Dave, owner of Edgewood Tree Service did a great job trimming down an overgrown tree at my home. He was working at one of my neighbors home and I asked if he would send Dave over for a quote. I got just that and another neighbor snagged him for the same day as well and I. Snowball effect. Great job again and clean up was spot on. Thanks again Dave!

Green View was hired by our next door neighbors to take down trees on our shared property line. We have never seen such negligient & incompentent work. They destroyed two full grown shade trees on our side of the property, crushed 3 bushes, numerous hosta plants, and knocked down our birdhouse with baby birds inside. They came on our property to complete the work without permission - had only asked if they could come in the yard to clean up at the end of the day. When I contacted the company, they refused to accept liability.

My home is surrounded my close trees - I have used used Green View a couple times so far for removal and trimming and will certainly be calling them again! Fair pricing, prompt & polite service and very easy to work with. From scheduling the estimate to the day of service, it was a very easy process and I’ve been impressed by their professionalism & quick (yet thorough) execution. Thanks Ronald, Gloria & the rest of the crew!

Green View did an excellent job removing a 30ft pine tree, stump and root grindingl The workers were professional and courteous. They clean up everything before leaving the job. Price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend them for your tree service needs.

Hands down, best tree service in Rhode Island. I called and Ronald was out to me to talk about my needs. Within a week Gloria had the team scheduled. Today they were here...cut down 7 trees, cleared a large garden area, filled in a small sink hole. All done in 4 hours, everything cleaned up. They do a great job and the team seems to enjoy working with each other. Oh, and they didn't cost me nearly as much as other tree services like Warwick Tree. Thanks Greenview!

They were efficient, effective, and a very good value for the services we needed. We had several trees removed, branches removed or trimmed, and shrubs removed. Ronald was honest and helpful in going through the yard with us and explaining the best way to approach cleaning up the yard. The yard looks great! My only feedback is that they could have been slightly more thorough with cleanup of wood chips and pieces of branches and communication about when they would arrive on the scheduled day. We will certainly call them again for the next time we need work done!

Excellent service, reasonable price. Arrived as scheduled, removed a tree and branches on 2 other trees and completely cleaned when done.

Green View tree services were at my home taking down my tree and stump grinding it within 2 hrs the was done the cleanup was excellent, and the service that they provided me was excellent. I highly recommend Green View tree service.

Updated from 1 to 3 stars:

Two workers from Greenview came by today and were very nice.
They completed cutting the three trunks to ground level and clearing out a good portion of the vines present from the original complaint.

I would have given Greenview 4 stars , only if it were not for a lack of communication (again).

Had my wife not been home (by chance) to provide specifics on what was needed to fix things, the workers would have been left guessing how to correct the issue.

I recommend Greenview communicate more with their customers for better outcomes.

We will continue to call for future quotes on work.

We have used Greenview four times over the last few years and have done thousands of dollars in business with them.
We also recommended Ronald and Gloria's growing business to neighbors, friends and family.

We were assured we did not need to be home when they finished and the job would be done right. Greenview was notified a few days later when we returned from vacation. It needed more work.
The outcome was less than satisfactory.

Large pieces of tree trunk and many vines had been left behind. It needed a decent crew and maybe another hour to finish.

They were hired to remove three large trees from the back of the property on 8/26. It has been TWO months and many opportunities to correct the problem.

A barrage of texts, emails and 'good intentions' have taken place since. This last experience left no choice but to express our disappointment at where the business is today.

The last postponed promise (due to bad weather) started with 'we'll give you 24 hrs notice before someone drops by.
This never happened. A SINGLE employee dropped by unannounced last Thursday with a pair of gloves , no equipment, and no help. This is how you treat a repeat customer?

We've been more than understanding and generous with our time and the opportunities given to Greenview to correct the issue.

We've been embarrassed explaining the mess at the back of our property to guests for two months.
Indifference, incompetence or poor communication... take your pick.

In every situation, we were always left with the follow up call.
The guarantees and business practices are only as good as the owner's willingness to correct them.

Before you hire Greenview, keep our experience in mind.
There are many other good choices out there.

Very happy with their service. Prompt service and great communication. Would not hesitate to use again. There were able to remove large limb over my vinyl fence without touching it.

I've had a lot of tree work done over the years with various companies, but as of right now Green Tree is at the top of my list. They did exactly what I asked for, at a better price than anyone else I checked. Alex and his crew did the job in about an hour and cleaned up like nothing ever happened. They didn't even need a bucket truck. One of the guys climbed up my 60+ ft cedar tree with rope and harness, and trimmed it with a handheld chainsaw. Highly recommended.

Hired the team to trim one of my pine trees overhanging my house. They did a great job and cleaned up well after the job. Highly recommend them.

Gloria, Ronald and their crew did an exceptional job! They were very responsive and did everything-the big and the small stuff- just as we had hoped for. Everyone on the crew was kind and hard working. I’ve already referred them to others looking for tree services. We couldn’t be happier!

I met OD, the tree surgeon foreman, after he had finished a job at a neighbor behind me. He left with part of his crew but came back to give me a quote on my trees right then and there. He gave me a business card with his signature, the quote and his personal cell phone number. He asked me to call the office to schedule the work with the office manager.
Before I was able to contact the office, I received a pdf quote with the price that OG had stated. I checked another tree service but they were unable to take down the tallest trees and had quoted me the same price but for only two of the four trees.
When OJs team came, they were very professional, carefully removing the trees which were located between my backyard fence and the electrical/cable/phone wires at the streets’ edge. They had a crew of 6 with a bucket and an extraordinarily large chipper for the long wide logs that were yielded from the cutting of my trees.
When they cut off about 15 - 20 feet of the top of the largest tree, guided by two ropes, it came swinging down between the wires and the fence in an astonishing fashion, using my taller oak as a fulcrum. It was then gently let to the ground for processing.
When the crew finished cleaning up all of the loose branches on both sides of the fence, Green Views’ crane came by to pick up the longer and larger trunks.
I can’t say enough about their amazing skill set, service and professionalism. They come highly recommended by me.

This is our second time using Green View Tree service and we can’t say enough good things about them. Gloria is excellent to deal with and tries to accommodate you as best she can. On this request, she got right back to me asking if it was an emergency (which it wasn’t) and had someone out to do a quote within 2 days. Both this time and the time I used them two years ago, no one could even come close in price. They removed the trees the next day and left the yard spotless. Workers are extremely hard workers and very professional. Would only use Green View if I need yard work in the future.

Super responsive and customer-focused! Definitely recommend. They did a great job with our residential tree work and were very thorough in cleaning up afterwards.

We had a very big solid oak tree removed, with no stump grind. They gave the best quote and quickest turn around time. Took about 6 hours total. They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind.
Angelica in the office was very responsive and answered questions quickly.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough.
