I had to get my heater serviced and MJ electric did an amazing job! They were extremely knowledgeable organized and professional! I’ll be using them again!

I would not recommend this company. Their mode of communication is either text or email. They came out to repair two water heaters, one they stated required part. Never heard from them again. The second water heater they came out and fixed the issue on three separate occasions but never determining what the root cause was to stop the issue from recurring. I have yet to hear from them after repeated calls, texts, and emails.

Here’s an update on this company. Called them out again after calling different company out of desperation. Other company - within 5 minutes, “you need a new system”. Then MJ - it’s a capacitor. MJ IS HONEST FAIR AND RELIABLE. Previous post - Can’t go wrong with this business. Very nice on the phone. Contacted us when they were going to be late. Quickly found the problem and fixed it. Have used other companies, their costs way less.

It was a pleasure working with MJ Electric and Refrigeration. Nick and his crew were great. The process from beginning to end was seamless. We had many questions about the AC and heat pumps as this was a new system for us. Nick was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. He took time to walk us through every step. The crew also did a great job with clean up once they were done. We are very happy with our new system.

I’ve used MJ Electric and Refrigeration 3 times now. Each time they were on time, personable and thorough. Everything was fixed as requested and thoroughly vetted. Nick is very thorough when confronting any issue I’ve had with my heating system. I just had my furnace maintenance completed. Paul was on time and very personable. He wore a mask when he arrived and explained what he was doing. He even cleaned up well after he completed the service. I asked for some assistance with the filter placement, which he explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend MJ to anyone looking for a good reliable company.

I appreciate the prompt response from the owner Nick and his team member Felix when my boiler stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Their quick diagnosis and temporary fix were a lifesaver for my young family. Their professionalism and efficiency has allowed me to trust them for the upcoming replacement with them. We needed to fix and install outside lighting at our home. Though out of our area, MJ Electric was immediately responsive. They came quickly and assessed our need and made recommendations. Knowing that my wife is a nurse and left the house before sunrise each morning and wanted to feel safe, they set the appointment to do the services immediately. The services were done professionally and the results provide what we need. Nick and his staff were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. We are having them do more work at our home.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I’ve recently have had to call them for my heating issues and Wednesday, my A/C went. I got same day service, which is unheard of nowadays. Melissa provided regular updates as some parts needed to be ordered. Their staff is always friendly and efficient. Nick is so knowledgeable and cares about the service his team offers, Tony, Felix and Marcos were some of the techs I have interacted with and they are amazing and efficient. I highly recommend them.

So impressed! Our central air compressor wasn’t working. It’s mid July and everyone was really booked. These guys kept us on the list, got here within 48-hours of us calling, and Tony, our tech, had it diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes! He was really personable and showed us what had happened. He gave us info on our Freon levels which he assessed as good, and gave us tips on maintaining the unit. Awesome experience!!! We will definitely call them back when we need to replace these dinosaurs!
