When met with a surprise plumbing issue, Brian Holder responded quickly to our need, and the project never slowed down.

I needed to replace my casement windows that were rotting in my Sunroom. Classic Construction, and specifically Juston Stiltoner came to my rescue! Juston came out, measured for the windows and came back with an appropriate, fair price for replacing the windows. What with the holidays, it took a while for the windows to be made, then with the three winter storms, replacing them was delayed. However, it was well worth the wait! Juston kept me informed throughout the process, and Jimmy and his crew came this week to put the new windows in place. They did an excellent job and I am so pleased! Thank you Juston and Jimmy for my nice new, much warmer windows! I would use them again for any future projects. (They had completed a remodel of our primary bathroom 5 years ago, still in love with the finished project as well!)

Classic Construction recently completed a complete remodel of our exterior, including the roof, windows, siding, trim, and deck. We began meeting with Mike awhile ago to get an idea of how much our project would cost. After getting quotes from several other companies and a positive review of Classic from a neighbor, we selected them for the job and are so happy with the result. Mike was patient and communicative with us throughout the entire process as we selected each material and talked through how we could update our home with maintenance-free products, yet keep its original character. He made sure to place the order for the windows ahead of time so they arrived on time once the work had begun. From pulling permits to dropping off dumpsters, executing the work, cleaning up, and reviewing the very few items on our punch list at the end, they were fantastic to work with at a fair price. Classic Construction just completed a project at my home, installing Hardie siding and new gutter guards. I can say with confidence that it was a 5-star experience from start to finish.

My standards are often too high, but Classic met them every step of the way. Working with Jordan was fantastic - he listened to what we were looking for and provided solutions that fit that perfectly. His proactive communication throughout the entire project kept us informed and reassured.

Last year, I had Brian from Classic Construction replace the siding on my whole house. Originally, house had Masonite, which had begun to show signs of water damage in some areas, and was very advanced with water damage in others. He came out to quote during lunch one afternoon, working with me and my schedule, was straight forward about the damage he saw, and worked closely with me to keep cost as low as possible.

I couldn't be happier with the results of his team's work. While replacing the roof on the front porch this past weekend, I got to see some of the details of their handiwork up close, and still came away as impressed as I was from the 50-ft view.

My front porch wood railing and columns had dry rot and I hired Classic Construction to replace my railing. For longevity, and less maintenance, I chose to have Vinyl Reinforced Railings and Turned Columns installed. I coordinated the job with Juston, he was easy to work with, answered all my questions and he was an excellent representative of his company. The carpenters did a great job installing the railing system and now my porch looks better than before. I would recommend Classic Construction and the services they provide. I attached a few photos of my beautiful new porch railing.

We began soliciting bids for a screen porch to replace our existing deck during the summer of 2019. Juston from Classic Construction was one of several people we met with to get proposals. He did not rush through our initial meeting (as others did), taking his time to explain various options and making recommendations based on his experience. We initially thought we could use our existing deck framing as a base for the screen porch; other companies went along with that scenario but Juston said there were too many unknowns with the condition of the structure. He preferred to bid the job including new framing, and his bid was competitive with others that planned to use the existing framing. He was very prompt in getting us the quote, which was more detailed than the majority of the bids we received. When we had questions regarding the quote he offered to come back for another in person meeting, bringing samples of all of the materials he proposed. We delayed our decision for several months, but ultimately our experience with Juston, coupled with the many positive reviews we read regarding Classic, led us to award them the job.

Our job was assigned to Brent and his crew, who are extremely skilled and professional. We were impressed with their daily progress; they completed the job in ten work days. They arrived each morning around 8:00 AM, and worked diligently throughout the day. Brent was patient with my frequent questions, and he offered suggestions that improved the final product. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable, and the materials used (Wolf PVC decking, RDI Endurance Vinyl Railing, Screen Tight screen framing with Bettervue Screen, Provia Screen Door, Velux Skylights) are top notch.

For anyone looking to build a screen porch, we whole-heartedly recommend Classic Construction. From the sales process, through construction to the finished product, we were pleased every step of the way.

Classic Construction - run by Brian Holder - was start to finish a Godsend. We were completely screwed by a previous contractor mid-renovation. They had barely started framing and closed shop.

Brian and his team were always our first choice but over a year ago they were booked so heavy that we were tempted with a quicker start date. Boy was that a regret.

Fast forward and not only did Classic take on our job, they salvaged what was clearly not a well thought through original plan to still fulfill OUR vision of our dream renovation. They gave us what we dreamt our growing family would need where memories are already forming.

