Reviews of local pros in Cranston, Rhode Island

Excellent company to do business with, on time and budget!

Excellent service. Thank you guys so much! What would I do without you?! 😃

Great service, reasonable price and has been very responsive with our work order request. Tenants are happy.

Super happy with Pure Air Duct and Vent Cleaning! The crew showed up on time, walked me through what they were doing, and got right to work. They were friendly, respectful of my space, and even showed me some before-and-after pics — my vents were way worse than I thought! Air already feels cleaner, and the whole process was quick and smooth. Definitely recommend these guys if you need your ducts cleaned.

As the owner of IAC-American Floors, I had a project where we encountered an issue that required professional duct and vent cleaning. We called Pure Air Duct And Vent Cleaning and they responded quickly, handled the situation with professionalism, and delivered excellent results. Their team was efficient, reliable, and made sure everything was left in perfect condition. I truly appreciate their support and highly recommend them to anyone in need of air duct and vent cleaning services.

I’m delighted to share that The Cleaning Authority provided an exceptional cleaning service for our home on 1/11/24. The three cleaners were thorough, efficient, and went above and beyond by taking care of tasks like trash removal and making our bed. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my services from TCA. My cleaning team is #9, Alice and Sandra and I never have a complaint, my house is always sparkling clean after they come. They do really thoughtful things like arranging my picture frames nicely, folding my children's blankets, etc. You can tell they take pride in their work! Nothing better than walking into a nice clean fresh smelling house!

Wendy and Sandra do a great job cleaning our house! We are a busy and big family and it's a relief every time the team is here!

Really like this cleaning team who comes in to clean my house every month. The house is clean and everything is in its place. Would recommend this company to other friends and family.

Team #3 (Laura and Leydi) did a great job cleaning my house. The floors shined throughout my home! They are very accommodating with scheduling too!

I had several experiences with The Cleaning Authority and they did not disappoint! Everyone arrived on time, ready to go! The staff was not only pleasant and friendly, but efficient and thorough as well. They were even kind and engaging with my two small dogs, that are already looking forward to their return!

Cleaners did a beautiful job today! Appliances, and cabinets were sparkling. They were so nice and friendly as well. Unfortunately I didn’t get the first woman’s name but I think it was Sandra, but she and Elizabeth did a wonderful job.

Our team is so pleasant, they work hard and our home looks great thanks to their efficient
work. We truly appreciate all they do for us.

Once again didn't arrive at their originally scheduled time. They did a good job once they arrived. Thank you.

On Wed. 1/18 they arrived on time. Did a good job but left 3 or 4 blinds up 6-8" after dusting. Otherwise a good job was done.

Arrived on time. Did a very nice job!

They did a good job.
Arrived on time.

They arrived a little early. We weren't quite ready for them yet. Overall we were glad to see them. They did a great job!

Went to my mom's house who has a flip phone so I'm leaving the review...Erika and Iris did a great job and are very nice and respectful.

Wonderfully good cleaners! This week I had Luz and Leidy and they were wonderful! They did an amazing job at all the cleaning at my home. They polite, punctual, and efficient! They were terrific!

Elizabeth Cabrera and Wendy Canahui are absolutely amazing! They always do a phenomenal job at my home, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Team 5- Wendy and Sandra do an excellent job! They are efficient, thorough, and punctual! I also appreciate the communications and options provided with the app.

Update. Left oven on, not sure why it was even turned on. Destroyed bottom of couches, caught on camera screaming at dog who was crated, dumped air freshener upside down and seems that oil eats wood.
Peter and Kathy were so on top of everything, Kathy stepped away and Peter was the worst. Not sure what happened but best to skip them.

Our great team takes exceptional care in cleaning our home. We appreciate the work done & those who do it. Maria F & Angela are a newer team for us and we love them.
Have we ever called back? Yes. Did the owners act immediately to rectify? Yes. One of the best decisions we ever made was working with this company. The time we get back for family is priceless.
