Bobby has been amazing. Back in 2015 when I had a newborn and 2 year old it was a heat wave and my ac broke. All the companies I called were overwhelmed. When I called American and explained my situation they not only guaranteed they would come that day but that it would be fixed no matter how long it took. Bobby was great and since we have used him for all our AC needs. They are very responsive, reliable, and dependable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

American Home's staff and overall service is excellent! I received an evaluation of our home's old system and was provided an on-time, professional, and thorough assessment. The estimate price for a future and more energy efficient system was also provided and very reasonable.THE SECOND I have any issues whatsoever, whether it be AC or heating system, I'm giving this company my business as I have no reason to look further. We used Bobby from American Home to install a home central AC unit three years ago. We also used them to replace three commercial combined heating/AC units this past fall at our commercial building. We have them scheduled to install two more home central AC units at other house rentals in the coming months. Their prices always came in lowest, and all work has been done promptly and everything has functioned great! I would highly recommend them to friends and family (and I have)!

So this review is way too late. Bob and his son worked on my paths house about 7 years ago and put in a new central air system and boiler. They did an amazing job with the duct work and boiler so I had them give me a quote for a new boiler at our house. Bob showed up and gave me a quote which was within the range of the other guys I received a quote from, but seeing as I had already seen their work I went with American Home Heating. They installed the new boiler and the following day installed the wifi thermostats. Very good company to deal with. Hey happy with the work!

Bob and the staff at American Home did an awesome job with not only installing my central air, but also maintaining it over the past 5 years.
I have two large dogs and my filter seems to get clogged often, but Bobby calls back quickly to resolve the issue. Highly recommended!

Bobby Paliotta- the owner- has been my 'go to' guy/company for all my AC and heating needs over the last dozen years or so. He, and his employees, have always been courteous, honest and over-the-top kind and helpful. They have installed numerous units at both my business and home and explain what is needed and why in clear, logical detail. Recently, I had an emergency at my rental unit and he responded quickly and, in the height of the season, managed to squeeze me in on a weekend. They also offered me free financing which made the upgrades possible. Today, Bobby helped me get my ductless unit back in tip top shape and taught me how I can do it myself in the future. This is the way all businesses should be run!

Bobby(owner) came out to assess my old ac unit. He quickly told me my 2 options:short term fix and long term. We opted for a long term solution and have a new system put it. The turn around time to get the material and it scheduled was in a very reasonable time frame. His guys Jay and Scott came in and did the install. Very professional, do great work and clean up after themselves! I highly recommend Bobby and his team!!

This is the second job I have had done with American home, heating and air conditioning. Simply put the quality of their work is impeccable and second to none in my opinion. Bobby and his team do outstanding work, and I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

Bobby and his team are outstanding and have been servicing our heating and cooling needs for many years! They are professional, efficient, and get the job done. For anyone considering a Heat Pump system (for heat and AC), I highly endorse American Home Heating and AC. Bobby was very responsive, provided a fair and accurate estimate and his team installed the system in a professional and prompt time frame, completed in just 1 day!

There are many HVAC contractors and selecting a company can be daunting, there are many factors to consider, including price.

My advice is to do some research, heat pumps aren't 'one size fits all' and understand that advertising doesn't equate to quality. My bottom line recommendation is (AHHAC). Give Bobby a call, you won't be disappointed.

Bobby installed our new air conditioning unit, compressor, air handler, and mini split unit. The mini split was very efficient and saved us money. He has been responsive to service calls and honored the warranty. I highly recommend using American Home Heating to service your home.

Incredibly professional and responsive company that did a fantastic job helping me convert from oil to gas. I was in a tough spot as my oil tank had sprung a small leak and I needed to move quickly on a conversion. They came out right away to provide an estimate and worked on fitting me into their installation calendar quickly do to my situation. Install team was professional and detailed and did a fantastic job. Pricing for the job was well below many of the TV/Radio ad companies and the overall experience was excellent.

My wife and i just had American Home Heating and air conditioning install our central air, after many years of debate we decided this year to do the job. Bob was very quick to return my call to come and give me a estimate , he was punctual and answered many questions. After going over numerous bids we decided to go with him and his company there price was good and there warranty unmatched, we just felt comfortable dealing with him. They came today and was on time , worked very hard , neat and all his men were pleasant. We purchased a very old home with no central air conditioning or any other form of air conditioning other than small window units in upstairs rooms. American Home Heating and Air Conditioning installed a full scale central air conditioning system to service our first floor back in 2022, completed the job in two days with no delays. The price was as was originally quoted. The equipment all works perfectly and quietly.

We also had this Firm install wall unit ductless air conditioning in our third floor bedroom and two of our second floor bedrooms, those jobs were completed across just two days, price was fair and reasonable and exactly as quoted.

Beyond all of that, this Firm was extremely professional. The house was clean as if nothing had happened. The owners and engineers were easy to deal with and happy to answer all of our (many!!) questions. All around an excellent experience.

We contacted several local HVAC businesses and American was, by far, the quickest to respond, quote, and install. Bobby met with us and gave us an estimate on site. Based on his projection for installation and the professional, respectful way in which he presented his proposal, we immediately changed it from a quote to an invoice. His team showed up on time, work diligently and showed the utmost respect for our property and us, as customers. They are a great team. It was a pleasure working with them. Both Bobby and Louie assured us that if we encountered any issues they would immediately respond to our concerns. I highly recommend this company.

We were looking for a company that could perform an oil to gas conversion for home heating and we brought in American Home Heating & A/C for the project. Bobby and his team were excellent from beginning to end. The communication, pricing, and work quality were all great from our perspective. This is by far one of the most responsive companies I’ve dealt with as I have been knocking down the home improvement list of the year. I got three separate quotes with three very different numbers for a new gas furnace/ and new central air installation as well as adding heating/cooling to our new media room and Bobby was out to provide me a quote the next day. His quote was reasonable and he didn’t try throwing me any fancy sales pitches. He was upfront, honest and flexible with payment options! As soon as I settled on his company for the job, he gave me an installation date within a week. He then even pushed my installation date up further as his team finished another job sooner than expected. We are very happy with our new system and the house is just much more comfortable. This Company was definitely the right choice after I obtained several quotes for a new duct system for Central Air. They had not only the best pricing, but was able to install the system within several weeks. Bob is a great representative and everything went very smoothly.
