Wonderful experience working with this company. Their guidance through our kitchen renovation was so positive. We are so grateful for the quality of their work. We are beyond pleased with the results of our new kitchen.

Classic Construction Exteriors just replaced my siding and windows and my home looks brand new! Everything went like clockwork and the folks working for Classic were great. I can't be more pleased with the work they've done.

We’ve been trying to get our window install finalized since we signed the contract June 3rd. It’s now August 14th!!!!! I email and follow up and don’t get any response. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service so far. I have other work to be done on the house that is contingent on the window replacement and it’s been delayed. The only possible date we received for the install was the 21st but we know nothing about the prep, time it will take or even if it’s happening on that date at all because that date was tentatively mentioned a month ago! At this point I just want out of the contract and to move on to someone who is actually going to get the job done!

I had classic do my windows in 06 when i moved in. Then had siding in 2011. Very professional work. Just had roof kn Sept. Also a great job. Had an electical issue after and the gentleman went out of his way to assure I got service I needed even though it may not have been their problem. Thank you M.P. for your sincere thoughtful help. A great company. Number one in my book

Classic removed my old deck and replaced it with a screened porch and deck. Juston had some great ideas on design. The crew that built the deck were wonderful. I was kept informed of next step, progress, etc., throughout the process and jobsite was always left neat. Cannot say enough about classic. Would definitely use them again.

What a good experience! Juston was great to work with . He gave us a very detailed estimate and took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood it . He was great to work with and took care of us . They found some unexpected damaged and fixed everything promptly at a very fair price.They took care of our home , and it looks amazing! I would recommend Classic without any hesitation. They treat you like family and not a dollar sign .

We used Classic Construction twice - the first and last time! We had Classic Construction build a deck for us after completing some storm damage repairs. Classic had four different crews work on the deck. The framing of the deck fell nine feet, from the ground, onto one of the workers of the first crew, fracturing his ankle and bruising ribs. A second crew came out to assess the damages, detach the deck from the house and to break down the framing of the deck. A third crew came out and built deck. Extremely disappointed with appearance of deck once completed. Following are a lot of the issues, but not all of them. Two top rails were scratched, base of some rail posts hang over the edge of deck boards (making rails crooked), many deck boards were laid uneven, rails move too much, the ends of 19 composite deck boards have the top finish chipped off and several deck boards are scratched. Some camo screws were missing from deck boards that should be screwed into each joist, some camo screws were installed on top edge of deck board instead of on the side and the camo screw holes are uneven and inconsistent. Some deck boards were reused so they had two camo screw holes, instead of one, down both sides of the boards. Plugs were used on parts of the deck where screws were used on top of the boards. The grain on the plugs match the grain on deck boards, but when the plugs were installed they were not installed going with the grain on the deck boards. The kick board on the steps stick out on the side under some of the step boards because they were not laid evenly. Called Scott Jordan, the owner of Classic Construction, to discuss the issues with the deck. I asked him to come out and look at this deck and he refused, stating “I don’t do that!”. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. The crew leader and project manager came out to meet with us to discuss the issues. They said there was nothing wrong with the deck; said we were just nitpicking and looking for something to be wrong with the deck. The crew leader raised his voice at me and was unbelievably rude and insulting. We requested Brent and Brian to build the deck on three separate occasions because they built a neighbors screened porch and deck and did a great job, unlike the crew who built our deck. A fourth crew came out to fix some of the problems but not all. Not at all happy with the end product or with the treatment we received from Classic Construction. We will never recommend Classic Construction to anyone! Would rate zero if I could!

In my opinion, there aren't enough stars to rate and praise Classic Construction. We have had the company accomplish three major efforts on our homes. The work has been superb; its employees and staff have been true experts and craftsmen; and each time, the jobs have been accomplished ahead of schedule and below budget. Mark me a very satisfied customer!

Classic Construction recently handled an addition to our house, and my wife and I could not be happier with the finished product. We dealt with Brian Holder who is one of the most timely and responsive contractors with which I have worked. I would highly recommend Classic Construction to anyone looking to build or remodel a home.

Classic recently finished my attic for a family-movie room. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. They came recommended by a neighbor of mine which did their deck. I didnt even get another estimate because they came so highly recommended and I didn't want the process to take months with some random "handyman" doing it on the weekends as a side job.

Brian, the project manager was very professional and would send me an email every night with the schedule for the next day and days after, which I really appreciated. If there was ever an issue he would go over that with me in person, not via email or phone call.

They worked around my young kids sleep schedule, which was an added bonus as well.

