Reviews of local pros in Cranston, Rhode Island

Service was excellent and my carpets look clean and revived. The technician was super helpful and we added in some upholstery cleaning as well.

Doug at Carpet Cleaning Experts did a great job at my home!
He was fast, efficient and thorough; just what I wanted. From my first call to CCE, everyone was helpful, responsive and professional. That's rare in today's world!

I'm a repeat customer because the team at Carpet Cleaning Experts provide truly quality service. They stay in touch, communication is prompt with booking and updates throughout the process. And the service folks who do the work are punctual, competent, efficient, and simply great people. Highly recommended for anyone needing any type of carpet, upholstery, floors cleaning. I had the whole house carpets cleaned as well as some upholstered furniture. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Thank you to the whole team, Stacy and Doug, are peeps who took care of me, are the Best!

I’ve moved twice and have used Carpet Cleaning Experts for all my cleaning needs. Recently, We had my mother’s high traffic carpet cleaned. As well as a sectional couch with lots of fabric. Both well over 20 years old. The carpet man was very thorough. Everything looks close to brand new! Excellent work!!!!! Thank you!!!!
I highly recommend Carpet Cleaning Experts.

Had a white sofa decorated by 2 toddlers of paint, stains and dirt. It got clean up and all the stains removed! Great fast service!

I had a great experience with Carpet Cleaning Experts. They came in on time, were professional, and did an excellent job. The carpets looked noticeably cleaner and fresher right away. The service was quick, thorough, and fairly priced. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable carpet cleaning.

I have used this company for years . They never disappoint. I have even had to change appt a few times and they are always so helpful and accommodating to my needs . You will not be disappointed . Thanks so much for another fantastic experience.

they arrived on time got the job done quickly, efficiently and neatly. The rugs they did which included many steps all came out, looking like fresh, clean and it also smells good. The rugs do take time some to dry so plan accordingly

I went to them a few months ago to get my carpet cleaned and when I opened it up the first time after getting it back it looked like nothing had even been done, so I took it back a second time hoping they would do a better job. After picking it up again went out of town for a little and just unrolled it, and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned this time either. I am very disappointed in their services.
And it wasn’t like my carpet was a complicated clean, but even that they failed at. I wonder if they actually cleaned or just kept it with them for show.

This was my first time using Carpet Cleaning Experts. They did an excellent job! Carpets look new! Price was right and the staff was very knowledgeable! I would use them again! Thank you.

What a great job they did in our 2 offices, we at K Electric, Inc. will definitely be using them again! They got off all the grease stains and our carpets looks awesome!

Promptly scheduled. Traveling van showed as scheduled. Steam cleaned two bedroom carpets, walk-in closet and a few walk-off mats. Pre-treated high traffic areas prior to cleaning. Tabs under all furniture not moved. Used them several times based on the consistent service and value.

Very responsive and sent someone right away to give a quote. No attempts to upsell from the initial quote. The technician was very nice, answered questions and did the job efficiently within the window of time he said it would take. Even after he finished, he did a visual review and went to fix any spots he missed.

My floor was only installed a year ago but they never put a wax coat on it so it looked less vibrant very quickly. It was exciting to see it all cleaned and waxed like it was brand new.

Professional and so prompt! I called with a carpet emergency and the team came that day and did a beautiful job cleaning the area rugs! Jose was fantastic and so friendly and polite!

I am very pleased with the carpet and sofa cleaning. My carpet looks like new and the sofa has a new appearance.
The technician was very accommodating and insured that I was pleased with the outcome.
I would recommend Carpet Cleaning experts for your home cleaning

Excellent company to work with. Bought a rug on eBay that was very mildew smelling. They cleaned it to perfection and everyone I talked to there was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend! Thank you

They were good. Polite. Gave good estimates. Checked before doing the work to ensure the price and expectation was right. Would use again. Solid people. Good cleaning.

Fantastic customer service! Antique rug was thoroughly cleaned and returned promptly. Pick up and delivery people were just so courteous and professional. Excellent communication during cleaning process and after delivery (to check on satisfaction).
Highly recommend!

I have used this company for a few years now and will definitely continue in the future. So very friendly, and so thorough on jobs done. Best reasonable pricing for jobs done than any other carpet cleaning company. I’ve done from one room to entire house and always satisfied! Thanks again to all the employees I’ve met or just spoken to via phone. Highly recommended!!

expert carpet cleaners truly are experts. They spent hours cleaning dog stains with special chemicals in the house smells great. Jose was lovely, conscientious, and kind during a time when I lost my dog. I couldn’t recommend expert carpet cleaners more. They are professional and certainly know what they are doing. you should call them now if you’re looking for someone to clean your carpet!

We had a major moth infestation so everything woolen needed to be dry cleaned and our non-synthetic rugs needed to be cleaned. This company came up to Worcester, took all our rugs away (which included moving furniture), cleaned them, and then brought them all back, again with lots of moving of furniture. They look great and so far- it's been about 2 weeks- no sign of moths. We are going to vacuum them regularly and we hope that the problem has been defeated.
