Parting ways after this year. They never show up to half the appointments I schedule. Its a good thing I don’t prepay and I recommend you don’t if you use their services.They missed my core aeration this year and a few of my shrub applications. On one application, I caught the technician on my cameras get out of his truck, look at everything and charge me without spraying. This has been a common occurrence over the last few years with Seascape and I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt.

I used this company for one year on the natural program that was supposed to be family, friendly, and pet friendly what’s the purpose if their systems do not work. I never had a problem when I did everything myself. I figured it would be easier and more cost-efficient by having a company take care of everything seeing as I didn’t need to buy 50 pound bags of chemical anymore boy was I mistaken. I don’t know how the company is on their other services or how they are on the non-natural services only on what I used them, for. I would probably avoid any natural weed control, especially from this company.

On a separate note, all of their staff seems super friendly not sure where the hangup is. Maybe they need to invest more into the chemicals and less on the staff.

I am not one for writing Google reviews, but after 3 years of using Seascape I had to. My lawn looks so beautiful and green since I purchased a lawn program through them. In addition to that, they always notify you when they will be stopping by for a lawn application and leave an informative sheet summarizing what was done. I am thankful to my co-worker for recommending them because had he not, I would never have known they existed. For anyone who is doing research, I highly recommend you purchase a program through them and give it a shot for a year to see how it goes. I will never go back to another company. Thank you Seascape!

They were good now HORRIBLE! After being a long standing customer, Repeatedly, tired to work with them after they wrecked my lawn 2x. Foolishly prepaid…they never showed. Called many times, they refunded part of my prepayment. Never addressed why they didn’t show up…wildly unprofessional Zero stars!!! 👎. DO NOT USE!!

Have been a customer for three years. With a premium package that included aeration in the fall. This year I was disappointed by the companies services. With this much rain through the summer there is no reason to have dead spots. See pictures. During applications. I was told to stop bagging grass. — I did. I was told to buy and apply lawns seed. — I did 4X at $60/ bag. I called and asked someone to come out and check my lawn. As now I have rust and clover. I was told to call back!!! Someone finally came by after I posted on their website asking for assistance on my lawn service. Gentleman showed up and as immediately defensive after much back and forth he agreed to reseed but took no responsibility on quality of my lawn. All that was done was to put some seed down. I’m not sure how this will combat rust. When I checked later tonight I see where many spots were missed with seeding of dead spots. See pictures.
I didn’t criticize previous years as we had far less rain. Lawn should be much better with this much rain.

What’s the point?? Lazy is lazy and not defendable. See pictures.

Follow up 9/24: after seeing this review a rep contacted me and offered to send a seeding crew out. Today they they showed up in the rain seeded and plugged/aerated the lawn.
Hoping these steps help!! Nice to be called with an offer to help.

And TruGreen never again and you wanted me to pay for the first picture… If your job was to KILL my grass I would have tip you big time

My lawn was immaculate prior to seascape! It was actually featured in a few lawn blogs and magazines from the patterns i striped in my grass. Needless to say after a year and a half of using seascape, my lawn looks worse than my neighbor’s who has no irrigation system and does not fertilize. Had to call them after multiple visits because of lack of fertilizer put down and every time a tech came out I heard a load of excuses with zero accountability. Pictures speak for themselves where you can clearly see where fertilizer was put down and where it wasn’t. The areas that were yellow from lack of fertilizer eventually all became diseased and now needs renovation. Was expecting professional results and received a destroyed yard.

If you hire SeaScape, you too can have a lawn that looks like this! For reference, we had SeaScape continuously for 2 years & were on their silver program. You'd think that might mean that our lawn would look BETTER than when we hired them. Wrong! Turns out, we just paid them thousands of dollars to completely destroy it. Every time they'd come out they spend literally < 5 minutes doing *something,* and then leave us a note saying "your lawn is really weedy." Cool, pretty sure we pay you to make it NOT weedy, but what do I know? Maybe if they were a competent company that actually spent any time on the service they provide, it might not be? They tell you that you can call between regular visits for a free treatment if things look gross, but despite having to call between nearly every visit because our yard became > 90% spurge & crabgrass in the summer, they'd come out, not control it, and then charge us for it. We even had them aerate & re-seed last year for > $1500 and got absolutely no results at all. Did it myself this year with decent grass seed for way cheaper, and boom, lush green yard finally. Thanks SeaScape for giving us the worst lawn in the neighborhood!

Great advice and service. My lawn had been destroyed by the wrong landscaping applications, advice, a nd turkeys tearing it up because it was overtaken by grubs. The Seascape technician said " your lawn won't come back overnight, but we can restore it in 2-3 seasons." My yard now looks like it's newly sodded.

I have used Seascape for the last few years and never had any issues with the service they provided me. My lawn looked great, the pricing was fair and competitive and the customer service was always exceptional. Samantha in particular was always extremely courteous and helpful whenever I reached out to the company. My issue and the purpose of my review stem from the application process and the motorized spreaders they have started using and the damage they can cause.

When Seascape first came out, they were using broadcast spreaders like everyone else. Eventually, they progressed to using the motorized spreaders. I would assume that these allow them to service more lawns in the same amount of time.

As you can see from the photos and notes left by Seascape staff, my PVC fence was hit twice by their spreaders in a one year period (May 2024 and May 2025). The first time this happened, the tech left a note and I reached out to Seascape. The second time, no note was left about the damage. For this to happen twice within one year tells me that adequate training is not occurring. I know that mistakes happen and I wanted to be understanding, but this was simply unacceptable.

I therefore cancelled my services and was given a full refund and the fence was fixed by Seascape at their expense. I want to be clear that Samantha and Mike were top notch in their customer service. No one argued with me or fought me on anything which was appreciated. If not for the persons who hit my fence, I would still be with them.

My advice would be to check your fences!

I have used seascape for a few years and even used to recommend them. However this is the second year my lawn looks awful. Twice I asked them to come out and do a service call to figure out why I have these spots in my grass twice they barely looked and said it was drought. I explained again and again that we have Irrigation and the lawn is watered and the rest of my lawn looks fine but they double down and say it’s just drought. I have one prepaid treatment left, and then I will not be using them again nor will I be recommending them to anybody.
As you can see from the photos my lawn is watered but I have dead spots and tons of weeds….

Landscaping is herendous.
