We are so pleased with Pro City Building and Remodeling! They took our sitting room and half bath on our main floor and turned it into a beautiful bedroom and full bath so our home now has main level living for my elderly mother. Once they started, we saw how beautiful things were becoming and we added on other projects to update our home. We changed out white doors with solid wood doors, updated railings, added cabinets to our laundry room and got rid of track lighting. Cole and Austin and all of their workers are artists! We thought their painter Aaron was amazing. He was a perfectionist and took pride in his work. From the tile, to the woodwork, and painting, they turned my vision into a masterpiece! They are personable and kind. We enjoyed their time at our home. Cole, you are awesome! Thank you!

We are thrilled with our 2nd floor remodel with Pro City. The work included updating the entire floor, adding a bedroom and laundry, and updating the master bath. Cole and Austin were professional and communicated quickly. When hiccups arose, they were dealt with quickly. We would absolutely use pro city for future home updates.

There's not enough stars to show how pleased we are with our entire home renovation process with Pro City. Our renovation included kitchen counters, cabinet refinishing, backsplash, windows, railings and bannisters, flooring throughout home, doors and trim, and ceiling and wall painting. The quality of the craftsmanship across their entire team was exceptional. We didn't think our house could look as good as it does. But beyond the craftsmanship is the people at Pro City. We are forever grateful for being connected with Austin. Austin and Cole are exceptional communicators and very honest and trustworthy. They excel at overall project management. We have all struggled with contractors and responsiveness. They just put at ease with everything. We have to note that Pro City's painter, Aaron, is completely first-class and went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

Their response time to solve the tenants issues with appropriate and affordable fixes makes my job as a land lord easier and more profitable...Thank you VSM and Construction Pros!

Construction pros was great for the first few years of doing maintenance for VSM real estate property management until this year when I hired them to turn a vacant rental unit. After agreeing to the project they were non responsive for 2 weeks before telling me they didn’t have time. They sent me to another contractor who put together a quote which I agreed to. As soon as I paid the deposit they changed the scope from repairing cabinets to completely replacing them, adding about $15k to the bill (which went through construction pros to add a GC up-charge despite being uninvolved). I used another contractor for half the price. They also agreed to do the flooring but after multiple weeks of asking they still hadn’t gotten in to measure for a quote so I went elsewhere again. I made a list of small items to fix but they didn’t want to add those as line items to the scope but verbally assured me they would take care of them and get it rent ready. They didn’t do any of it. It took about 4 months to paint, replace thermostats, hang blinds and repair closet racks in a vacant unit.

WOW, I'm so blown away by this company, and more so with Andre of construction pros. I don't normally write or leave a review because I'm both bad at writing them, and very rarely does a person or business leave me feeling as satisfied and amazed as Andre at construction pros has. Andre is and has been extremely attentive to my needs as a tenant at a property that he does maintenance for. He time and time again goes above and beyond expectations, and always goes miles past anything he should do. He has bent over backwards and every which way to make sure I am satisfied. I truly appreciate his transparency when dealing with anything, he's extremely punctual, and is always true to his word. It's not often you come across an individual who is as wonderful as him, truly. I HIGHLY recommend him and construction pros. Words (or at least the ones I can come up with) do not do enough justice towards explaining what a great guy and business this is. He really does care about who he does business with, and construction pros is so lucky to have such a fine gentleman with them.

We have had a number of small repairs and maintenance done around our place and construction pros has pulled through each time. They show up quick and get the job done. From help with AC and boiler, to locks and detectors, they really do it all. Thanks to Andre for always checking in on us after a job has been done, it means a lot!

We had to have our water softener replaced and all of our water lines flushed out. It was a huge job. I have three floors in my townhome and Jeremy the plumber that came was so efficient and he cleaned up after himself so that you never knew he was there. Andre is also the best!!!! I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs work done fast and efficiently!!
