Had the most incredible experience with Patrick getting my 1738 home and the detached in law inspected. He was so thorough and walked us through everything step by step in a way that was super easy to follow. He gave us an incredibly easy to follow report with lots of highlighted images and even links to helpful products and how to videos. All the notes on how to properly maintain and prolong the life on various components on our home was also greatly appreciated! We worked with Katie on a large bathroom remodel that including moving walls and plumbing.
