We purchased a very old home with no central air conditioning or any other form of air conditioning other than small window units in upstairs rooms. American Home Heating and Air Conditioning installed a full scale central air conditioning system to service our first floor back in 2022, completed the job in two days with no delays. The price was as was originally quoted. The equipment all works perfectly and quietly.

We also had this Firm install wall unit ductless air conditioning in our third floor bedroom and two of our second floor bedrooms, those jobs were completed across just two days, price was fair and reasonable and exactly as quoted.

Beyond all of that, this Firm was extremely professional. The house was clean as if nothing had happened. The owners and engineers were easy to deal with and happy to answer all of our (many!!) questions. All around an excellent experience.

We contacted several local HVAC businesses and American was, by far, the quickest to respond, quote, and install. Bobby met with us and gave us an estimate on site. Based on his projection for installation and the professional, respectful way in which he presented his proposal, we immediately changed it from a quote to an invoice. His team showed up on time, work diligently and showed the utmost respect for our property and us, as customers. They are a great team. It was a pleasure working with them. Both Bobby and Louie assured us that if we encountered any issues they would immediately respond to our concerns. I highly recommend this company.

We were looking for a company that could perform an oil to gas conversion for home heating and we brought in American Home Heating & A/C for the project. Bobby and his team were excellent from beginning to end. The communication, pricing, and work quality were all great from our perspective. This is by far one of the most responsive companies I’ve dealt with as I have been knocking down the home improvement list of the year. I got three separate quotes with three very different numbers for a new gas furnace/ and new central air installation as well as adding heating/cooling to our new media room and Bobby was out to provide me a quote the next day. His quote was reasonable and he didn’t try throwing me any fancy sales pitches. He was upfront, honest and flexible with payment options! As soon as I settled on his company for the job, he gave me an installation date within a week. He then even pushed my installation date up further as his team finished another job sooner than expected. We are very happy with our new system and the house is just much more comfortable. I recently decided to install central air conditioning in my home, and knew to call American Home Heating from a great prior experience. After visiting my house, Bobby provided a detailed quote and answered all my questions. Work was scheduled quickly - the staff showed up as promised and completed an excellent install in one day. This Company was definitely the right choice after I obtained several quotes for a new duct system for Central Air. They had not only the best pricing, but was able to install the system within several weeks. Bob is a great representative and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this company very highly. They were extremely professional, and care about their customers, with a wealth of experience. Also, they had the best warranty on labor and the unit apart from their competitors.

Bobby and the team at American Home are extreme professionals who always deliver on time and with no issues. They are highly reliable and responsive and are always ready to help. As investors, it can be hard to find quality work, but this team exceeded all expectations and all systems have been perfect since installation. Above and beyond! Bobby looked at our existing ducting and advised on new equipment to replace our failing oil fueled system. He was thorough in educating us on the best system for our house and why. He told us to look into the state rebates and 0% loan for a heat pump install, which made it financially feasible - and surprisingly affordable when compared to what we've been paying for oil! Then with install, they have an amazing crew that works beautifully together for a high quality and quick install. Very high praises for their work and communication throughout. Thank you!

Bobby and his team were great to work with. They were the most responsive HVAC company I called when trying to get new mini-splits added to my home. At the time of the call he was busy with other jobs, but was able to schedule service in a few weeks, finished the job quickly once he started. A few days after, we discovered a rarely light was not working. Bobby called back within 2 hours of my voicemail and came over the next day ( it was late, coming over that night wasn't wanted). And the system they put in has been great, (we got the AC/Heat models so we actually used the heat in that cold spell we had)

Bobby and his team were amazing. We needed a ducted mini-split system installed and from the initial planning phase through the installation and follow-up they have been wonderful. They are extremely responsive with any questions and are always willing to help/answer questions. Seems like these days it's hard to find a company that still cares after the check has cleared but American Home has exceeded all my expectations.

These guys are the bomb! When my central a/c started to fail, I called American Home to get an estimate on replacing it. Bobby came out within 2 days of my call, looked over everything, and had an estimate for me that day. I had several other estimates, and his was one of the most competitive, plus he backed parts AND labor for 10 years (no one else did that). The equipment was a well known, reputable brand and he said the job could be done in one day (others were telling me two full days). Once I put down the deposit, Bobby scheduled me for the next week. The crew arrived on time and worked a full day, completing the job before 5pm (and cleaning up after themselves). Everyone was professional and very respectful of my home. I literally have no complaints and would highly recommend this company.

We've consistently had great experiences (3!) with Bobby and his team at American Home Heating & Cooling. They always answer the phone, arrive on time, and finish the job. I've encountered a problem only once, and a repair person came in less than 24 hours and fixed it right away. We did a pretty extensive search of competitors in the area, and found their prices to be extremely fair and the workers to be courteous, tidy, and easy to work with. Bobby helped me make sure I was getting every dollar of the rebates available for what we purchased – truly couldn't expect better customer service.

Bobby and his team of professionals provided excellent service installing a central air conditioning system ,with new ductwork, into my home. Tom, the lead duct installer worked with us to provide the best installation possible. Working with the architecture of the home Tom and his team were able to install ductwork with no issues. In 2 1/2 days the work was complete. Jay was the lead equipment installer. He too, was very detailed oriented. He also worked with us to ensure that the system was properly installed. Jay also made sure that any old equipment and wiring was properly removed. The job looks great, thanks to the crews dedication to quality work! Thank you all!!

After calling Bobby for a quote he came to my house in a couple days and gave me the quote that day. He explained the installation and the product he would be installing. His crew installed an LG mini-split in my home. They were excellent. They made sure to cover everything before drilling the holes and cleaned up any mess after. It was like they were never there.
