I absolutely love this place. Charlotte and Kirby are wonderful and their plant selection is terrific. I've never had a problem with anything I've purchased at Hidden Gardens. They truly never disappoint.

This little gem of a nursery is one that I come back to every year. The stock is reliably good and the owners bring in unusual annuals and perennials that I don't find in other nurseries. Hidden Gardens is my go to place when I want to enhance my garden with something special. There's a gift shop also where I find a lot of good gifts for gardeners (and for myself)!

This is THE place to purchase plants in the spring and we always get our Christmas tree there. Their trees are balsam and Frasers and every tree we looked at was perfect. Their wreaths are outstanding and I wanted everything they had in their gift shop. Everything is unique and very classic. The prices are competitive and the service is superior.

Lovely hidden spot. The owner is very kind and helpful—he set my parents up with some great plants that they can enjoy on their balcony in the summer and then indoors in the winter. Thank you—we’ll be back!

The majority of our customers are good people, they return calls and answer emails unlike you. Had you returned our phone calls and emails in an attempt to try and correct this incident, perhaps we wouldn't have to use our review forum to reply to your review. Due to your sudden dis concern with this matter, we really don't understand the point of your written review or it's intention. Some of our customers request additional work from us when we are at their home because they can't believe the work we can do. Being a seasonal business we get very busy and try to accommodate each and every customer to the best of our ability. Unfortunately when this happens it takes up more of our time, causing us to reschedule some jobs. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. however we have tried to apologized to you for this incident and offered you a free of charge roof cleaning, Unfortunately we received no reply from you. We don't really know what your issues are, perhaps they are personal or a statement of your character and you wanted to use our review forum to vent them. As far as ALL-PRO is concerned we did our best to correct the problem for you as we would do for any of our customers. I guess some men you just can't reach! O 'Yea about the 13.5% you apparently think we padded to the square footage of your roof, may I correct you, when measuring a roof you multiply length by width and then ad in for the pitch in your case it was 13.5% your floor plan maybe flat but your roof is not. Rest assure Quality & Service you can trust! That is the back bone of ALL-PRO Inc. I would like to encourage any potential customers to please ignore Mr. Sylven's review. This year we cleaned over 4500 roof's so far, and I believe Mr.Sylven review is the only disliked one. NOT A BAD RECORD... you can't please all the people all the time but we are very close. I recently contracted with All-Pro Roof Cleaning Services to clean the north side roof of my house. Six (6) weeks later, after the third appointment cancellation by All-Pro, I cancelled the contract. I had the feeling that my job was just a fill-in project - they might be more responsive on larger jobs. When the Estimator came out, he said the work could be done next week. Be cautious of the estimate. The fee is based on applying 2 applications, with the cost of each application based on a unit price per square foot of roof. The estimator "guess-timated" the square foot surface area. I later measured the actual roof surface area using a tape measure. To be conservative, I added one foot to the overall length and width. The conservative tape measure square footage was nearly 13.5% less than the "guess-timate." In addition to the application cost, there is a $50 "rinse charge" (using your water) and a $10 "processing fee." All-Pro warranties the work for 3 years. Beware of the Service Contract language - it refers to "Professional Exterior Mold Removal Co." and "Thank you for choosing ALL-PRO Inc. to conduct your estimate for your home's exterior MOLD removal needs." It doesn't mention removal of algae, lichens, or other growth. This was a learning experience for me. I selected All-Pro based on their highly touted advertisement on WPRO radio. In hindsight, I should have done more research. In the final analysis, All-Pro might of done a good job, had I given them the opportunity. I just got tired of waiting. You snooze, you lose All-Pro.

I have nothing but high praise for All-pro Roof Cleaning. The work they promised they would do, they did & more. I would definitely have them back & would definitely refer them to friends & family without hesitation.
The young men that were sent to do the work on my home were very respectful & professional. What a joy it is in this day & age to know there are still companies you can trust.
I would say you can hire them with complete confidence.

I was totally impressed with the detail and the care they took in getting my roof cleaned. The clean up was impeccable. If you need roof maintenance I would highly recommend All Pro!!!

John & Matt of All-Pro Soft Wash Pro’s Roof Cleaning did a fantastic job washing not only my roof, but the entire exterior & driveway of my home. Communication from the initial call through completion of the job was very good. They showed up on time each day, were conscientious of my home & yard, and the chemicals used did no damage to my plants or lawn. The cost was reasonable for the size of the job (3 days total) and the work was done completely to my satisfaction. The process took a decade(+) of mold, dirt and grime off the house and it looks revitalized & amazing. I highly recommend All-Pro Soft Wash Pro’s Roof Cleaning.
