Service techs came to problem solve a leak that we thought may have been associated with our central air. The technicians determined that the problem was not related to the AC system. They offered a potential solution and recommended a company that might be able to help us. They were polite, professional and timely!

Rich the technician that came to the house did an outstanding job and was very particular in detail in every aspect. Our technician Glen was here within the window of time he gave us, he figured out the problem within the first 10 mins of being here, and now we have heat upstairs again! Very pleased, will use again come Spring for our AC maintenance.

My Prestige triangular tube gas furnace failed and stopped working during a cold snap. The team at Boss Heating And Cooling did everything right. Their technician diagnosed the problem and quickly ordered the right parts. As soon as the parts arrived they returned and repaired the furnace without delay.

Extremely professional technicians who showed up early and with a wonderful attitude who went out of their way to show and teach me how to maintain and repair my furnace. Paul and his tech were fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough! If you have HVAC issues in the Charlestown area and your not calling Boss Heating your messing up.

I had an electric water heater replaced. They were professional and quick. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. It cost less than I expected but, I've never had a water heater replaced before.

What prompted this call was a lack of hot water. I called another place that is advertised on TV all the time. You would think that, with the words Plumbing and heating in the name, they would have sent someone that new something about plumbing and or heating. Nope, they sent an electrician that charged me $324 to tell me the power was good. "Do I need a new water heater?", "I don't know I'm just an electrician", "Can I run it with just the hot water from the boiler?", "I don't know, I'm just an electrician"

I should have called Boss FIRST. The guy that came out for the quote (same day) answered all my questions about the water heater AND the furnace.

Boss just installed a new furnace and indirect water heater for me. They did a very nice job. They answered all of my questions, and explained the new system when they finished. And I know they'll be there if I ever need anything. I would definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Called BOSS, based upon very positive online reviews . . . & I'm very glad that I did! Did my homework & got (3) other bids. 2 bids were super-high price-wize. The last HVAC contractor never even returned my phone call, after emailing me the initial proposal. BOSS showed up on the agreed--upon job commencement date, & did a nice, neat installation. I have a building materials background. I'm fussy about how I want things done. The workmanship & routing of the Mini--Split Lines is impeccable! Our siding is gray, & Boss ever got gray covers, versus the usual white covers, so the line set covers would blend into our exterior siding. All BOSS employees, including [Jackie & Kelsey], the Office Staff, are very personable & helpful. The Company Sales Rep, Rich, & both the Owners, Paul & Glenn, were totally involved in the planning & execution of the installation. Glenn & Josh, 2 super guys, did the actual installation, & we could not be happier! Highly recommend this Company!!

Alex came out seven and a half weeks ago to fix our AC. He couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so he said he'd try replacing a part, but he'd let us know how much that would be and then he'd get back to us. He never did. We called about a week later and never got a response. I called several more times over several weeks until Paul called me back and told me he'd help but it would take a few days. Three weeks later I still hadn't heard back, so I called again. I've called too many times to count, still no response. We're now stuck in a situation where if we hire someone else and Boss bills us, we'll end up paying for the assessment twice because Boss started the job and then disappeared. We chose them because they had great reviews, but this has honestly been the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Boss was incredibly responsive, professional, and invested in working out the problem with our AC. Alex came out multiple times to address the issue and always with a smile on his face. I never felt that we were an imposition or a hassle. I will 100% use them again for my HVAC needs! Thank you Boss for being a great provider in a vast ocean of non-responsive service providers!

I had a burner malfunction. Boss Heating was contacted and Paul my service tech responded and was present within 90 minutes. The work was done efficiently and correctly. Excellent response from Boss Heating. I will continue to use this company long into the future.
