This company saved me thousands!! I called a few plumbing companies & they all said my boiler needed to be replaced. I then called Carbone Plumbing & Heating & sure enough all it needed was a little fixing. Now my boiler is running without any issues. Carbone is honest, realiable & reasonable. I won't be calling anyone else. I'll definitely keep his number.

Bernie and his team are fabulous! I have never had quite the experience with another vendor that I've had with Carbone. A frantic after hours call about a leaking furnace was meet with a wonderful woman who took my info quickly. Less then 2 minutes later I received a call back from Bernie. He helped me troubleshoot through my tears, stopped both the leak and calmed my nerves. He arrived first thing in the morning and fixed the issues. Bernie explained what happened, what he fixed and what needed to be done at a later date. He also called later in the day to make sure all was well. Bernie and his partner without doubt, were the most courteous, helpful and willing professionals I've dealt with. Carbone is officially my “guy”. Thanks Bernie!

Carbone Plumbing & Heating is a great company. They responded quickly to my call. Ray resolved our plumbing issues with the upmost professionalism. He was courteous and respectful. We would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

The plumber was professional, efficient & fixed my leaking bathroom sink pipe in under 30 minutes. He explained everything to me & even recommended a local restoration company to handle the water damage. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that he charged me for 1.5 hours of work, even if you include travel time, which is 15 minutes each way from their office in Cranston, he only spent a total of an hour on my job. He said he didn’t charge me for his assistants time but no one mentioned there’d be an extra charge for that to begin with.

I had a wonderful experience using Carbone Heating. I called and they answered right away. Over the phone they gave me a window as to when a tech would show up. The tech came over almost immediately and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under 15 minutes. The price was fantastic. 5-star service. I highly recommend this company.

A Gentleman cane by look at roof tip unit ..played with wires ..started up the unit in ten minutes..got paid ..
Right after he left unit shut off again ..I called him back 20 tines ..tried next day ,nothing again ..,never picked up the phone ..
Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone..

After calling on a holiday they were there within minutes. 75.00 dollars less than other places we called. Diagnosed the problems and returned 1st thing in the am.

Great job… showed up on time and fixed my water heater with no issues. The basement area was also clean when they left like it was before they started. Would recommend them to everyone.
