Paragon Construction installed vinyl windows on my screened porch. They also installed a new cable railing rather than reinstalling a PVC railing that was there to start with. The workers were friendly and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Because the job was an outdoor job, they supplied a Porta Potty for the workers. This was a first for me. Prior companies would use my restroom, but Paragon doesn't want to track up your house with construction workers coming in and out. Any questions or issues I had were addressed and taken care of immediately. After the project is completed, an appointment is set up to go over any warranties and to answer any questions that may have come up since project completion. From start to finish, Paragon Construction was easy to work with. I would recommend them for you construction needs.

I had Paragon replace some windows, exterior door, siding, and drywall and trim for some insulation work I had done by another company. They were exceedingly professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. When things out of their control went wrong (paint color not matching) they owned it and asked how they could make it right. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely use them in the future. Paragon Construction installed 20 ProVia vinyl windows for our home. We got four bids on windows and Paragon was the second most expensive. However, Scott, Paragon’s designer & customer advisor, did the best job of answering all our questions. We also liked that Paragon provided a limited lifetime labor warranty to go along with ProVia’s material warranty. Joanna and her team did a superb job during the window installation. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism impressed us. They arrived on time, addressed any concerns we had, and cleaned up after their work. Zach, the project manager, and Scott stopped by several times to check on the installation. When one piece of siding was damaged, Zach went out of his way to track down replacement siding that matched it perfectly. We would not hesitate to hire Paragon again for another home improvement project.

I found Paragon Construction a remarkably excellent company with whom to work. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up when they said they would show up. The materials they chose to work with were excellent. And their attitude of appreciating me as a customer was outstanding. I am extremely particular with the quality of work I expect, and in all phases Paragon Construction exceeded my expectations

ETA: If someone had reached out to follow up about my review rather than assuming they knew what the issue was you would know that I was told the payments due would be a certain percentage up front, a second agreed upon percentage at the time the order was processed/confirmed with the manufacturer and the remainder upon completion of the install. I paid the first agreed upon amount but never received a bill for the second agreed upon amount. Instead, I got a phone call at 4 pm asking if it would be ok to complete the work the next morning. So instead of it being broken up into 3 payments, which I agreed to and signed paperwork agreeing to, it was one tiny payment up front and the full remaining balance as a surprise all at one. I do appreciate you being able to install early, but that meant the billing was changed and had I realized how much of a nightmare the lady in the office would be, I wouldn't have agreed to the last minute change. As a lesson, I'll just not use this company again and I will never recommend Paragon to others with. Moral of the review, stick to what you said you'd do or it will be considered poor communication.

Poor communication. What they do communicate will not be what actually happens. They say small jobs are important to them too but that doesn't appear to be true.

Several months ago we reached out to Paragon Construction while researching ways to renovate our backyard space. We knew we wanted to replace our aging deck that went unused and we wanted to fence in our back yard for our new puppy, but we weren’t sure what that should look like. We met with Scott at Paragon Construction and he listened carefully to what we wanted and walked our home with us. A short time later he delivered a plan for us that was exactly what we were looking for. We moved forward with Paragon Construction for the project and couldn’t be happier.

We have received white glove service every step of the way. Every member of their team has conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and had a unified goal to exceed our expectations. This was a substantial project that took seven weeks to complete. Every single day was meticulously planned out and executed with precision by our Project Manager Les and the Project Supervisor Kevin. I can’t say enough about how wonderful these two were. They made sure that every question was answered and progress was clearly communicated daily with photos.

In addition to the outstanding service, Paragon delivered a incredible level of quality that is obvious to all who have visited our home since the completion. The construction team took great care in treating our home as if it were their own. The level of quality and craftsmanship far surpasses anything we’ve experienced with any other contractor.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Paragon Construction. The entire team has made every effort to ensure that we were well taken care and that we would absolutely love our renovated outdoor space. We will definitely be working with them for any future projects.

Fantastic company, so willing to go the extra mile for you! This was my first renovation project and it was a major one - moving around walls and changing the whole structure of the house too! It was a very daunting task, but they made everything smooth and calmed all my fears. They were very patient with my last minute changes too! Would absolutely recommend them! And they loved my dog and treated her amazing while they were there as well!

Jeremy and his whole team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They are communicative, responsive, and very skilled at what they do. We felt so confident in their work that we were able to leave for vacation knowing our project was in good hands. We’re so happy with our bathroom remodel and wouldn’t hesitate to use Paragon again for a future project.

Our new screened in porch is just what we wanted. The screens are heavy duty and the construction is solid. It looks great and we expect to get years and years of use from this new space.

We are very happy with our new 4-track enclosure. Quality workmanship, came when expected, finished when expected, did a fantastic job, & left the space spotless. The end result is more time on our porch without pollen, mosquitoes, or rain coming in. Their 4-track system is higher quality than others we looked at. Yes, more money up front but it will last longer and with less complications in the future. We'll worth it. Paragon will not disappoint.

Paragon Construction is hands down the best company we have ever worked with for a remodeling project. Scott, Kevin, the installation crew, front office staff, everyone at Paragon are all top notch, courteous, respectful, responsive, and professional. We replaced our front door and frame. The entire process was seamless, and completed within the timeframe given. Their professionalism never let up or disappeared, it was present throughout the entire process, from first going into Paragon and inquiring about replacing our front door and frame, the initial consultation and design process, installation, and final meeting.

Paragon offers excellent service and quality workmanship. The have a supervisor review the job with all subs
to be sure there is clear understanding of the job, the same supervisor checks the job once it completed. I had 5 door installations and painting of some of these doors. Excellent work as usual.

Paragon rebuilt the entire inside of my home after a house fire. Restored beauty & made improvements in a timely manner and were delightful to work with. I highly recommend this team!

We had a complete kitchen remodel and Paragon assisted in the design including joint visits to countertop, tile and flooring vendors. We have had several projects done by Paragon and were completely confident in the quality of their work, communication throughout the project, and timeliness of their work. They are very responsive to any arising issues and we were very pleased (again) with the completed project. We highly recommend.

We have used Paragon for several projects some major and some minor and for each project no matter how big or small it was they exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They may be pricier than other contractors but you really do get what you pay for. The quality of their work is exemplary and I would not think twice about hiring them again for my next project.

We had our old deck replaced with new foundation, composite decking and new railings. Paragon listened to our requests to keep the basic footprint of existing deck and our wishes to make the steps easier and safer to access deck and where the steps meet the ground. The design process with Scott was top notch and several elevations were presented in the various materials we could select from. Once the project was underway, the construction crew were all very professional and answered all our questions as work progressed. They identified some existing rot to the area where the deck would attach to the house and explained thoroughly what needed to be done to correct the area needing attention. The Project Manager, Kevin, provided daily updates and photos of the progress and what to expect for the following day. The work crew of Andrew, Daniel and Otis were very professional in their work and clean-up. We love the end result. We've used Paragon on several projects on our existing home as well as our previous home. We know and trust the job will be done right with quality materials and products. We highly recommend Paragon!
