We asked Moises to give us a quote to move an air conditioning condenser because we were getting a new propane tank and the new fire code required that something be moved to give required spacing. Moises could have made a lot of money doing the work, but came up with a better solution that didn't involve moving the condenser and didn't charge us anything. That kind of honesty and fairplay are rare. Moises also came highly recommended by our prior HVAC man, who was not able to get to us because of his schedule and I have a lot of trust in the prior HVAC servicer's opinion.

We found your number on the side of your work van at the local home depot and decided to call. No reasoning behind it, just needed help. We call to see if you are able to help us during a tough time. Person picks up, I describe the work I am looking to get done. They advise for me to send pictures and additional information via text, so we do. No response. We follow up to see if they are able to still assist or can point us to someone that can. Left me on read, go figure.

Don't worry guys, you won't ever hear from me again. I figure I write this review to let others in need of help realize you guys would be a huge mistake. Actually, I thank you for not replying and leaving on read, that just speaks volume about your company. You possibly saved me a headache, so thank you.

I don't wish bad on anyone, nor do I wish bad on your company. I wish you guys the best. Just sucks that if the job is not big enough for you, you won't invest your time in it.

Just a heads-up, if it's something you can't/don't want to do, just say it so people can move on. "Unfortunately, this project in which you are inquiring about is out of our scope." I would have respected that more and provide a much better review. God bless.

I called when I had a busted water heater and Perez came within the hour and fixed the issue with great pricing and communication!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!!! Great company!!!

Called on a Saturday morning with a gas leak. Moises came immediately and repaired the issue at a fair price. Nice guy. Pleasant and polite. Would recommend.

Wonderful Job, I had a gas leak he came fixed it. Works very thorough to make sure things gets done correctly. My job required a city inspection and he pulled the permit and did all the necessary steps. I will definitely call him again for ANY plumbing issues I have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

So happy that we called Moses to fix our broken gas furnace. He came out right away to assess the issue and gave us an accurate estimate and sound advice. He had to order some parts and came back to do the repair as soon as they came in. Tough to find a good, trustworthy plumber. We'll definitely be calling him next time!

Cannot praise enough! But this says it all. Estimate on Friday afternoon, $3,700. Wasn't sure he could get one of his employees to work on his day off, but called back 20 minutes later and said he'd be there @ 8:00 AM Saturday!

I contacted Perez regarding a mixing valve on my boiler, we were losing hot water. I spoke with Moises about the issue and he immediately diagnosed and ordered the part. He kept in contact with me regarding the status and booked the appointment seamlessly. Miguel came out and did an awesome job fixing it, awesome guy and did a great job! Very satisfied with the customer service and repair, highly recommend!

All “Positives” - - speed of coming to the rescue (Heating System failure), speed of the fix, budget friendly pricing, feedback on what went wrong (and why), professionalism (both in quality of workmanship and tone) and absolutely no BS. Had a service provider that was great but retired. Went through other service providers that all had glamorous web sites and wonderful claims. Found them to not be reliable and only interested in how much money they could suck out of me. Perez was absolutely “refreshing.” They are now my go to provider.

Perez Plumbing is the best! There was a large pool of oil leaking from an old tank onto my basement floor so I gave Moises a call on Sunday night. He called first thing Monday morning and quickly came by to check it out. He immediately arrived with his team. They drained and removed the tank and thoroughly cleaned up the floor. All this at a reasonable price. I feel secure knowing I have a reliable, honest, knowlegeable, and fair company I can rely on and trust. Thank you!

I made arrangements for a same day oil delivery which never arrived. I triple checked to make sure they could come that day as I was running out prior to the Big Freeze Warnings. I waited home all day and at 4:50 pm called to make sure. They had stopped delivering earlier in the day and did not call to tell me. When I was upset about this the man on the phone told me to just go get some diesel myself to make it through the night which I explained I did not know how to do. He then criticized me for not having an oil contract. He then said I had been notified hours earlier but I checked and there was no phone call to my phone received and no voice mail which he did not believe when I told him that. THEN, he called back and left a rude message. THEN his receptionist called and was rude and only insisted she had called which I informed her she had not she said maybe I pushed the numbers wrong. THEN I continued to receive text message from the man several times asking me repeatedly if I wanted oil he would come at 5 am. THEN he texted at 9 am to check again. I recommend anyone reading this to use Stop and Go Oil. I called them Saturday night at 5:15 and they were horrified to hear what happened and they came right out and filled my tank. thank god crisis averted.
