We are so pleased with Alex and his crew. Communication is a top priority along with punctuality . He calls you back immediately, shows up when he says he will . He makes sure that all your expectations are met. He helped us out of a jam when our other contractor blew us off without so much as a phone call. Took 14" of snow for me to break down and opt for a plow. Briggs was referred by a colleague. Prompt and professional. Did exactly what they said they would which can be rare. Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call if you're sick of shoveling.
