Constraction reviews in Cumberland, Rhode Island

We scheduled Patrick on short notice due to us living out of state, and he was extremely accommodating. He met with our realtor to conduct the inspection for closing, then came back weeks later to spend several hours with us, once our move was complete, to review his findings and make recommendations. We would highly recommend Home Inspections By Bob Geddes for any of your inspection needs.

Patrick was great - very thorough with his inspection and I really appreciated him walking me through everything I need to do for routine maintenance once I move into my new home

Patrick was very detailed with his inspection, knowledge, explanations, and report. Customer service was top-notch, offering availability post-inspection to help in any way he could. Highly recommend.

Patrick was professional and knowledgeable during the home inspection. It was never rushed even though he took the time to answer my many questions about appliances, the water filtration system, heating systems, and structural integrity... as I am naive to most facets of the home and its construction.

Patrick was amazing. Very thorough on our condo inspection . Went over everything that was a concern to us & emailed a full copy of inspection within a few days . Fast forward 2 months later Patrick follows up with text asking how Everything is going & if any other concerns have raised since inspection. Great customer service . Highly recommended!

Patrick conducted a very thorough inspection of my townhouse prior to our closing. He clearly had a lot of knowledge and experience. Very easy to work with and answered all my questions honestly about the details of the condition of the house. I’d be happy to work with him again. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Patrick for your home inspection. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about everything and was able to explain everything in plain words that any one could understand. His report was thorough and covered everything he discussed with us in person and he even provided links to anything he referenced as a recommendation which makes it that much easier for us. 10/10 would recommend, plus he’s funny and very personable!

I bought my first home this year and was recommended Patrick as the home inspector by my realtor. Patrick was there and set up when I arrived and efficiently went through the inspection process. We took the time to go through all the big issues that came up and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Within the same day, he sent over a really thorough and detailed inspection report. Even months after the inspection, he followed up to see if there were any issues that came up. I would highly recommend him doing your home inspection if you want friendly, reliable service and a true professional!

Inspector was very knowledgeable. Patrick took the time to explain everything in detail. He insured that all relevant information was relayed, including where water shut off valves were for the exterior faucets. He answered all questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the information that he was providing, and was able to explain it in a way that anybody could understand

Patrick was a fantastic home inspector. Especially appreciated his thoroughness and his ability to explain how things work…especially important for my wife and I as first time home-buyers.

I hired Patrick to come out to inspect the home I am buying. It's a log home and I was very impressed Patrick brought specialist with him in log home construction. He was beyond thorough with everything, including the septic. He got right into everything and onto the roof. He explained every step and his findings as he went and I could not have hired a better inspector. I highly recommend.

Patrick did a fantastic job with our home inspection. As a first time homebuyer, he was more than willing to answer every and all questions, and walk us through every possible detail we could want to know.
The report at the end was way more thorough than I could’ve remembered on my own, with pictures and explanations galore. Not to mention Pat’s positive attitude and kind hearted nature. Highly recommend!

I was connected with Home Inspections by Bob Geddes and Patrick through my realtor, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Before the inspection, Patrick was responsive and clear in his communication. During the inspection, he was patient, thorough, and great at distinguishing between items that needed immediate attention and those that could wait until after move-in. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand what to prioritize and how to follow up. I received a detailed report the next day, which has been a great reference as I plan next steps.