Each corner of their business including Dave, our project manager, and Brett, the consultant leveraged for picking the cabinets, was superb. Brian and Dave had extreme attention to detail and a compassionate heart for those not so savvy at things clearly beneath them (note: wall mounting the tv!)

Why? Because they clearly care. Not just blowing smoke -- it's clear their service and end product matters to them. Today, there are so many ways people cut corners and try and put lipstick on a pig. The fact is, they were fair, transparent, and the value and service was perfectly proportionate to the cost and that's just so rare these days.

I have already referred them personally to friends and family. I have zero concern or doubt those I love would also have a beloved experience. Don't make our mistake; use Classic whether they can fit you in today, or if it takes until tomorrow, they're worth it.

Classic Construction is a 1st class company and does fantastic work. Juston who my family and i worked with to complete a screened-in deck was fantastic, communicative and courteous. Their onsite project team doing the build was professional and attentive. Brent was their master carpenter on the job and i cannot say enough nice things about him and his team. Their onsite project fact they wanted to talk to us daily to review the progress, ask for feedback and tell us what to expect the next day took the stress completely out of the equation. While Classic Construction exceeds expectations on Customer Service, they are also very competitive on price as i bidded this job out to a few companies. Ultimately the differentiator was the team, their track record and attentiveness to us that pushed to select them. And trust me i am glad i did. So much i referred and had them do a job for my mom and she got the same great experience. For now on, Juston and Classic Construction will be my 1st call for our next home improvement project!

We selected Classic Construction for a deck replacement project after seeking proposals from 7 or 8 different local contractors. While several of the proposals were competitive with Classic Construction - the quality of their prior work, the thoroughness, truthfulness and timely follow-through of sales representative Juston Stiltoner predominantly positive on-line reviews from prior customers and a competitive price were among the reasons we chose them. Juston was also kind enough to accomodate and advocate for our request to have the project built by their best carpenter - Brent Pittman. The project replaced a 12x26 foot 20 year old pressure-treated deck with two stairs with TimberTech Advanced PVC 7.25" decking and a TimberTech Impression Rail Express railing system. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Brent's expertise, work quality, integrity, communication and desire for a high degree of customer satisfaction made all the difference. The job went smoothly from start to finish. All details were effectively managed and we were routinely kept informed. Without a doubt the best contractor experience we've had in more than 40 years of home ownership. It was a great experience throughout. Thanks for the excellent work Juston and Brent!

We had the best experience with Classic Construction and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in renovating their kitchen and/or outdoor space! From start to finish, the team at Classic was super responsive, helped walk us through all of the decisions, and listened and responded to every question (big or small) that we had. They are super professional - provided us with a schedule of all of the moving pieces for our renovation, stick to schedule and let us know any time there were any changes. Brett and Juston were incredible guides in our design process - Mike has been a fantastic manager through every step of the renovation. And Brent, Taylor, Chris, Steve, Pete and the entire team of amazing carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and sub-contractors turned our space into more than we could ever dream of. Most importantly - the space is BEAUTIFUL! We wish we had done this years ago (see photos below/above!), and we are so happy we went with Classic Construction for this job.

I'm very happy with new front door, windows and interior/exterior trim-out. Their communication and project management were very good. The workmanship and materials were outstanding.

We made an appt for an initial consultation 3 weeks in advance. The individual requested that I send pictures and measurements in advance. He called to remind me on the day of the appt. I had taken the pics and measurements and forgot to send them. He said to text them or email so I texted them. Our appt was scheduled at 330 and at 3pm, I got a confirmation email for our google meet appt. My husband and I both work full time so arranged our schedules and set up childcare so we could attend this virtual appt without distraction. We logged on at 330 but no one was there. When we called, they told us the appt wasn't happening because we did not send pictures. Apparently, I had texted them to a landline as when the individual told me to text them, I assumed I would text them to the number he called from. At no point did they reach out to say the pics were not received nor did they cancel the appt. So by 3:40, they simply said we could reschedule because the owner had to catch a flight. The owner (who we had the appt with) did mot talk to us, but his secretary apologized profusely. She offered to reschedule but we declined given the poor service and Iack of professionalism. While I understand that if the policy is that your appt will be cancelled without photos, this was never communicated to us. In fact, we received a confirmation email. The appt was for an hour long, plenty of time at 3:40 (for a 330) appt to review the pics and measurements I sent- at least as a preliminary conversation. Really disappointed and offended at the lack of respect of our time.
