Reviews of local pros in Cranston, Rhode Island

The cleaning authority crew did an amazing job on our home! It was so great to come home and see everything look perfect. We can’t wait for our next clean!! Thank you again!

Very happy with their service and professionalism. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend! I used the local Cleaning Authority when I lived in Texas also. They’ve always a good job for me!

They are flexible and great communication. The manager seems nice but they’ve been cleaning my house for years and honestly it’s never really clean. I started to mention it and it has improved minimally but after they clean, I can walk in my house with a roll of paper towels, wipe the floor and this dirt all over them I really need to change cleaners I just haven’t had the time to do so in addition, they often do not always clean the areas of the house that are assigned to them they forget the stairs, the front hallway and like I said, the manager is nice but things don’t really seem to change

We've been using The Cleaning Authority for a couple of months now. We are so happy with their services. The girls that come are always so nice and happy. Everything is so clean after they leave, we love it!

Excellent cleaning service. Very thorough, dependable, punctual and professional!! Always very satisfied. My house feels like new after they leave!!❤️

Great job! Thorough cleaning. Super friendly and dog friendly.

The attention to detail was exemplary! The bathrooms were cleaned beyond my expectations. The crew was great and better than other companies I have done business with. Would highly recommend!

Today’s crew, Karina and Jessica, did a wonderful job.

Friendly and Pristine in their cleaning and sanitizing my floors look brand new my counters shine back at me!They're beautiful. I'm very glad I chose the cleaning authority for my home.

I had a wonderful experience today with the gals cleaning my apartment. So professional, courteous & friendly. The place looks great! Thank you 😀

After my first cleaning I am very happy with the attention to detail the ladies exhibited. The 3 ladies (the 3 L’s) were friendly and hard working. I’m already looking forward to my next cleaning.

Ashley and Karina cleaned my home yesterday and is was immaculate!! They were thorough cheerful, and friendly. They even did a few “extras” to be complete. I was very happy with their work.

We've been thrilled with The Cleaning Authority's exceptional service. The team is always punctual, professional, and meticulous in their work. Elizabeth and Vianca left every corner of my home spotless and sparkling!

It's a pleasure to have Alicia and Maria arrive at my home which they clean with care and expertise. They remember all of my instructions and do a great job each time. This is an organized agency that lets me know the areas of concentration for each visit. And they haven't let me down ever!

Alicia has been leading the team that has cleaned our house bi-weekly for the past several years. She and her current teammate Maria have done an outstanding job of not only cleaning our house to the highest level, but their flexibility, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile are unparalleled. The service provided allows us the confidence that every time they come, our house will left clean, organized, and cared for!

I am at 10 Moss LN in Coventry, and I have been using the service for a couple of years. I appreciate everyone who has come to clean my house, especially Elercida and Landy. I am sorry I don't know all the names, they come while I am in my office working, and I don't have much interaction. They are always prompt, professional and thorough. I certainly look forward to their bi-weekly cleaning visits!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my home for several years now. I am so lucky to have Ashley and Karina - they are the absolute BEST! I don’t know what I would do without them! They always do an incredible job and leave my home sparkling!

The people from The Cleaning Authority have been cleaning my house (and my previous house) for years - and doing a fantastic job of it. Everyone is kind, considerate, and hard-working, For the past few years, at my request, we have had the same people, Alicia and Maria. It's a rare individual who can keep everything clean and still amuse both my dog and my bearded dragon. My dog, Simon, is at the door (wagging his tail) when they arrive. And my bearded dragon, Billy, would be also if he were smart enough to figure out how. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Alicia and Maria.

Mishelle and Ruth are the best! I love how clean my house looks and feels. They do a very thorough job and we appreciate it so much! Thank you both for the obvious care you put into cleaning our home.

Alicia and Maria are the best! We love our cleaning team! They are incredibly thorough, always so kind. We truly appreciate everything they do to keep our home looking great every time. Highly recommend!

Great cleaning service. I have used the company for many years. Excellent customer service, lovely office staff, and wonderful cleaning crews. The very few times in many years that we have had a problem the staff address it immediately and fully. ( for example-missed cleaning 1 bathroom years ago. They sent someone the next day to clean that bathroom ). Our cleaners Ashley and Karina do a great job and are so very nice. Highly recommend this company.
