I've actually just had Shaun and his team completely renovate my kitchen, and overall, I'm very pleased with how it's turned out. The new design is much more functional, and the new cabinets look fantastic. Shaun was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process with his daily logs. The only problem was that it took a little longer than expected, due to some issues with the cabinet makers, but once all the materials were delivered, they got it all finished up quite quickly and nicely. Would definitely recommend Shaun to anyone who needs some good quality work done without all the hassle.

I can't say enough good things about Genco Construction! We hired them for what we thought would be a stressful major project—raising our roof and converting a crawl space into a bedroom and bathroom. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely exceptional.

Genco handled everything: the permit process, HOA approvals, all the details that typically give homeowners headaches. Despite the scope of the work, there was zero disruption to our daily life. The design support was outstanding—I had plenty of options to make the space truly my own while benefiting from their professional guidance to ensure everything looked cohesive and beautiful.

The project came in on time and on budget (which feels almost unheard of!), and all resources were true-certified. When the work was complete, I received a comprehensive binder documenting everything—all materials used, detailed notes on the work performed, and even specific care and cleaning instructions for the new room.

But what really sets Genco apart is our contractor, Shaun. I've never experienced this level of responsiveness—every call and text was answered immediately. He's incredibly professional with deep expertise that made this complex project feel easy for us as homeowners. Beyond that, he's genuinely friendly and warm. My kids knew him by name and would run to greet him with hugs!

We were so impressed that we hired Genco again for a master bathroom and closet remodel. True to form: on time, on budget, completed in just two weeks flat. The finishes and quality exceed my expectations—it's now hands-down the nicest room in our house.

Genco Construction did an excellent job on our addition and covered patio. The entire project came together beautifully, and we are especially happy with the covered/screened deck. It has become one of our favorite parts of the house.

Genco Construction rescued my condo remodel after my first contractor messed things up. Genco not only completed the project but also discovered a serious shower waterproofing issue that would have caused a major leak and corrected multiple finish defects — taking the project over the finish line. We just finished a second-story addition on our house with Shaun, and I have to say it was one of the smoothest big projects we've ever done. From the very first meeting, Shaun listened to what we wanted, gave us realistic options, and actually delivered on everything he promised. We were a little gun-shy at first because our previous contractor talked a big game but completely bailed when the permitting got complicated. Shaun stepped in, got solid plans drawn up, and had our permit approved in just about 6 weeks—huge relief. Genco Construction did an addition and remodeled my entire house when I purchased it, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Great group of people—professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with.

It kept everything organized in one place (scope, selections, updates, invoices/payments, and communication), so I always knew what was happening and what was coming next. That level of transparency made a big remodel feel way more manageable.

Contracted Sun Devil to repair damage to our garage due to the frame being pushed in and separated from the wall. There was some confusion on specifically what repairs I wanted done and they initially focused on the exterior. However, after contacting them the same day to clarify, they returned within the hour and completed the job 100% to my satisfaction without additional charges. They were very professional and delivered quality work.

It was great working with Chris. Lots of notifications for the appointment. Chris installed new cabinets, replaced an undermount sink, and hid some piping for us. When he installed the new cabinets, he noticed that some of the old cabinets needed to be adjusted as well.

Had to have the conduit connected to my solar panels painted to match body of house. Small job but they came out and completed the job quickly and neatly. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using again.

Crhis's estamate was generic and not specific as to what we discussed. We were unhappy with where he stopped the backsplash tile. He said that was what we had agreed on but we had agreed on something different.
So to resolve the issue, he offered to repair the 7"x 22" space for $750.
There was also a discrepancy in what we wanted painted. He said he would need to charge us more. Our price was increased.
We felt taken advantage of. Chris was not interested in our satisfaction without charging more. We would not use him again or recommend him.

Did a great job repairing and replacing my side garage door. He was prompt with communication and on-time the day of service. I had him replace the side door and repair all the trim work from 20 years of sun/water damage. Door looks great! I have some other items that I will be using him again for.

Really appreciate Chris and Irvine. Chris got me scheduled quickly and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Irvine came out was very professional and did a outstanding job. He repaired a hole in my drywall that had to be cut out due to a leak. 100% would use them again.

We are selling our home and Chris was incredibly responsive as we needed repairs done right away. He took his time spent hours on the job and ensured everything was done properly the first time! Thanks Chris.

I recently had a garage side-door replaced by Sun Devil Handyman. They promptly scheduled an estimate visit, arrived exactly on time, and provided me with a full estimate of the total cost. I had not received estimates from other providers, but I considered this to be a very fair and reasonable amount for the scale of work and needed materials. They arrived exactly on time (as scheduled) to perform the work, completing it in a reasonable amount of time. Their obvious extensive experience, attention to detail, and concern for my total satisfaction with their work were all top notch. This is what honest work, fair pricing, and complete customer satisfaction looks like. I plan to use their service for all of my home maintenance needs. Great Job!

Chris is very professional and can 'do it all!' Moving into a new home can be overwhelming with lots of tasks to get done. We called Sun Devil Handyman LLC and Chris was able to schedule our jobs quickly. We just had a second home built in Goodyear, AZ. Needed three ceiling fans installed and found Sun Devil Handyman online. We are from Maine and reached out to Chris to get the work done while we were in Goodyear getting the house set up. He responded promptly, knew that we had a small window to work in and accommodated our schedule.

We hired Chris a couple weeks ago to install a ceiling fan (which was not pre-wired). He was on time and did a great job. While there my husband asked about a backsplash for our kitchen. He took measurements right away and had an estimate to me just a few hours later (which was very reasonable). Today he came and installed the backsplash and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly what I wanted . I will definitely be calling him for more home improvement projects.
