As investors, it can be hard to find quality work, but this team exceeded all expectations and all systems have been perfect since installation. Above and beyond! Bobby looked at our existing ducting and advised on new equipment to replace our failing oil fueled system. He was thorough in educating us on the best system for our house and why. He told us to look into the state rebates and 0% loan for a heat pump install, which made it financially feasible - and surprisingly affordable when compared to what we've been paying for oil! Then with install, they have an amazing crew that works beautifully together for a high quality and quick install. Very high praises for their work and communication throughout. Thank you!

Bobby and his team were great to work with. They were the most responsive HVAC company I called when trying to get new mini-splits added to my home. At the time of the call he was busy with other jobs, but was able to schedule service in a few weeks, finished the job quickly once he started. A few days after, we discovered a rarely light was not working. Bobby called back within 2 hours of my voicemail and came over the next day ( it was late, coming over that night wasn't wanted). And the system they put in has been great, (we got the AC/Heat models so we actually used the heat in that cold spell we had)

Bobby and his team were amazing. We needed a ducted mini-split system installed and from the initial planning phase through the installation and follow-up they have been wonderful. They are extremely responsive with any questions and are always willing to help/answer questions. Seems like these days it's hard to find a company that still cares after the check has cleared but American Home has exceeded all my expectations.

These guys are the bomb! When my central a/c started to fail, I called American Home to get an estimate on replacing it. Bobby came out within 2 days of my call, looked over everything, and had an estimate for me that day. I had several other estimates, and his was one of the most competitive, plus he backed parts AND labor for 10 years (no one else did that). The equipment was a well known, reputable brand and he said the job could be done in one day (others were telling me two full days). Once I put down the deposit, Bobby scheduled me for the next week. The crew arrived on time and worked a full day, completing the job before 5pm (and cleaning up after themselves). Everyone was professional and very respectful of my home. I literally have no complaints and would highly recommend this company.

I've encountered a problem only once, and a repair person came in less than 24 hours and fixed it right away. We did a pretty extensive search of competitors in the area, and found their prices to be extremely fair and the workers to be courteous, tidy, and easy to work with. Bobby helped me make sure I was getting every dollar of the rebates available for what we purchased – truly couldn't expect better customer service.

Bobby and his team of professionals provided excellent service installing a central air conditioning system ,with new ductwork, into my home. Tom, the lead duct installer worked with us to provide the best installation possible. Working with the architecture of the home Tom and his team were able to install ductwork with no issues. In 2 1/2 days the work was complete. Jay was the lead equipment installer. He too, was very detailed oriented. He also worked with us to ensure that the system was properly installed. Jay also made sure that any old equipment and wiring was properly removed. The job looks great, thanks to the crews dedication to quality work! Thank you all!!

AHACC gave us the lowest quote among seven companies for a heat pump heating and cooling system, and they installed a top quality, most up-to-date LG product in very short order. This system uses a new R-32 refrigerant which is far better for the environment than the previous ones.

Bobby the coordinator and the work crew were all very pleasant to deal with and they installed a ducted system for our first floor which included installing ducts in our basement and vents, and a separate wall mount mini-split unit for our single room second floor.

The entire installation took only a day and a half.

Retro-fitting duct work is a very difficult job. We had an energy efficient 4-ton LG heat pump installed to heat and cool our home. The project was properly communicated and done with care by Bobby and his team. The whole team was kind, respectful, and a pleasure to be around every step of the project. American Home also works with the RISE program here in Rhode Island which is great because a project of this size and the financing perks are a no-brainer.
