Warren installed a hot water heater, decent service but not worth what he charged, shop around better service and better labor prices,
Overpriced, I felt like I was take advantage of in a bad situation and wanted cash only.

This HVAC contractor answered his phone yesterday in the middle of the heatwave. He came to our house last night at 7:00 and fixed our Air Conditioner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️

I am so happy that I called them today. My first floor heat wasn’t working, and they promptly came that day to fix my Navien heating unit. I thought it would be an all day affair, it took them a half an hour!

My older Amana Central AC Compressor stopped working. I called and Warren Rowlett answered. He asked me to send him a few pictures of the unit with model, so he could bring some spare parts. He showed up on time, fortunately they were near by, so within 2 hours, he diagnosed, repaired and had me back up in running. Thank You, much appreciated.

My air conditioning unit stopped working on an extremely hot humid day. I called in the morning and they were here by the afternoon. He worked diligently on fixing my unit as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would suggest this company (Warren) to anyone and everyone.

On Christmas Eve, our heat was struggling to get to temp. Warren came out that day to help. Since most stores were closed, he couldn’t get the part needed until a few days later and came back to finish the job.
He is such a pleasant guy, was very responsive, and explained everything that was going on and what to look for in case things got worse. I highly recommend!

We had an issue with our HVAC on a holiday weekend. He picked our call right away. Was over the next day. Gave us options on how to handle our situation and made a fix on the spots. It took 40 min to get our complex issue resolved. And his price was very fair. Plus he had a positive, friendly and and efficient attitude. Highly recommend

Came out on short notice, and on a busy day, to fix my heating system when my regular HVAC guy (who supposedly has 24/7 emergency service) never even returned my calls. We had an incredible experience with Rowlett & Son's. We purchased our home on 2/1/24 and needed a new furnace installed. Warren and his dad were there on 2/3/24 to install. They are highly professional, kind, and do incredible work. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Paid $4000+ last summer for them to finalize an A/C hook up from the previous owner of my house and nothing but fan air is coming out. Had another company come and quote this week and showed that the work Rowlett and Son’s did was incomplete is now costing me another $4000+ to get running. It stings and I feel ripped off by Rowlett knowing the work was not complicated or a mystery.

My blower fan went out on Friday night or Saturday morning this weekend when it was 9 below. I called around and no one could help until Monday. I got a number from my brother in law and called Warren. He came out that same Saturday and boom….. now we have heat. Thanks a lot Warren.

New to the area. We had a leak from our furnace. Called another company who strung me along for five days. Finally I call Rowlett. Warren answered the phone. Came out that afternoon to look. He installed the next day. Everything went as described. This is the old school customer service and respect that seems to be missing from most businesses these days. Called this HVAC company on A Tuesday morning, because my central air stopped working. They came out that day. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Took the motor home, and ended up replacing it. Installed it the next day. Fair price, great service, very communicative highly, highly recommend!

During the recent heatwave, when our central air system suddenly stopped working, we struggled to find an available HVAC technician. After a long list of calls, Warren was able to come out last minute and help us. He performed a full system check, replaced our thermostat, and got everything working again.
