ERC replaced my roof and gutters after they sustained hail damage. They completed their work well and on schedule. Tim was easy to work with and helpful, and he answered my questions and kept me updated throughout the process.

ERC Construction Inc renewed my roof on the house and the garage and replaced some gutters. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Cory and his crew. There was no pressure and his pricing was very competitive. Cory was on site the whole time and kept me updated with pictures during the day through my custom web page. They did an excellent job!!

We had a such a great experience with ERC from the initial contact through completion of the job! Even though we had a really small job, we felt that we were an important and valued customer from the start. Communication was outstanding and responsive! Every employee we came in contact with was great to work with! They strive for superior customer service and workmanship and from our experience with them, they have surpassed our expectations! We already have a future project list in mind for them to do since we were so happy with their services!

We are very happy – make that extremely pleased! – with the work ERC performed on our house to replace our roof, gutters and fascia. We spent the better part of two years trying to find the right contractor for this project and discussed, met with and got bids from a number of contractors before choosing ERC. ERC was informative, responsive, reliable and professional throughout the entire process, from initial contact through the process for developing the bid, through the completion of the work, and including the communications and invoicing with the insurer. Our project was not an easy “cookie-cutter” project, but ERC did an excellent job of handling all of the complications, as well as some significant weather challenges during the project. Of note, we particularly liked the fact that ERC had a dedicated foreperson on the job (and owner) that served as a single and effective contact person during the project and ensured the quality of the work and that the project was completed in a timely manner. ERC is a family-owned company that clearly takes pride in their work and the results show. We would highly recommend them to anyone based on our experience!

We are very satisfied with the work that ERC did on our house! Several years ago a storm left us with hail damage. We aren't from the area so we initially went with a different company, not knowing ERC at the time.

The job was completed, OK... and then later we ended up with recalled and defective siding, an absolute nightmare trying to get the initially company out to fix it, help with the process of filing claims, ect.

I had met ERC through their daughters and was fortunate enough to ask Cory for advise. We switched over to ERC for all further communications with the claims process, demo and re-siding the defective area. ERC took the time to help us with the claims portion, order materials and all of the other construction stuff I know nothing about! The labourer on site went ABOVE AND BEYOND the job he was assigned, even fixing a couple gutters and joints that had dislodged that had been put on incorrectly from the previous company. They did great work and had great communication through the process.

I would highly recommend ERC for any siding, roofing and gutter work. They will be the first people we call in the event we need something else done in the future.

After the 2020 hail storms our insurance company determined we needed a new roof and six new skylights. I called several roofing companies and interviewed staff over the phone. Cory at ERC Construction impressed me the most. As the owner of the company Cory was direct and informative. He did not disparage his competitors, was easy to talk to, and competently walked us through the insurance process. Cory coordinated gutter installation with Leaf Guard making sure we did not lose the original warranty and he was onsite and on the roof during much of the work. “I just want you to be 100% satisfied,” was Cory’s response to any question we had. We definitely were satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Cory and ERC Construction.

I recently found ERC Construction on Angie's List and hired them for a big home improvement project, including getting a new roof, installing gutters, and fixing some siding. I'm really happy with the amazing work they did. I'm a picky customer who likes to do thorough research before making decisions, so I had six different contractors come and check my roof. After all that, I chose ERC Construction, and they proved to be the right choice.

ERC Construction was really professional and did an awesome job communicating with me. They kept me updated throughout the whole project and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had.

They were also flexible and able to meet my request for special shingles that are resistant to hail, have special properties to minimize air pollution (Malarky Vista Class 4 shingles). This choice ended up saving me $450 on my home insurance every year. It shows that ERC Construction is willing to go the extra mile and is committed to delivering great quality and long-term cost savings for their customers.

Working with Cory and ERC was a great experience from start to finish! Cory was always very prompt and responsive, helpful in answering questions and working with our insurance company, and he made great recommendations on the approach we could take for the replacement of our aging and hail-damaged roof and gutters. I needed some help to replace siding and gutters on my house following a large DIY painting project. I contacted ERC for a quote as my office is just down the parking lot from their office so I see their sign daily.
ERC replaced a section of siding on my house and replaced the gutters. Everything turned out great! We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and great service and it was affordable which was important as it was an out-of-pocket expense. Tim and Corey were great to work with. My project wasn't very large or complicated, but they made sure it was done right! I would highly recommend! Thanks ERC!!

My roof was complete in 1 day very efficient and knowledgeable staff and Tim always kept me informed about details with the projects! We had the BEST experience with ERC earlier this month with our roof replacement. Tim was super thorough in explaining ERC's process and gave us a very competitive bid. Randy was on site ALL day supervising the amazing 6 hard working crewmembers -- it was a windy and chilly day. They worked SO hard and their cleanup was impeccable. THE BEST PART -- we have an amazing looking new roof!!!! This was paid for by us, not insurance, so we appreciated the level of detail provided from start to finish!

Dercon's team did a great job on our roof replacement. They were professional, cleaned up after and very responsive to our calls with lots of follow up. Highly recommend.

We had our living room floors tile with wood looking planks over a radiant heated floor. The Dercon tiler needs to contend with different t height transitions to two different rooms and I did not want transition strips. It was done beautifully. Another problem with the room previous to the tile job, was the floor moved a little when walked upon. It rattle the glass shelves on the shelving unit. It was fixed with the tile job by first applying this new plastic interlocking mat system that restricts floor movement. The tile work was done quickly and beautifully. I would work with Dercon Construction again.
