First time using Barrington Plumbing and Heating and they did not disappoint!! Showed up when they said they when they said they would show up and the crew was very professional and did great work. They will be my go to next time I need plumbing work.

We needed to find out the reason we were not getting heat into a bedroom.
It appears that the root of the problem is the amount of baseboard heat that was put in when the room was built is not sufficient enough to heat the room.
The company has been very helpful in determing this and fixing the problem.

Very fast, same day response to a failed hot water heater. The team was cordial, respectful of my home and did a great job. They had to remove and install a very cumbersome water heater using a very small and narrow circular staircase. I was very impressed with the completed work. The person who took my call was wonderful and delivered on her promise to “get someone out there today”

Barrington Plumbing & Heating help us out greatly. Our Water Heater died on us. Called Barrington Plumbing & Heating and they were at our house the next day installing a new one. Meg was very easy to deal with & the crew (Eric & Charles) were very professional and polite. Will definitely use Barrington Plumbing & Heating again!!!!

Have been using this company since 2016. Honest and transparent with all of their jobs, kind and professional staff, high quality work. Have used them for countless jobs both fixing old systems and installing new systems. Very easy to get ahold of and fast scheduling. They have enough staff that they can be in multiple places at a time which enables appointments to be faster. The owner also invests in continued training programs with brands they service, all of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The owner is also local and cares about the community which shows in the followups after jobs ensuring the customers is satisfied.

Great kitchen faucet installation by Eric and his assistant. All the shutoffs needed replacement as well as a few other things. All cleanup completely done by the team.

I received acquick response to my servicevrequest. Eric and team were great- efficient and polite.

The team that handled our service call, Katey and Ben, were excellent... 5 Star! They were polite, professional and capable. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the fellow employee they brought along with them. He needed to drop off his truck in Providence for repairs. There was really no need for him to have come inside the house, but he did. And then he proceeded to cough the whole time he was here. Ben and Katey were great; I wasn't thrilled with their tag along.
I can't comment on the price because I haven't received the invoice yet.

I had a gas leak and they were amazing! Came right out and fixed it for us . Plumbers are great as well- knowledgeable, professional and so polite. I highly recommend and use them exclusively.

Two very nice gentleman came to fix our water heater and not only they came in such a short notice, they did a great job as well. My son recommended this company after they worked on his house. I will definitely recommend them as well!

My go-to for my plumbing needs. Have had them do my water heater, boiler for my radiators, and some other misc work. They do a great job and clean up after themselves. Show up on time and call when they're on the way.
For my fellow introverts: They can and do schedule and quote online or via text.

The plumbers who came to my house were extremely professional and very cordial. They fixed my problem in a timely manner and the bill was not outrageous. I will definitely use them in the future.

These guys are GREAT! I had an emergency water line leak on a Friday afternoon and I stopped in to see if they could help. Meg got right on it and they arranged for everything to be repaired on Saturday morning. Great customer service and they didn’t gouge me for weekend emergency work (like the “other” plumber tried to do). I highly recommend!!!
