Best landscape company. Alex,the owner , is great and very reasonable. They do my weekly lawn cuts, spring / fall cleanups , mulching and so much more. Highly recommend them. Very affordable, friendly and high quality.

Briggs Property Management has been providing landscaping services at my home for several years. They always do a great job, show up when scheduled, and accommodate any special requests. Very reliable. I highly recommend.

Called several landscapers- Alex was the one who called back. True to his word, I got an estimate (a good one) and was put on his schedule for mowing right away and also had some clean up done. Very thorough. Great communication - always know when he'll be here. Also needed some fall grass prep which he came and took care of pretty quickly. The crew is very nice - I happened to be outside dragging in a big delivery box and two of the guys immediately came to my rescue. They always work hard and do a great job. Very happy to have found them and would absolutely recommend.

Alex has great communication with me leading up to the scheduled job, during and after the job. They did a very nice fall cleanup job. All his employees were friendly, helpful and engaged in conversation with me. Thanks Alex

I was very pleased to do business with this company. I am not a regular customer but this snowstorm left me buried in. I called and got service the next day! They did a terrific job! I would feel comfortable recommending them anytime.

Called for a quote last week for fall clean up and Alex got back to me within a few hours. After checking out my yard a couple days later he gave me a reasonable quote and was out there the following week. Yard has never looked better. Will definitely keep Briggs in mind for my lawn care and landscaping needs!

Briggs is the best! He always replies to my calls or texts promptly. He even lets me know what time his crew will be at my house so I can plan to close the dog door b/c I have a fenced in yard. It’s so helpful so I make arrangements for my dog while I’m at work or even home. We’ve used Briggs for years & will continue to do so.

I have been using Briggs Property Management for the last four years. Alex is extremely responsive and accommodating, he is easy to communicate with, and his team does excellent work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would give a thousand stars! Briggs Property Management is a team of hard & knowledgeable workers! Alex & team cleaned gutters did a fabulous cleanup of property! Highly recommended...totally amazed at how they were able to do such a pristine job! Very pleased will hire them again come spring!

Year 2026 has just begun and so far the snow and cold has hit us pretty hard. I never experienced ice dams before this year so I called Alex and he came over the same day to evaluate and give me an estimate. He is totally honest about the job, and gives you no pressure as to whether if you want to go forward or not. I decided to go forward and have all the snow taken off my roof. Again, the same day he came with his crew. They did a fantastic job including leaving no snow where you had previously shoved. I highly recommend this company and definitely will keep his number for snow removal of all sorts, and including landscaping.

Wonderful company! Reliable, affordable and delivered exactly what they promised. As a single, working woman with a property that has other demands on me, they easily took the stress out of maintaining my one plus acre of land, along with edging and trimming. I’ve had Briggs doing my fall and spring cleanups, along with regular lawn care/cutting for the past 5 years or so. Alex has always been great with communication and responsiveness, which is so appreciated! He does my son’s lawn care also, and made a point to get there to help my daughter in law out while my son was deployed. Great job!

Have contacted BBB after promises to return on specific days to resolve issue. Even the head manager would not talk to me directly and thru the office said someone would be at my home to complete job. They obviously don't care. Recommend going to another tree company that is sincere about customer satisfaction.

8.23.20 NO SHOW OR CALL. GAVE HIM TIME TO AT LEAST GIVE A COURTESY CALL. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT AND NOW FEEL JUST BLOWING SUNSHINE. CALLING TOMORROW.

8.14.20 finally after numerous communications, company will arrive tues 8.18.20 or wed 8.19.20 to complete the remainder of the 15' they quoted to top off 3 trees. Hope it will be a satisfactory after such a long wait.

1.22.20 update...have been contacted but due to bad or cold weather still waiting for them to come n retop off additional. Maybe in March when warmer.

I have contacted sales person 2 times that
quoted job due to unhappiness with top off of 3 trees, I have not been contacted to resolve this issue. Not happy until resolved. Will review again once I am satisfied.
