The key with this company is their follow-up and follow through. They call you right back they let you know when they're going to be there and they show up on time. They do a fantastic job using different carpet cleaning tools. Fernando was my technician and he was just a really good guy besides being excellent at his job.

Quick customer service and booking. Recently moved and needed the carpets cleaned ASAP. I went on K9 Carpet Cleanings website and put in for a couple of rooms and stairs to be done and received a text within twenty mins. They were able to have someone there the next morning.

As to the actual carpet cleaning Fernando did an amazing job! We thought the stairs were a dark gray when we moved. One is more of a light grey with bits of spinkled colors in it. The other stairs is more of a light pink. I feel so much more comfortable walking around now that I know the carpets are clean!

The two gentlemen that came were great. Very informative, very professional and very fast. I wanted to give a tip, but the price of the carpet cleaning has gone up so much since just one year ago I can’t justify the cost.

Absolutely amazing! Second year in a row and I couldn’t be happier. I only have one carpet in my house and it’s purple so it’s hard to keep clean sometimes. I like to have it done once a year just to keep up with it. I have dogs and kids so it gets messy. The workers have always been so personable and kind. They are very responsive and came out the next day after I called! He was super fast doing the job and explained everything he was going to do! He told me the service that would best fit my situation (ex: pet hair removal, deep clean, and sanitizing). I will definitely continue to use them!

Admirson went above and beyond in a dryer vent cleaning job. The layout was very challenging as the vents ran up into the walls and the external vent was on the 3rd floor. Admirson was determined and worked hard to try and clean out the vent. He spent hours working through went lint that was backed up through the vent. Admirson was professional and personable and did much more than was required and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any job!!

Highly recommend Stanley Steamer! Arrived in the time frame provided to clean our dryer vent and duct pipe. Both gentlemen were very respectful of our home and provided helpful advice.

The job was done well. However, the gentleman that claimed our floors did not tell us about the protectant that he was using for the floors. Which added another two hundred dollars to our bill. At the end, they just showed a white screen, and had a sign and then my husband saw the extra money and there. He thought that what they had told me on the phone was a base price when it was not. This confusion would have simply been avoided if the gentleman who cleaned our floors just gave me a call and I would have gave him the okay or not. When the manager called and spoke with me, he was only willing to give me some of the money back for this service. But I think that we should have gotten all of the back for just the added services that we were not made aware of till after the job was done. If anybody goes through stanley steamers, I would definitely pay before they do any service because you never know what they're going to charge you

Eudy, the Stanley Steamer technician was absolutely outstanding. He arrived on time, and walked through the entire house with me while I explained our cleaning job, which was complex due to both the volume of items to be cleaned and the amount of pet staining throughout the home.

The work itself was done in an organized and timely manner. Eudy explained that both deodorizing and sanitizing the unholstered furniture and carpets on top of steam cleaning was the correct approach, even though there would be an additional cost.

Eudy was 100% correct. The cleaning results have made our home clean and fresh smelling. Pet odors from the past decade GONE.
