Warren is top notch! I have a rental property in Narragansett with seasonal customers about to arrive on their vacations and my AC unit went out on me. Warren was able to get over quickly to diagnose the issue and had me all fixed up the following day! True life saver. I have used Warren twice now and I highly recommend him - super professional, friendly, and reliable!

I called in the morning and the Serviceman arrived at 4 PM the same day, as promised. He diagnosed the problem on the HVAC system quickly, and expertly disassembled the entire unit to get at the faulty part. He called a parts business and the fortunately had what was needed. He returned and efficiently reassembled the unit with the new part and it was working as good as new! Extremely satisfied with the service and promptness and courtesy that was in evidence. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC and heating air conditioning needs.

I posted to the Positive Warwick Facebook group about losing heat, during yesterday's snow storm. This was an emergency service, and he made time to squeeze us into an already hectic schedule due to the storm. We had a recommendation for Warren, and he was nothing short of efficient. This guy knows his stuff, and he was skilled in a very specific issue that we were experiencing. He made us feel empowered in a situation that we lost control over, and most importantly - his cool, calm energy was so tactically objective, it sincerely helped relax our concerns. He resolved that swiftly, and kept an open line of communication all day. A few hours of work, he moved effortlessly in the most reassuring way that you'd want from your technician. You don't get that from an "Emergency HVAC" box company (and I would know, especially because I called and was told they don't provide emergency services for non-clients, go figure). It's been a stressful 24 hours, and thanks to Warren - we will literally and figuratively rest easier tonight.
