The worker Fernando was on time, polite and did what I will assume is a good job (my 1st experience with this type of thing?. The only thing I found disappointing was when I booked the call i gave the owner.
The dimensions of the carpets I wanted to clean and he quoted about a hundred and ten dollars with my discount but he said that the technician would give me a list of options and prices. When Fernando arrived here, I told him that I only wanted the carpet. Basically cleaned and no extra's upset on the phone I gave the owner the dimensions, but when Fernando came here, he said that quote was for a much smaller rug. So the price almost doubled. I don't think that's a good way to do business. I would say that I understood that they didn't know how big the carpet or rug was until they got here , but explosively told them over the phone , exactly how big both of the pieces of rug were. It is not Fernando's fault.I would call it bait and switch but you but you decide
