    I write very few reviews but the service I received from Bob at Professional Drain Services was so deserving of five stars (or more if it was possible) that I felt compelled to make an exception. Our main drain leading to the sewer system was backed up and causing very unpleasant issues inside our house. Bob came immediately, and after diagnosing that the problem was in the main line outside of the house gave me clear options. Our main sewer line had collapsed and needed to be replaced. Bob cleared he calendar and he and his team worked outside over the course of several winter days (and sometimes into the evening) to replace our line. He and his team are professional, responsive, and reasonable. I highly recommend Professional Drain Services of SNE!!

    Called due to septic tank backup. Rob and crew were available and came right out to inspect. These guys have all the right tools to do the job! Used his camera snake to inspect the entire system, all the way down each and every pipe. After actually seeing the problem they were able to diagnose and explain it to me - after months of the whole family being home due to the pandemic we over-stressed the system. They came back, pumped it, inspected it again, hydro jetted and treated all the lines, and installed a filter. Then they checked it AGAIN to make sure it was up to their satisfaction! The system is working great with zero issues, and I know they prolonged the life of my system. Rob has even been back to check on it several times, because he wants to know it's right. I have no hesitation in referring this company.