I highly recommend Classic for anything you're doing to your house. A+

Just had our siding replaced. From start to finish it was very smooth and the quality of work is great. Mike Paris was a no pressure sales man who did not take forever and waste our time during the quote phase. The quote was very reasonable and he got back to use quickly. He came by the house each day to check on things and communicated with us about when things would be done and it got deleted me when he said it would!!
The crew was so polite and worked quickly. Frankie was easy to talk to and made me feel listened to when I had concerns or wanted things done a certain way.
Overall it has been the best contracting experience I've had and I've had quite a few!

Mike Paris and his crew are AMAZING! This is the third time we've had them install our windows in our various homes. He takes his time in the consultation, provides excellent service and timely responses, and his crew arrives on time and keeps the job site CLEAN. Even now during COVID when product is delayed and crews are busy, Mike always has time for a call or a text. He also did my mother's decking on a landing and staircase that she is thrilled with. If you need windows, call Mike!

We used Classic Construction to remodel both the interior and exterior of our 30-year old home. We met with several contractors and solicited proposals before finally settling on Classic. We hired Classic Construction to install new vinyl windows. We had previously hired them at our previous residence. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows, the expertise of the project manager, competitive pricing and craftsmanship. They made sure the windows were properly installed, including a more involved task of converting two sets of side-by-side double-hungs to a slider window. They also helped me get the paperwork necessary for the Columbia Gas WarmWise rebate. I will definitely consider them for the rest of our windows and other projects. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Classic to do renovation work on our front porch. I spoke with several contractors and after seeing samples of the work Brian and his team have done I decided to go with them, and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. As a somewhat recent first time home buyer I have had some less than perfect experiences with some contractors, but Classic impressed me every step of the way. From Chris the carpenter to Steve the electrician, every Classic employee has been friendly, attentive and most importantly - done incredible work. I'm sure my project was small potatoes compared to some of their other jobs but I was never made to feel like anything less than their #1 client. If you're considering hiring Classic - do it. You won't regret it.

Can't say enough great things about Brian and his team! We had a complete kitchen remodel that involved taking down a load-bearing wall. Brian was very responsive through the whole process, keeping us informed about schedule, process, etc. All of his sub-contractors did great work and we never had any hesitation with folks coming and going. Even as we ran into a couple unforeseen issues (as happens with renovations on older houses) his team was great to work with to find solutions and keep moving forward with minimal impact on price and schedule. We will definitely look to Classic for any future work we do.

I moved into a home that was a flip and found out that Classic Construction did the work with Brian as the lead. I had a couple normal post-construction questions and concerns and Brian came out and answered questions and made a couple improvements. Since the home was a flip, I was not the one that hired or paid Classic Construction - they helped me out not out of obligation, rather they went beyond expectations to stand behind their work. I'm impressed! We love the house and the next time we want something done I'll definitely call Classic Construction.

The Classic Construction guys recently completed a small project of replacing two sets of exterior stairs & stoops in addition to having Richmond railing. The quality of their work was excellent and they completed the work in a timely manner. The entire process from project evaluation, proposal quote and completion was excellent. I would highly recommend Classic Construction and we really appreciate their efforts. Our new sets of stairs and stoops are much more sturdy and attractive than the original sets. Thanks again!

Classic Construction completed a screened porch/room for us in March 2016. Five stars doesn't come close to accurately representing our experience with Classic. If I could give them 10+, I absolutely would.

They did an incredible job and we couldn't be more thrilled with the final product. Juston, our project manager, was incredibly attentive, met with us multiple times, patiently answered all of our questions, worked diligently to help us create a design we’d be happy with and was always prompt in returning texts and calls. He stopped by routinely throughout the build to check in and spent any time needed to answer questions.

My husband has incredibly high standards and pays extreme close attention to detail, craftsmanship and finish work. He was beyond impressed with Brent and Brian’s (our building team) skill, attention to detail and craftsmanship. The quality of their work and the care they took during each step of the project was beyond expectations. They went the extra mile every step of the way to create an incredible space for us.

If you are considering Classic Construction, you won't be disappointed. They are the very best at what they do - top-notch in every way. We won't consider any other contractors in the future - we are Classic customers for life!!

We used Classic Construction to replace our front porch’s rotting columns and railing. After getting quotes from five different companies, Classic’s quote appeared to be the best value (no games of 10% off if you agree to the quote on the spot; $1-2k under what some companies were trying to charge for the same materials), so we decided to use them. They were able to complete our job within a month of hiring, and the work looked so clean! We were very impressed with the end result

We had Brian and his company screen in our back porch. What I like most about his approach was that it was not a simple job, it involved framing out new doors and installing columns. He took the time to explain prior, why he was doing, what we was doing. The work was fantastic, it looks as if it was part of the original build and not an add on, you could never tell it was done by a separate company that built the house.

Quote was fair and Brian was on site multiple times to make sure the work was going as planned. Will use him for future projects.
