We use DBS as our cleaning service for our office space and they do an excellent job! We recently asked them to clean our carpets. They did not disappoint. All communication leading up to the cleaning was professional. The crew was here on time and the carpets look great! I highly recommend DBS for all cleaning services.

We have been working with DBS for a while now and I am pleased to say that I am very happy with their services. Steven P. is my account manager and he is very responsive to any issues that may arise, and just an overall nice guy to work with. Ingrid and her crew have consistently been keeping the office of JBD Architectural Group in tip-top shape, and I'm grateful for the excellent work she provides.

DBS is our cleaning company for a very large property with multiple buildings. I'm extremely happy with the services that Steve Phillips and his team have provided. They go above and beyond and always address any issues immediately. Highly recommended!

Not a realiable cleaning service. We have a studio that needs a 1x week cleaning. Nope. Every third or fourth week they just randomly don't show up. Today was the last straw. Not paying for fake service. Non of what they provided on their service schedule is ever completely done.

This experience was fabulous. They worked around our very tight and limited schedule to make the cleaning happen. The staff was attentive and courteous. Pricing was honest and fair, Ishmael was great, I highly recommend this company.

Scheduling was easy. The technician arrived early and did a great job. It did take about 24 hrs to dry and he wasn’t able to remove an old, stubborn ink stain but in general, the carpet looked great after it was cleaned. The price was very reasonable.

Service was excellent and my carpets look clean and revived. The technician was super helpful and we added in some upholstery cleaning as well.

I’ve moved twice and have used Carpet Cleaning Experts for all my cleaning needs. Recently, We had my mother’s high traffic carpet cleaned. As well as a sectional couch with lots of fabric. Both well over 20 years old. The carpet man was very thorough. Everything looks close to brand new! Excellent work!!!!! Thank you!!!!

they arrived on time got the job done quickly, efficiently and neatly. The rugs they did which included many steps all came out, looking like fresh, clean and it also smells good. The rugs do take time some to dry so plan accordingly

I went to them a few months ago to get my carpet cleaned and when I opened it up the first time after getting it back it looked like nothing had even been done, so I took it back a second time hoping they would do a better job. After picking it up again went out of town for a little and just unrolled it, and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned this time either. I am very disappointed in their services.
And it wasn’t like my carpet was a complicated clean, but even that they failed at. I wonder if they actually cleaned or just kept it with them for show.
