Constraction reviews in Cumberland, Rhode Island

The Cote family and their crew did a great job on my mini split system and some repairs. Communication is great and they show up when promised. Neat work with no mess. The hard part of getting a mini split price is the equipment used and the routing of the lines varies significantly . I have seen installations where it looks like an octopus is on the house and there are huge coils of lines behind the condenser. Cote construction took the hard route and routed the lines inside the house out of sight wherever possible even when it was extremely challenging to do. The pictures speak for themselves. I agreed on a routing that would have been much more visible and easier and they changed it on the day of installation to be much cleaner.

Can’t say enough good things about JB Cote Construction!! I’m a single woman who had an ADU built. During the entire process, I felt safe and confident that the owners and the whole crew had my best interest in mind. They walked me through every step of the process. The price they quoted included everything. They were kind, prompt, creative, professional, available, and did a fantastic job! So happy I found them!!!

I have known of the Cote Construction name and reputation for many years. Having seen their rehabs and additions, first hand in many of the homes in the area that I have lived. When the time came to update and repair my own properties, J.B was my first call. Excellent prices, quick response time, and professional on every front. At the end of the day, you would never know they were working.
After we purchased our new home, windows and doors were replaced before we moved in. Everyone loves the new deck we did this summer, and I already have Brian and crew working on 2 more projects for the spring/summer.

After a long period of debating whether or not to sell my home or to renovate my existing home, I decided to stay and hire JB Cote Construction To completely renovate, my kitchen and finish a room with a half bathroom in the basement. From our first meeting, Brian was very affable and easy to work with. His Experience in this field was clear from our first discussion. The entire team from Phil, Rui, Nate, Beth, Travis and Tyler treated my time, home and most importantly my son and I with respect and honesty. As the project progressed, they were very As I made several changes and additions to what we had initially discussed. As a small business owner myself, I can often be tough to please, but they accommodated my needs perfectly. They kept me up-to-date on changes with the schedule or on product availability, and even though I added many things, it only added a few extra days to the Original schedule. I’m very happy with the Completed work And I am already considering additional projects I may request their help with. I would highly recommend Brian and his team to Anyone that should need their services. Thank you all for a job well done.
