I spoke with Michael Sweeney this morning and our conversation was very pleasant and informative. We discussed the aspects of having my 50 year old piano restored. Although at this time I am not ready I definitely will be getting back with him when I am. Thank you for responding Mr. Sweeney.

Devon and his crew are excellent all around. Very attentive and helpful with the process, especially for some novices like my wife and me. Special kudos go out to Angele, who was there every step of the way and really responsive when it came to any questions. They worked within our schedule to insure that the job was done and didn't require additional days off.

Sweeney Restoration has done two major renovations to our duplex on Magazine St, as well as other smaller jobs. Devon and his crew have always been a pleasure to deal with. Sweeney Restoration did a great job with my beautiful old house. When we bought the home, it was in need of some freshening-up. Sweeney Restoration performed a partial renovation of the kitchen - replacing counters, sink, and fixtures while maintaining our beautiful cabinetry. They also did a partial renovation of a bathroom - replacing the counters, sink and fixtures. The Sweeney Restoration team was very professional, and we've been very happy with the work they did.

Finding a contractor you can trust, who puts out quality work, and can communicate clearly through a complicated process is incredibly difficult. We completed several projects together - from full scale renovations of historic properties to smaller renovations and remodels. After a neighbor crashed his car into the porch of my double shotgun, the whole thing had to be demolished and replaced. Scott, Chris, Reyes, & crew did a great job. It's much better now than it was before.

We just had our bathroom renovated, and we’re thrilled with the result. Everyone who worked on the project was professional, courteous, and committed to making sure we were satisfied with the job. Chris, our project manager, was quick to respond to concerns, and he was always able to advise us when we had questions. Likewise, Talia’s help was invaluable as we were making our selections. We benefited immensely from her great design sense and her attention to detail – not to mention her commitment to helping us stay within our budget. We’ll definitely plan to use Sweeney Restoration for future projects!

Every once in a while you find a contractor that does what they say they will do. Mr Sweeney is such a contractor. Job was done on schedule, price was as quoted, workers were respectful of my home and follow up was prompt and courteous.

Devon and his team were responsive and professional from Day 1. We had a guest bathroom toilet leak that needed new floor and tile. They had a great system in place to keep communication transparent throughout the whole process from estimates, selections and completion. His team was on time, and Devon showed up daily to inspect the progress. We have other renovations in mind for our home, and we will definitely
use Sweeney Restoration for future projects.

I’ve known him for 15 years, and over that time he has built my garage, completed a 600-square-foot addition, and most recently renovated my bathroom—which turned out beautifully.
