They handled the maintenance for the apartment building I lived in for 2 years, and while I could never get a response from management about anything - Andre was always SO attentive and responsive to any service/maintenance requests. They have regularly gone above and beyond to address issues in the building (which SHOULD have been addressed by management, but that's another story) and I have always been impressed by their quick response and communication. I felt like I could rely on them to get the job done professionally and promptly and communicate with me on all aspects of the project. Andre also recently helped me with some things I needed during the move-out process and again, he went above and beyond to help make a stressful time with a terrible management company a lot easier.
I would highly recommend working with them - I am a small business owner as well and know that good communication, prompt resolution of issues, and LISTENING to your customers is key - they do all this on top of performing a great job for the services hired for.

Andre with Construction Pros has been amazing to work with. As an out-of-state landlord I have relied on him for everything from middle of the night emergency maintenance to larger bids for remodels and repairs. I have worked with a number of maintenance groups for rental properties, and I can say without hesitation that Andre is the most personable and honest in his estimates and pricing. He is constantly looking for ways he can cut me a break on pricing, from giving me discounts for repeated tenant requests to charging me normal rates when it's actually after hours on a holiday (yes, this really happened :).

Construction Pros is a fantastic company! They handle maintenance for the rental company I currently rent from, and my experience with them has been highly exceptional from the beginning. Matt, who's been to my home multiple times for repairs, is always personable, communicative when I have questions, and reassuring when I have concerns. James and Andre are incredibly kind, supportive, understanding individuals who manage Construction Pros' operations. I'm very grateful to have them as my go-to for my renter needs, in regards to maintenance issues. I've had mostly poor experiences in the past with maintenance workers/companies through my rental history, but Construction Pros restored my faith and trust in rental maintenance companies, honestly. This company and these people truly are one of a kind. They are professional yet personable, reliable, and efficient. Thompson Construction finished our basement. They were professional and clean. They were respectful of our space and time. Thompson Construction exceeded our expectations and even completed the project ahead of schedule. The quality of work is impeccable. We will call Thompson Construction for future projects! Thompson Construction did a remodel in our basement, replaced the deck, and put in new windows on the main floor. I always appreciate the time given to help make decisions about the materials to be used and also the design. They are professional in every way and the product is quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend them!!

Dorian and his team are exceptional! From our first meeting to the final product, everything was as promised, on time, and on budget with no surprises. The job site was kept impeccably clean and accessible. I cannot recommend Dorian more highly.

Dorian and his team completed a main floor renovation for us, which included a new open concept kitchen, living and dining space, and a new master suite complete with an office. We originally thought we needed an addition, but Dorian’s suggestion to move the stairs to our lower level allowed us to open up our main floor without needing additional square footage. The result has been incredible. This new layout brought our family an immediate enhancement on our quality of life.

Dorian knew it was important for our budget to be able to live through the renovation (in the lower level), and was here each night making sure the space was cleaned up as much as could be for the safety of ourselves and our young children. We really appreciated his attentiveness to those types of details and his commitment to making this project something that really worked for our family.

We worked with Thompson Construction on a major remodel of our main level, which included a kitchen and bathroom. During the planning process, we found Dorian’s guidance and attention to detail very helpful. Before construction started, we knew exactly what to expect and what the budget and timeline would be.
Living in your home during a remodel is a challenge but we felt taken care of. During construction, Dorian was great about communicating what time people would arrive to start work on the house. The team was considerate of our space even if that meant staying late to clean up dust and keep as much order as possible.
They finished on-time, on budget and we are thrilled with the quality of our new kitchen and bathroom! We’re so grateful to have found such a great contractor and would definitely work with Dorian and his team again.

We worked with Thompson Construction on the remodel of our kitchen and main living area. The result is a completely updated, reimagined main floor and we love it! Dorian and his crew completed the project right on schedule. Their lead carpenter, Ezra, is the best in the business!
