Dercon helped us get our homes storm damage repaired and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process. They also got the job done on time without any issues left for us to deal with. We would use them again for other projects in the future.

Dercon did the build out for my pet grooming salon and we couldn't be happier! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and if they didn't have the answers, they found them in a timely manner. I can't recommend them enough! We plan on using them for home renovation in the future

With the challenges of a small kitchen remodel, Dercon Construction saw its potential. I appreciated the clear communication, and updates, for this project. Conner's advice, and the individual skills of each team member, resulted in a more functional, and beautiful kitchen. It even motivated me to learn how to cook.

Dercon replaced several of our windows. It was a good experience. Their workers are professional and customer friendly. Because one of our windows was too old and water seeped into the wall below the window. They fixed the issue with reasonable additional charges. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

We really like these guys. We have done two significant interior remodeling projects through Dercon. Bruce S is a great sales manager. He is open, honest, explains the project well, and follows through on his promises. Their project manager, Stefan T, does a great job coordinating the crews and meeting expectations. They have demonstrated a genuine concern for quality, dust control (allergy concerns here), and final touches and cleanup. We have had five different crews engaged including construction, tiling (beautiful work!), electrical, plumbing and drywall/painting. All their guys have been friendly, hard working, conscientious and have delivered high quality results. Both projects were delivered on time and under-budget.
We could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

We used Dercon Construction for a full kitchen remodel while we lived out of state for work. Overall the company was easy to work with and they did a good job. Their communication was good and they kept to the schedule.

Bathroom remodel to install roll in shower and wheelchair accessible vanity / sink. Excellent team work with design, material selection, including using ADA standards. Excellent communication and project management to stay on schedule. Very happy with process and results. This is a second bathroom remodel for us. We will definitely use Dercon for future projects.

Dercon was responsive, open to working with us (my husband did some of the woodwork), and the subs were on-time and did fabulous work. We're very happy with our two bathroom projects and would work with Dercon again in the future.

I contacted Dercon because of a leak in my two year old roof. They initially suggested taking the issue to our builder to have them fix the leak. Unfortunately our official one year warranty period has passed so I requested that they come out and take a look anyway. This was a perfect way to start with Dercon. They weren't looking to do work for me when it was possible that I could save money by going to the builder. Impressive!

Douglas came out to my home and identified a long list of issues with my roof. He took pictures, explained the issues, and wrote up a report of the which I could take back to my builder. The office staff were also friendly.

I have added a contact record on my phone for Dercon so I am ready when I need construction services in the future.

Dercon goes out of their way to take care of their customers and make sure the final result is what was wanted and discussed. You never feel rushed while talking and all your questions get answered. They are quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been extremely happy with the work completed for my by Dercon including a deck, a new roof, and odd jobs that have needed to be done around my house. I highly recommend that you give them a try and will gladly be a reference any day!

We decided to remodel our outdated kitchen finally.. After countless interviews with contractors, we finally found one that took the time to listen to what we wanted to do. Team Dercon was amazing from day one. Conner spent many hours listening to us and helping to bring our ideas to life. His creativity showed us what we have been envisioning.
The schedule was laid out for us so we knew everyday who and what was going on in our home. In today's crazy world they were able to stay completely on time thu the entire project.
The attention to detail was outstanding to say the least. The respect the team had in coming to our home was second to none. The communication on a daily basis from all involved made us feel very comfortable for the 6 weeks to start and complete our project.

Dercon helped us with repairing our roof, siding, and deck a couple years ago after the big hail storm. They were at our house within an hour of our call. Dean, Phil, and Conner were friendly and easy to work with. Conner was present when our insurance adjuster came out to ensure all areas that were damaged were accounted for. They completed the work in a timely manner and the new siding is beautiful! Last year, there was a really windy day and a piece of siding came off the house. I contacted Conner and the siding was replaced the next day. Dercon was great to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

Dercon recently finished our basement, and we couldn't be happier. Everything from our first consultation to taking pictures of the finished product was great. Conner, Stephan and the entire crew were great to work with. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted, that everything would be functional, high quality. Everything was also finished on schedule (or early!) and on budget which is always great! We cannot recommend Dercon enough.

Dercon was recommended by our insurance agent. They arrived at my house within hours of my call and stood by our side from assessment to project finish. They were so helpful, professional and courteous that we added extra projects beyond the storm damage that originally called them to our side. The finished product was perfection. I wont call anyone but Dercon going forward when my house requires TLC. Thank you Dercon....you are the BEST in the business.

Dercon expanded my garage for me a number of years ago. A couple minor things have happened since, some of which I was genuinely surprised they didn't charge me to take care of, but they came out here ASAP and fixed them right up for me.

We had Dercon Construction reside the front of our home due to storm damage. They were wonderful to work with from helping us pick out new materials, to managing the project, installing (especially Ryan and Derek and Yuri) and coordinating with our insurance company. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but Dercon Construction deserves my time. From the start of our project's, to the final product, It could not of been a better experience. Not only would I highly recommend Dercon, but I would also recommend them to anyone in my family! The owner Dean and his entire crew were reliable, honest and most importantly went out of their way to make sure we were on the same page with them the entire time from start to finish!

Highly Recommended!!! I had the best experience with using Dercon Construction! We had a water leak and they were able to respond the “same day” to help us reduce the damage and got right to work with the mitigation and repairs.

Communication was amazing overall and they were always available to answer any questions. This was my second time using this company and I would only use Dercon Construction for future repairs/remodeling.

Dercon did an insurance covered complete residing of our house and replacement of several windows. They communicated and worked with us through the entire process, had great crews that got after the work in an efficient and friendly manner, found some rot under the siding that they replaced, and the results look great. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
