Chris was timely, responsive & did a great job. He removed a bump out on an accent wall, repaired dry wall & painted. He remounted TV bracket on the wall & installed the TV. We would strongly recommend & use Chris in the future.

Chris came to my house and installed two toilets and two bathroom fans. He was punctual -early even. He was knowledgeable and professional. He had all materials and tools needed for the job. He completed the job in a timely manner. He left my bathrooms clean. I would highly recommend calling Chris if you are looking for a quality handyman.

While I haven’t used their services yet. I wanted to leave a review about the above and beyond customer service they provided. I was at Lowe’s and just purchased an expensive Weber grill. The Lowes employee and myself were trying to get it in my Jeep. After taking off several pieces Mr. Simpson( I didn’t get his first name) walked up and asked where I was going. I told him and he said” I’ll load it in my truck and bring it by your home”. He doesn’t know me yet goes out of his way to offer his services, I can only imagine what he does for his customers. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you and when I am ready to do a project you will be the one I start with.

I can't say enough about Skinner and Sons. Excellent craftsmanship, dependable and reasonable. Their magnet is now on my fridge and we will be using them for all future updates. Great small company

Chris is great! Trustworthy and fair. Quick to respond to any and all of my questions (and I have a lot!) Quick to schedule appointments and lets me know the price up front before scheduling. There is never an unexpected charge or issue with Chris. Chris is on time for every appointment. I can't say enough great things about Chris!

Chris created a feature wall for me.He installed tile, and a fireplace, and remounted my tv. He took care of everything from start to finish, and it turned out wonderful! He is very skilled at what he does. I was worried to hire someone I didn't know, but so happy with the final product and thrilled I went with Sundevil!

We hired Chris to move a junction box that needed to be centered over the bathroom vanity. Not only did he do this in minimal time, but the drywall repair is perfect and he even installed the new light fixture for us. My wife was most impressed by how well he cleaned up after the job. We wouldn't hesitate to call on him again in the future.

I contacted Skinner and Son for getting an overhead garage storage rack installed. From first submitting for a quote to the installation itself there was no issues and I had a great experience. They are now my go-to when it comes to any future home improvement needs!

I recently had Chris out for reconstruction after water damage mitigation, and I could not be more pleased with his work! The craftmanship and attention to detail reflect a man who takes pride in his work.

It is generally hard to find people to do work on homes, let alone quality work. Chris is excellent. He is extremely responsive to providing proposals, answering questions about projects, and providing thoughts on how to get something done. His quality is 5 stars...he is extremely detailed. As for cost, he is fair/inline with expected rates. Chris just finished a beautiful tiling project in our family room and we are now hiring him to do 4 bedrooms and a hallway. I highly recommend him.

We were having issues with a stove vent hood installation and also the removal of a doggie door and drywall and stucco. After doing some research and reading many reviews from different handyman service, I came across Sun Devil. Their reviews from various other customers were of my liking and we could not have hired a better service. From the initial call to Chris' finalizing the job was a great experience!

Skinner and Son did a great job repairing my attic hatch that had fallen to the floor. They also fixed an electrical problem we had in our hallway. I was impressed by their quality work and the speed with which they completed the tasks. I highly recommend Skinner and Son for their reliability, expertise, and exceptional customer service. It's clear they take great pride in their work, and it shows in the results.

I don’t know where to start. We had a lot of changes planned for our redecorating project. Chris came over and went through everything with us. He could do it all. He was prompt. Worked extremely hard, and efficiently. He did everything we asked, and adjusted his time when we added another large redo item to his plan. His estimate was detailed, easy to understand and follow. Our job took 4 and a half days and he did excellent work. He cleaned everything up when finished. I recommend Chris and Sun Devil Handyman for any of your house repair service.
He painted, repaired drywall, moved lights, added lights, took down light fixtures and replaced with new ones. Moved drapery, added scones to master bedroom where there were none before. Capped off old lights we changed out. When I say he painted, it was 8 rooms, ceilings, walls and baseboards, 3 different paint colors! Thank you Chris for making our house beautiful.

Had an emergency with our water heater and Chris came over quickly to replace it. His attention to detail is far greater than anyone you will ever have help you! Top notch service and high quality work!! Thank you!

Our daughter had used Chris’ service and recommended him to us when we needed to add a fan in a bedroom. His company is very professional and kept us well informed of his arrival.
